I had a wonderful time. First, the meals were incredibly delicious, with each dish carefully prepared and showcasing attention to detail. The breakfast was also exceptional, making me feel happy from the start of the day. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The meals were delicious with perfect portions and quality—absolutely flawless. The local beer and sake were also very tasty. One unique feature of this accommodation is that there is a temple within its premises where you can purchase Goshuin stamps or charms—a rare offering no

The hospitality was wonderful, and the meals were visually appealing and tasted very delicious. They cooked rice in a clay pot after we sat down, and the timing to receive the rice just as it was perfectly cooked was impressive. All the baths were excellent. It was really good.

Shima Onsen as a whole is enveloped in serene air befitting its status as a hidden gem of hot springs; moving from Kashotei to Sanso or Honkan felt like passing through a cave-like time machine that let me forget daily fatigue and immerse myself in travel bliss. I would love to

This was an Onsen accommodation we had been wanting to visit, and both the meals and service were excellent. The three different Onsens were especially outstanding. The temperature was just right for me, and the soft water made me want to stay in forever. This is an Onsen accommo

The warm and healthy meals made with local ingredients (the landlady's special cheese ganmo and Joshu beef teppanyaki) were heartwarming, and the landlady, who provided tips for local sightseeing and attentive care, was wonderful, allowing us to have a fulfilling time. Thank you

Not only was everything clean and comfortable, but I felt this was a truly wonderful Hotel thanks to the staff’s attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and excellent teamwork. As we were traveling with my elderly parents, I contacted the Hotel in advance about a few concerns. They kind

The cuisine is exquisite, with the steamed egg custard being a standout, and various dishes using local ingredients, freshly fried tempura, and freshly grilled fish, all of which are very delicious. The portions are so generous that it's hard to finish everything. It's a prope
