We also heard that the dog meals use the same meat. They even took a commemorative photo for us at breakfast, which became a great memory. The staff were kind to our dog as well, and we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation, and it’s a

Of course, we were fully satisfied with the delicious cuisine, sommelier-recommended wine, and birthday cake. The thoughtful gestures from the staff, including a birthday message card, made us appreciate this Hotel even more. The lighting of the giant Christmas tree was also a

It was truly an amazing experience. The staff worked with us multiple times beforehand to plan a surprise, and their attention to detail was incredible. I've never experienced such exceptional hospitality before. Thank you for accommodating our requests with a smile! The staff

It has a small entrance where cars cannot stop at the front door, and it is not a large Hotel that can offer a grand welcome, but it is wonderful. The cuisine, in particular, is excellent. I have stayed at various luxury Resort Hotels, but this place seems like one I would return

Both the balcony and the Room, with two beds each, delighted both humans and our dog. The entire Hotel exuded a welcoming atmosphere for dogs, and the meals were delicious, with cute dog-shaped carrots that were truly impressive. Complimentary ramen, ice cream, and consommé soup

The lemon cake was also incredibly delicious. The evening free-flow session was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy an elegant time in the lounge, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed as well. For breakfast, as buffets are becoming challenging for elderly guests like us, having a

We chose this place because the Karuizawa outlet area gets crowded and it’s hard to enjoy a relaxing summer retreat there—and it was absolutely the right decision! Everything from the Room to the Onsen has been beautifully renovated, and we were very satisfied. And for train lovers, it was a real treat to be able to take a monorail to the Onsen. Even if you don’t ride it, you can get there quickly by stairs. We’d love to stay again.

We enjoyed apple pie and royal milk tea at the café, cocktails at the bar, and finally dinner at the restaurant. And to top it off, an Onsen we could soak in anytime. Off-season Karuizawa was quiet and peaceful, and my heart, body, and stomach were all happily satisfied. Thank yo

The tatami Room was spacious, very clean, and truly impressive. The green scenery visible from the window was also stunning and highly satisfying. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring vegetables from Nagano Prefecture. The large public bath was also very satisfying

Our kids enjoyed watching YouTube or Amazon Prime Video on TV—very convenient! This facility is perfect for spending quiet and relaxing time in Karuizawa. All staff members were incredibly warm-hearted—it felt so welcoming! We would love to stay here again when visiting Karuiza

It was a rainy day, so it was helpful that the Hotel was close to the station. All of the Hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. For breakfast, I had salad, bread, and soup, and everything was delicious and satisfying. There were board games in the free drinks area, which we enjoyed. It was a great Hotel that I would like to stay at again.

You can walk to both Karuizawa Station and Kumoba Pond. It’s a slightly retro Hotel, with no elevator, and the shower and hair dryer are standard. That said, it has a nostalgic charm that I really liked. Meals were served at seats overlooking the garden greenery, and it was comfortable even when dining alone. Of course, the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant.

I visit Karuizawa every Golden Week, and this was the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The Onsen was wonderful, I slept soundly, and breakfast was truly delightful with excellent flavors and a great selection—making it a genuinely happy stay. The staff were kind, the Room was
