We stayed as a family of four. The Room and bath were great, but above all, the meals were outstanding. The complimentary beer after the bath and ice cream were also nice, but what impressed us even more was the staff’s hospitality. From casual conversations they suggested a stro

We came back for another stay. Above all, the home-cooked meals prepared by the hostess are truly delicious! The vegetables from their home garden, the rice, and each ingredient has its own story—you can really feel the care and attention to detail. Both the hosts and their welcoming dogs made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Walking along the soft wood chip paths laid out across the spacious grounds was also an enjoyable experience with its unique texture underfoot. The staff's thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality was exceptional; it allowed us to relax completely and spend luxurious moments toge

Both the room and the garden were well-maintained, and the staff's attention to detail was excellent. I am grateful for the kind words from the front desk, parking lot, and housekeeping staff. The birthday cake and photos for the dogs became wonderful memories. It's always

We truly appreciated being able to bring our small dog in a private, whole-house rental. The Facility were excellent, and it was our first time experiencing an outdoor living area and an in-wall heating and cooling system throughout the entire building—both were wonderful. Our pe

We have stayed at many Hotels while traveling, but this was the first Hotel that provided such detailed ingredient information for the buffet. We imagine it required a great deal of work, and we are truly sorry for the trouble; thanks to your thoughtful care, we were able to enjo

This was my first stay, and it was a comfortable hotel with a spacious garden that also serves as a dog run. They offer rental sheets (200 yen) for dogs that may jump onto the bed, which I thought was a great idea because it eliminates the stress of worrying about the bedding. There were also dog amenities, and overall I felt it offered excellent value for the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

My spouse and I stayed with our two dogs. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The dog meals also seemed tasty—our dogs finished them in no time. We were happy that the staff treated our very energetic dogs kindly. Everyone we interacted with—the front desk, the restaurant staff, and the Room service staff—was pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a Room with a private garden, but unfortunately it rained, so we’d like to come again on a sunny day. Thank you very much.

The rooms, terrace, and BBQ area were all very clean, and it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. The grill we reserved in advance was perfectly prepared, and there was a great selection of insect repellent items, dog supplies, indoor games, and welcome drinks—our whole family was more than satisfied. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!!!

We stayed for one night and two days on the senior Plan with two meals included. We received a call in advance to confirm a few details, and the staff member was extremely courteous, which raised our expectations and made us look forward to our stay. Those expectations were fully met: throughout our visit, the service from all staff—at the front desk, restaurant, and elsewhere—was wonderful, natural, and never overbearing. Thanks to you, my spouse and I enjoyed a truly comfortable stay together for the first time in a while. The Facility was clean, the meals were very satisfying, and we felt it was excellent value. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. As always, the spacious and comfortable Room and the spectacular view of Mt. Asama were truly refreshing. Dinner (Japanese), the breakfast buffet, and the welcome drink (soft-serve ice cream) that I tried for the first time this visit were all very enjoyab

The night illumination at the retro-style Western hotel was stunning. We stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I was touched by the dessert plate they prepared for us. The room had been renovated, was clean, and made our stay very comfortable. Above all, we were soothed by

There is also a lounge where you can enjoy coffee or tea, along with sample treats for dogs. Next to the lounge are thoughtful amenities like a freezer and rental raincoats for dogs—such small touches truly warm your heart. The staff members were incredibly kind and even played w

The accommodation provided a wide range of amenities such as baby pajamas, toothbrushes, slippers, shampoo, and diaper bags, which made packing light and very convenient. Meals were thoughtfully prepared in stages for babies, kids, and adults. High chairs and cutlery for children

The staff kindly lent me binoculars and informed me about woodpeckers nearby. They also provided manga at the onsen, which was very thoughtful. At night, I woke up to buzzing midges and ended up dealing with around 10 of them at 2 AM—apologies for any noise caused by hitting wal

We were refreshed by nature, cool air, and delicious meals.

The cleanliness was impressive and I was very satisfied. I would have been even more satisfied if there were amenities like coffee and pajamas, but the owner was very kind, so I was extremely pleased. It is quite spacious, so it is recommended for use by large groups.

An unexpectedly great location, with a large public bath and two meals included at this price. There is no Wi‑Fi, so mobile reception can be poor, but aside from that, it’s a solid choice if you want to stay in Karuizawa’s villa area.

This Accommodation was started so owners can enjoy traveling with their dogs without feeling uncomfortable or out of place. You can sleep together with your dog, and there is a great selection of dog amenities provided, so we were very satisfied with our stay. We were also very happy with the dinner bento. It’s within about 30 minutes of Old Karuizawa Ginza and Karuizawa Shopping Plaza, making it a convenient base for sightseeing and highly recommended.

Dogs can take a relaxing stroll in the spacious garden. It was reassuring to be able to keep an eye on them, and we also enjoyed the setup where they could feel like they were having a bath. On top of that, dogs stay for free—truly appreciated. The bedding was very comfortable, and the kitchen with a view of the TV was spotless; everything was so clean that we’d love to come again. I almost don’t want it to become too popular after posting this, but it’s an Accommodation I highly recommend. We had no trouble shopping nearby either.
