I also had breakfast at the restaurant in the Hotel; the taste was top-notch, and the two types of smoothies were incredibly delicious. Despite being just a few minutes from the station with excellent accessibility, its location on higher floors ensures quietness. I would love to

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips.

This time, as I was using a car, I decided to stay at this Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The Room is spacious, and the wide bed is very comfortable. The desk is also large, making it easy to work comfortably. The public bath is another great feature. What

It was a highly rated hotel, so I had high expectations, and it exceeded them. From the lounge to the room's interior, there was a sense of luxury, and it had a large public bath, stone sauna, and fitness facilities (though I couldn't use the stone sauna and fitness due to my lat

The bath, toilet, and sink were all in one space in the Room, but it was spacious, and above all I was impressed by how perfectly clean the bathtub was—smooth and sparkling. The large public bath was amazing. There was a silky bath, a bubbling bath, a cold bath, and a sauna—every

The Room was clean, and I could relax. But the biggest surprise was breakfast! It’s a Business Hotel, but it was my first time seeing freshly fried tempura made on the spot at a breakfast buffet—and it was delicious. The fried eggs and French toast were also freshly made, warm,

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to watch baseball. This was my third stay. It’s very convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the station. The front desk also has amenities and coffee, which I really appreciate. The Hotel isn’t new, but I think they’re doing their best. This tim

The 2LDK room was fully furnished with furniture and appliances, and it was very spacious, making us feel as if we were relaxing in a private home. There was also a bedroom, so my parents, who have difficulty walking, were able to stay comfortably. The staff were also very ki

I was also grateful for being allowed to use a room to change out of my work clothes in the evening after checking out, following the delivery of a package. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to use this hotel a

Power outlet locations are a bit inconvenient (near the entrance and at the foot of the bed close to the floor). No outlets near the desk or bed head area, so a long USB cable is necessary for smartphones. It would have been nice if power strips were available for rent. W

The biggest issue for me was that there wasn’t a bath mat—so after wrapping myself in a bath towel and removing the towel from my head to use as a makeshift mat—I stepped out of the bathtub. A bath mat would have been appreciated! Overall though, it was really great! I’d love

The lounge drink bar was available for free throughout my stay, and a simple breakfast with bread was also free. I was very satisfied with the large public bath—women also have access to a sauna and hot stone spa. Everything indoors was clean. The only thing I noticed was that a

The stay was for a regular alumni gathering in Ueno. Although it was raining, the hotel is almost directly connected to the station, so an umbrella was hardly necessary. Since it was late at night, I bought a nightcap and a sandwich for breakfast at NewDays in the station befor

There was no freezer function in the refrigerator, but when I spoke with the front desk, they froze my drinks for me, which helped me get through the extreme heat the next day. I’m grateful for their kind assistance.
