We stayed here with our two dogs. It’s a charming, dignified traditional Japanese house Accommodation, and it was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. The Room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of dog supplies, so even if you forget something, you’ll be just fine. The seasonal meals were delicious and beautifully prepared. Our dogs seemed to really like the handsome staff member, which gave us a good laugh. This is an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again—perfect for soothing both mind and body. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with their dog.

A few days ago, I decided to stay here and did so. We stayed in one Room for three people, and the extra bed was sturdy, so we were satisfied. Both the parking staff and the front desk staff were courteous, so I would like to use this Accommodation again.

This is a ryokan on the shores of Lake Onuma at Mount Akagi. With a history of over 150 years, it felt almost like a museum, with historical materials on display and the inn itself like an exhibit.\nBut the facilities are up to date, and the rooms and corridors were very clean.\nAt night, it becomes a completely silent world.\nThe elderly ladies who provide service are energetic and kind.\nMount Akagi can easily be a day trip from the Tokyo metropolitan area, but staying in this otherworldly place was wonderful.

We stayed in the largest building (01) with 4 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was spacious, including the washing area, which was very convenient. The jacuzzi was relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. There was only one set of bath salts and lotion provided, so bringing our own turned out to be a good idea. For dinner, we enjoyed a barbecue with plenty of meat but fewer vegetables. The sauce was delicious, and everyone used it generously—almost running out! If you eat a lot, bringing extras like sausages might be helpful. We brought some salads this time, which made for just the right amount of food. The grill had weak heat and seemed designed to be used with the lid closed. The gaps in the grill mesh were large enough that smaller pieces of meat fell through, so we ended up using an iron plate for cooking instead—resulting in more steamed dishes than grilled ones. Next time, we'll bring finer mesh for grilling. Breakfast included about 10 varieties of savory and sweet bread rolls (two pieces each). All were delicious and there was plenty to go around! Bringing kitchen scissors would allow everyone to share small portions and try different types more easily. One child in our group is picky about food; we realized afterward that requesting simple options like plain rolls or croissants would have been better. Overall, everyone had a great time—we were very satisfied! We couldn't hear any noise from neighboring buildings despite having kids who got quite loud at times; it felt nice not having to worry about disturbing others or being disturbed ourselves. Having toilets on both floors (1st & 2nd) was also very convenient. We’d love to stay here again!

We were completely satisfied with everything. In particular, the dinner ingredients you prepared were excellent, and thanks to your careful guidance on how to grill them, we were able to cook even the thick cuts of meat perfectly and enjoy them. We stayed with our dog, who was thrilled by the spacious lawn and pond and happily played throughout our stay. Both our dog and we were able to relax and have a wonderful time. We would love to visit again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Honestly, I thought the price was very reasonable considering the in-room open-air bath. All the Ryokan staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I was surprised to see so many young attendants, but they were very professional and clearly well trained. The meals featured carefully prepared mountain cuisine rather than seafood, and you could really feel the attention to detail. The in-room open-air bath had a wonderful atmosphere, and we had an amazing time. Because each building is connected by covered corridors, you can stroll through the garden even when it rains.

The Room is small but clean and well stocked with amenities; newspapers and free coffee make it a great value. The parking lot also has relatively ample space, so you can park with peace of mind. This was my second stay, and I would like to use it again when I come to Maebashi.

It felt safe being able to park my motorcycle right in front of the Room. There is also a Welcia and a convenience-store-like shop nearby, so you can do some shopping. The Room was clean and comfortable.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay somewhere with art. On the first floor of Maebashi Galleria there is a gallery, and I stayed on the third floor. There was a local festival that day and Maebashi Galleria was closed, so I wasn’t sure where the entrance was or how to check in. When I contacted them, they responded very politely and clearly. The room was spacious and had a balcony, and with no TV it was perfect for a digital detox. It also had a kitchen, which made it very comfortable to stay in. As for the bathroom, there was no bathtub and the shower room layout was unusual, so I’d rate that 3 stars. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling to Maebashi in the future.

This is a highly recommended Hotel that is clean and well-maintained, with excellent service, allowing you to stay comfortably and with peace of mind without any stress.

I stayed here for most of September. Since it’s a container unit, I was worried about noise. During heavy downpours, it was so loud that I couldn’t hear the TV, but other noises didn’t bother me. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and I had a comfortable stay.

Dinner was described as a light meal, but it felt like much more than that... I was completely full, and the curry was delicious!! There were a couple of things about the phone service that I wasn’t sure about, but I was so satisfied that it didn’t really matter. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Route Inn before, but this was my first time at Route Inn Grand. The room was spacious and comfortable. What surprised me most was the breakfast—being able to enjoy freshly made egg dishes and just-fried tempura right in front of me was very satisfying.

I stayed in a smoking Room and appreciated being able to ventilate thoroughly through the window. I liked the charm of the old building, which felt relaxing. The atmosphere in the lobby is also nice.

The ReFa shower head, shampoo and treatment, and hair dryer were excellent. The Room was clean and comfortable, but two of the outlets at the dresser didn’t work, and the light wouldn’t turn on. Maybe it was a loose connection at the dresser?

The Room was clean, and although I expected it to be noisier, the noise did not bother me at all, which was great. The only thing that concerned me was mold on the shower curtain. Other than that, everything was good, and I would like to stay again.

I used it during the New Year holidays. Unlike recent APA, it was not a card key but a physical key. I went by car, and there was enough parking space (up to the third lot), so unless it's extremely crowded, you shouldn't have any trouble. When you return by car at check-in, they will guide you to the parking lot. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Maebashi Station, but it's close to the downtown (drinking area), so I think it's convenient. One thing that surprised me a bit is that depending on the room, the view right in front is a cemetery, so it might be good to know if you care about that. It's a Business Hotel, and the service is not bad at all, so I can normally recommend it.

The complimentary vegetable-rich miso soup was particularly delightful. The Binchotan charcoal and high-quality toothbrush provided in the Room showed great attention to detail. Conveniently located right in front of JR Kiryu Station, yet offering a quiet environment.

Although various things were written in the Reviews, I had no problems once I stayed. The building is old, so it is what it is. The Hotel staff were pleasant, and I was able to spend my time there comfortably. Thank you very much.
