This was a return visit. It is an exceptionally comfortable Hotel where I can truly relax, as if I’ve come home. The location is also wonderful. The view of the Sumida River waterfront and Tokyo Skytree was something I had been looking forward to again since my last stay, but this time the top of the Skytree was hidden in the clouds due to a typhoon. Even so, it felt magical, and I was able to enjoy a rare view that was different from usual. The Room amenities and equipment are well provided, and I especially love being able to unwind in the spacious bathtub, as well as having my favorite Epsom salts available. This time I also visited the bar, and thanks to the attentive service from all staff members, I had a very pleasant time. Since I had an early departure the next morning, they prepared a breakfast box instead of the regular breakfast; it was delicious and very satisfying. Above all, what impressed me most was the front desk staff’s support. After checkout, they kindly guided me in detail even though I wasn’t familiar with the area, which helped everything go smoothly afterward. From check-in through farewell at departure, I am deeply grateful for everyone’s outstanding hospitality. This is a Hotel that makes me sincerely want to introduce this wonderful space and delicious breakfast to someone important. I will definitely return again next time.

I originally made a Reservation for two nights, from 8/2 to 8/4. Later, I added a Reservation for 8/1, and only smoking Rooms were available, so I thought that even though it was a Multiple Night Stay, I would have to change Rooms. However, you arranged it as a three-night non-smoking stay. Thank you for the Hotel’s thoughtful consideration. Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay.

I stayed for four nights on a business trip for the first time in a while. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet both inside and outside at night, and I had a comfortable stay. Compared to before, I didn’t have to wait for the elevator, so there was no stress. The front desk staff were also more welcoming than before, and their friendly smiles put me in a good mood from the morning.

Has it been about half a year? I stayed for one night, and there were welcome drinks, including coffee and even wine. I’m happy to see the improved service.\nI will continue to use this Hotel. Thank you.

Staying here at an affordable price was a huge help. Thank you very much.

My father stayed here and came home all smiles—he was very satisfied! lol It was a rainy day, but the Hotel staff were so kind and even lent him a large umbrella. He also said the breakfast omelet was delicious, and he had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

Just a 1-minute walk from Ryogoku Station, making the location extremely convenient. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and the shops under the station stay open late, which is great. The building and Room aren’t new, but they were clean and had a calm atmosphere. Above all, I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in a while thanks to a pillow and mattress firmness that suited me perfectly, which really boosted my overall satisfaction. Tokyo Station is also just one transfer away in about 15–20 minutes. I’ll definitely stay again next time!

It may have been just bad luck, but the noise from the neighboring Room was loud and made it hard to fall asleep. I could clearly hear footsteps and movement inside the Room, and even snoring, so I felt the walls might be a bit thin. It’s also possible the neighbor was simply noisy. Since I also tend to snore loudly, there’s a good chance I ended up bothering others as well, so I don’t think I can stay here with peace of mind next time. The location is excellent—very close to Tokyo Station and within easy walking distance from the station—but if you have large luggage (a suitcase), be aware that depending on which exit you use, some areas do not have escalators or elevators, which can make it difficult. The Room itself is extremely compact, but more than enough if you just need a place to sleep. It also seemed to be cleaned thoroughly and was very clean.

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable! I had a restful sleep.

It is easy to find from the station exit in 0 minutes, and I am personally satisfied. Since it was a single stay, the small size of the room is understandable. The free coffee service was appreciated. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Having a convenience store next door was helpful.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced, with just the essential amenities—overall a very comfortable stay. My child who traveled with me was disappointed, saying, “It’s supposed to be a weird Hotel, but it wasn’t weird at all!” They were a little nervous about the welcome at the front desk, though. In the elevator and on the first floor, the spicy aroma from the curry restaurant was so tempting that we decided to have breakfast there. Being able to enjoy authentic naan and curry in the morning is a unique highlight you won’t find elsewhere. The masala chai was delicious.

Although it is a capsule Hotel, it features a large public bath with a cypress tub, a lounge, and welcome drinks available at the first-floor café. The mattresses are thick and fluffy, ensuring comfortable sleep. The lockers are spacious enough to fit suitcases. While there are many foreign guests, everyone was quiet and well-mannered.

The Room was correctly Simplified Luxury.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan for an errand in Kanda. For me, it was good value for money and I could relax comfortably. The Room was clean. However, the scent of fabric softener on the sheets and other bedding felt a bit strong to me (it had settled down by the time I checked out). The amenities were explained to me, so I had no trouble using the self-service setup. It was convenient for getting around thanks to the nearby station and the Edo Bus. There are many wholesalers in the area, and it was interesting to walk around. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

As amazing as always! :) It would be great to have shoe polishing paper and a clothes brush available.

I stayed here to attend a theater performance. The bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, and the movie service was a nice bonus—I ended up watching three movies.

The Room was compact, but the items inside, the washroom, and the shower were simple and sophisticated, making for a pleasant stay. The simplicity highlighted the importance of cleanliness. I hope it continues to maintain its current level of cleanliness and sophistication. I would love to stay here again.

Check-in was late this time, and it was just an overnight stay. The room was simple yet comfortable. There is a lobby on the 7th floor reception area where many international guests were enjoying themselves.

I used this Hotel for an overnight stay because I had an early schedule the next day. They offered the perfect Plan: late check-in after 8:00 PM and early check-out by 8:00 AM, so I made a Reservation. - The front desk service is minimal, so you can’t really relax until you get into your Room. That said, if you head straight to your Room, it’s not an issue. - My Room was right in front of the elevator, so I was a bit worried about noise, but it was mostly just occasional signs of people passing by and didn’t bother me. It might be tough if a loud group walks through. - The bed pulls out to become a double, but since I stayed alone, I could use the extra space in the Room. Overall it feels like a standard single-size Room—fine for one person and not uncomfortably small. - The Room was properly cleaned. - Amenities are well stocked; everything you need is provided (including body towel and hair dryer), so as long as you have a change of clothes, you’ll be fine. - The bathtub is surprisingly spacious—or maybe deep? Smaller guests may find it quite relaxing. - On the other hand, the toilet area is extremely tight; even sitting down with your legs forward feels cramped. - In general, the entire bathroom/toilet space is very small, making it difficult to use the sink area comfortably as well. - The air conditioning noise may be a bit loud. There’s no breakfast or similar services, so if you’re looking at this Hotel purely as an affordable base just to sleep, it’s efficient with no frills and I’d recommend it.

Conveniently located within easy reach of Ryogoku Station on both the Oedo Line and the Sobu-Chuo Line, with many nearby restaurants and shops for dining and shopping. When entering, there was a system I hadn’t experienced at other hotels, such as face registration, so I was a little unsure at first. However, it wasn’t difficult, and I was able to complete the process smoothly. There was also a way to make inquiries on the spot, so it didn’t seem like there would be any trouble. Upon entering the Room, I was immediately impressed by how spacious it was and by the abundance of greenery. The Facility is well equipped with various modern and convenient features, and the main sauna allows self-service löyly, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. We bought various foods to bring in, made snacks in the kitchen as well, enjoyed them with the complimentary Prosecco provided as a perk, took turns using each bathtub whenever we liked, and fully enjoyed the sauna—overall offering a high degree of freedom and making our stay extremely satisfying. During this stay, we consulted about adding one more guest than originally planned. The staff explained everything very carefully regarding the system and kindly handled all procedures for adding an additional guest. We truly appreciated their thoughtful support. We were all saying that we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful stay experience.
