We had a wonderful and comfortable stay with our dog. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped so we could relax with peace of mind. The staff were very kind, and we truly appreciate their warm hospitality. We made another precious memory with our dog—thank you so much. We would love to visit again with our dog.

This was my third stay. It was my first time in the “Haruka” cottage, and it was just as comfortable as always. On the day we arrived, we took a walk along the river from the back garden door to Sakuta Beach. It took about 10 minutes to get there. Our senior dog needed to be carried part of the way, but was thrilled once we reached the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Facility and overall setup reflected wonderful hospitality. The staff were also very kind, making each visit a lovely memory. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you again.

The accommodation was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to relax. It was also fun to find photo spots for our dog throughout the property. The dog run was spacious and well maintained. It’s also close to the sea, so we enjoyed walking along the beach. Above all, the food was delicious! It’s rare to find a pet-friendly place where you can enjoy truly authentic cuisine. Since the menu changes with the seasons, we’d love to visit again.

When I arrived at the Hotel, I had a lot of luggage, but the staff were very kind and helped me by carrying it to my Room. Their warm and courteous service left a strong impression. The Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was on the firmer side. Breakfast was also good, and it was a pleasant start to the day. I was satisfied with the staff’s kindness, the Room, and the breakfast, and I was able to relax with peace of mind at the end of my trip.

The dog run is very spacious and pleasant. As soon as we arrived, my dog happily ran around, and I felt glad to have chosen this accommodation. It's an environment where dogs can relax freely, which naturally puts owners at ease as well. The traditional Japanese house has a calm atmosphere, allowing for a very peaceful stay. We enjoyed experiences like making miso and koji, as well as roasting rice crackers over the irori hearth—much more fun than expected! Roasting rice crackers over the irori was surprisingly challenging; adjusting the heat while slowly roasting them was a fresh experience. However, the rice crackers I made myself were far more delicious than I imagined. For dinner, we had an irori kaiseki meal prepared by the staff while we relaxed by watching the fire—a leisurely dining experience without any rush that allowed us to savor every bite. At night, we spent time by the bonfire without doing much of anything in particular. Just watching my dog relax nearby filled me with contentment. This is an accommodation that naturally makes you think, "I want to come back again."

The Hotel’s hospitality, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. The welcome drinks were all-you-can-drink, and we were told, “Feel free to bring your own snacks,” so we gladly took them up on it. There were also some simple snacks available, and considering the drink costs included, I think it was a great value. Thank you very much!

I’d heard this is a holy place for aviation fans, and with planes clearly visible from the guest rooms and the breakfast venue, I really felt it lived up to that reputation. The bathroom and other water facilities in the room feel a bit dated, but above all—the bed! It’s no exaggeration to say it was the best sleep of my life. I’d stay again just to experience that comfort. The breakfast buffet is great too.

I used this hotel for an early-morning flight, but it’s also great for a one-night getaway. Enjoy the sauna and hot stone spa to unwind and relieve everyday fatigue.\nIt’s perfect for a refreshing reset.\nThe rooms don’t feel cramped.\nWith the shuttle bus, you can plan your trip to the airport with peace of mind.

We stayed during the summer vacation period. There were many families with children, and the pool was crowded, but we still enjoyed it. As other Reviews mention, the in-house Facilities are undeniably dated, but everything felt clean and it was a pleasant stay. There may not be many power outlets. The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, so the Room felt warm. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it exceeded them—the open-kitchen omelets were delicious, and I especially liked the chilled yuzu ramen. For those who enjoy a drink in the morning, there was also wine available, so I think you can relax. If you’re looking to have fun nearby with access to a pool included, this is a good option. We would like to stay again.

Enjoy glamping in a dome tent, and the Facility also features an extra-large kids’ play area. It kept the kids happily worn out all day, so we could relax and enjoy some quiet time together in the evening—an excellent place overall. The meals were quite tasty as well, with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options to enjoy. In the evening, they even offered complimentary handheld fireworks—truly thoughtful service. We stayed for two nights this time; one night would feel rushed, so we recommend two nights as just right.

The Shuttle Service by bus and both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the Room and bathroom were spacious, making it very relaxing. I would like to stay here every time from now on.

Used for an overnight stay after traveling abroad. The Onsen is very relaxing, and the meals are exceptionally delicious. The staff are wonderful as well, and it has become our go-to Accommodation after every trip.

During the summer holidays, we didn’t have plans to travel far, so we wanted to enjoy a vacation feel nearby and stayed here for the first time. With a location overlooking the airport, a comfortable Room, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, it was a wonderful stay. Given the location, there were many international guests and airline crew members, which made it feel like a little trip abroad. Thank you very much.

This was my fifth stay. The building feels a bit nostalgic, and that adds to the atmosphere—like a classic Resort Hotel where you can relax without putting on airs. My summer highlight is the outdoor pool. I can use the float I brought without any hesitation, so I just drift under the blue sky. Doing absolutely nothing by the pool is the best. We didn’t dine at the Hotel this time, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to go out for meals. Even on a Multiple Night Stay, it’s nice to be able to choose based on how you feel that day. And every time, what stands out is how friendly all the staff are. They greet you with a smile whenever you pass them in the building, which makes for a very pleasant stay. Their warmth—natural rather than formal—is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Hotel. It’s not like a modern luxury Hotel; it’s a place with a nostalgic charm where you can truly unwind. This trip made for another wonderful summer vacation. I’ll be back again to relax.

It was new, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. The garden was spacious, and we could park right in front—very satisfying overall. However, it felt a bit small for three people plus one pet.

When my credit card did not respond during payment and caused a delay, the front desk staff immediately assisted me. They also upgraded my Room for free. Additionally, there is a free shuttle bus running between Narita Airport and the Hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was an excellent Hotel. I will use it again.

From the moment we checked in, we were truly touched by your warm, thoughtful hospitality. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant, and everything was delicious. I planned to pile up on the Häagen-Dazs from the buffet, but everything else was so good that I could only manage one scoop... The French toast that gets great Review is a must-try. We will definitely visit again.

I stayed here the night before using Narita Airport. After checking out Narita Airport in advance, I took a local bus, got off at Sanrizuka near the Hotel, and arrived in about a 5-minute walk. The Room was for one person, but there were three beds lined up, and there was no desk or chair for meals or desk work. I planned to use the large public bath but didn’t. The Room has a shower booth, and since there are fewer chances to take a bath overseas, I’d like to use it next time I stay. Breakfast was simple: side dishes served from shared platters along with rice and miso soup. It was warm and tasty, and I was satisfied. I was driven to Narita Airport by the Hotel’s car and arrived in about 15 minutes. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and those who drove me to Narita Airport were all very kind. Thank you very much.

Compared with a typical Business Hotel, it was far more comfortable. A spacious bathroom, a large TV, and in the family-type rooms there’s even karaoke. Some people may feel hesitant about it, but I personally loved it!! The only inconvenience was that there were no restaurants nearby. It felt luxurious for a solo stay—I’ll definitely use it again!!
