The futon was thin and a bit cold, but it seemed fine after adjusting the heating. It seems you can borrow blankets at the front desk, so I thought it would have been good to borrow one. The area might not have the best security, but being close to the station and at this price

This time, I left a space for two names for the twin room, so my son could check in, but while waiting for his father who was at a nearby parking lot due to rain, my son, carrying a lot of luggage, felt uncomfortable as he couldn't leave it in the room. Despite this being my th

When I stayed in January, it was cold at night with just the futon, so I called the front desk to ask if I could borrow a blanket. Despite it being late at night, they brought it to my room. Thanks to that, I was able to rest well at night. I appreciate the warm service. I will u

Other than that, it's close to the station, there are many shops nearby to get what you need, the service is polite, the plumbing is clean, and the bathtub is spacious, which was nice. Also, I really appreciate that the bath temperature control in the business hotel is not the ty

Conveniently close to the station. There are both external and internal stairs, but the front desk being on the second floor is a slight drawback. It was the second night of a 3-night, 4-day whirlwind trip. It was tough for my husband and me to carry our heavy suitcases up to the

Exhausted from unpacking, I enjoyed a soak in the hot spring at night, had a delicious meal, and slept soundly on the Simmons bed (the room was spacious and clean). The breakfast buffet was also delicious! Thanks to that, I was able to return to Osaka full of energy. Thank you ve

The staff's response is also good, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. There are really few places in Kawagoe where you can stay with a wheelchair. There are no reasonably priced options. It's helpful. Also, I personally recommend adding the Japanese breakfast set in the mo

They always interacted with us with a smile, and the hospitality was excellent and satisfying. The freshly baked bread for breakfast was delicious, and the meal content was good. The room, though small, was cleverly designed and allowed us to relax, but my friend mentioned th

All the staff at the lobby were courteous (I had the opportunity to meet about 4-5 people, and they were all humble and polite). 4. The room was thoroughly cleaned (I cleaned immediately after entering just in case, but everything, including the floor and desk, was very clean).

From the hotel room's balcony, I could see the townscape of Kurazukuri and the shrines and temples, and it was in such a convenient location that I could enjoy strolling through the town several times in the afternoon, evening, and morning. I am grateful for the warm hospitality

I always choose to stay here repeatedly when on business trips to Tokyo. The hotel staff (not just the front desk but also the cleaning staff) are all very kind and friendly, always with wonderful smiles that alone heal my heart and leave me completely satisfied. On top of that,

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and reasonably priced, so the rooms aren't particularly spacious, but the chair without a backrest and the bed are almost flush, making it surprisingly comfortable to relax. A

I had the opportunity to speak with three staff members from check-in to check-out, and each of them provided service with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. Staying here after returning from a mountain climbing trip allowed me to conclude my journey on a high note. Thank you v

I have used this place dozens of times. It's about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station. There are plenty of restaurants around the station, which is helpful. Near the hotel, there are supermarkets like Maibasuketto and Akore, so it's nice to have meals in the room. The mic
