I am a repeat guest. The staff's response was concise, efficient, and excellent. The Facility and amenities are well-equipped and convenient. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much for your kind service.

What surprised me most was that oranges were cut into easy-to-eat pieces—something I've never seen even at high-end hotel buffets! This level of attention to detail makes this dining area number one among all Route Inns I've stayed at so far. Of course, when leaving the dining ar

After returning home, I realized I had left my makeup pouch by the bathroom sink. I called right away, and the female staff member was very pleasant and helpful, which made me want to stay again. I immediately made a Reservation for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights at an APA H

The Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called me over. The staff just kept chatting among themselves. There was also no explanati

The breakfast selection isn’t very large, but everything was very tasty. It’s also close to the station, and there’s a convenience store and a fairly large supermarket within walking distance, so it’s great even for longer stays. It was very quiet at night and the area felt safe.

The in-room bath was spacious enough to stretch out my legs (I’m 168 cm tall), so I could relax comfortably. The front desk staff were kind and greeted me with a smile even when I came and went early in the morning or late at night, which made my stay very pleasant. The only disa

I only used the large public bath right after check-in and again after check-out; other than that, I used the in-room open-air bath for everything. By adjusting the water flow, I was able to enjoy it at a temperature that suited me perfectly. I was extremely satisfied to fully en

We chose a breakfast-included plan, which featured pancakes, salad, Greek yogurt, coffee or apple juice—all of which were delicious and highly satisfying. There was a small dog run within the premises equipped with toys, etiquette bottles, waste bags, and trash bins. It also had
