The milky, cloudy water warmed me through to the core, making it a truly exceptional Onsen experience. The Room was also highly functional and incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the quality of the Japanese cuisine was superb—without question, Michelin level. To top it all of

The exceptional hospitality made us forget about the typhoon entirely—it turned out to be an unforgettable day! That night after Typhoon No. 15 passed through, we admired an almost full moon shining brightly from our Room with all lights off—a breathtaking sight. My husband love

We were very satisfied with both the hot spring water and the meals, and we were especially comforted by the staff’s kindness and warm smiles. This time, we stayed with my daughter’s family as a large group, and you even celebrated my birthday, making it a truly memorable trip.

Not only were we impressed by the thoughtful hospitality of the staff, but we also felt completely refreshed in both body and mind thanks to the milky-white Onsen that warmed us to our core. The open-air bath with a view of snow was absolutely amazing. The dinner course was p

We are always comforted by the warm hospitality of the kind Hotel staff, as well as the warmth of the fireplace and Onsen. The meals were wonderful, and we are also grateful for the hospitality of the restaurant team. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas

This was my second stay. I truly feel from the bottom of my heart that I’m so glad I found Haccho-no-Yu. Thank you always for your heartfelt hospitality. The baths and the Room are wonderful, but above all, the cuisine is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the many creative dishes prepared by the head chef—they were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much. All of the staff were full of hospitality, and I was able to relax completely. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Whenever we visited Oku-Nikko and Yumoto, we would stop by Senjogahara or the ranch, and this Accommodation had always caught our eye. After turning 60, my spouse and I stayed here for the first time. The Onsen and the breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and it was a relaxing summer holiday to see many couples around our age dining in the restaurant. After ringing a bear bell and walking around Senjogahara for over an hour, we headed to Nikko Toshogu Shrine!

My husband really enjoyed the yuba soup and asked for seconds, which the staff kindly accommodated. The Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The Room showed some signs of age but was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Most memorable of all, shortly after checking in and bein

The ajillo was unbelievably delicious—I was genuinely surprised.

It was our first Onsen trip as a family of three! The room was comfortable, and our son enjoyed crawling around happily. The private open-air bath in the room was spacious and clean, and opening the window revealed a beautiful snowy view that made it incredibly relaxing. Th

It was our first time staying overnight with our dogs, and also our first time at an Accommodation that welcomes pets. The Facility was well equipped, beautiful, and very clean. I have a dog allergy so I was worried, but it wasn’t a problem. The Onsen was amazing! We were concern

The lounge was also comfortably sized, and the hot wine served in front of the reception during the event was perfect for warming up. In the morning, I took a walk to Futarasan Shrine and used the shuttle service to and from Nikko Station. It was an excellent property for a l

This was my first stay after the reopening. Everything except the large public bath area was very clean, but there were a few drawbacks. There isn’t much signage inside the building, so it was hard to find the large public bath at first. The lettering on the shampoo and other bottles is small, which may be difficult for older guests to read at a glance. Perhaps because fashion tattoos are allowed in the large public bath, there were some inconsiderate guests—for example, leaving belongings in the washing area to reserve space, or soaking in the tub with long hair left loose while brushing their teeth for a long time—which made sharing the bath unpleasant due to poor public bathing manners. The milky sulfur hot spring water felt wonderful, but it was disappointing that fallen leaves made the open-air bath look unclean. The welcome coffee was delicious. The Western-style meals were also excellent! It was great that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages at dinner were all-you-can-drink and included in the Accommodation rate. The Room had been renovated and was very clean! The key card system and air conditioning are new and comfortable. However, it wasn’t obvious that the light switch is on the bedside table next to the bed, so an explanation would be helpful. I also liked that the in-room refrigerator is a two-door type. Since there’s only one place to hang wet towels by default (around the washbasin), I wished there were a towel rack stand like many Accommodations provide. When three people stay in a twin Room, no extra bed is provided, so this time we slept together “river-style” in a king Room instead. It was fun once in a while—and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful overall. All things considered, it’s a wonderful Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a tournament. The staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for us to match the ski resort's opening at 8 AM. Each meal had a different menu, which was very satisfying. The bath was almost private, allowing us to relax and recover, with the temperature being perfect even for my husband who usually doesn't enjoy Onsen. We will definitely stay here again when we participate in next year's tournament.
