The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were efficient, and everything tasted great. The miso soup was especially good, and every side dish was excellent with no disappointments. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The hotel offers excellent access to various locations and is a high-level city accommodation in every aspect. The French toast at breakfast was especially delicious. During the day, I dined at Tobu Department Store and stayed at Utsunomiya Tobu Hotel Grande, enjoying a full day

I didn't have high expectations because it was cheap, but when we actually went, although there was a slight oldness, it was very clean, with free amenities and a large public bath. The room was spacious, and even for our 4-year-old child, a proper breakfast set was served. Overa

The private bath also had an open-air option, which was very satisfying. For dinner, I added all-you-can-eat crab, which was delicious with flavorful meat that wasn’t overly salty. The basic meal was also well-prepared, served warm, and tasted great. I tried a bit of my child’s k

Last time, we stayed at Super Hotel in Mito. This time as well, the front desk and breakfast staff provided clear explanations and excellent service. The room and facilities were clean, and there was an all-you-can-drink welcome drink service until 9 PM. Additionally, we rece

The hairdryer is a Mod's Hair, which is great for women, and the airflow was perfect. It was the first time I experienced such a strong airflow with a cool air setting. Having a microwave on each floor is also incredibly convenient. I stayed in mid-September, but even with

Since it’s new, the Room was clean and nice. I ate outside, so although there were meals at the Hotel, I didn’t get to try them. After checking out, I realized I had left something in the Room, but they kindly contacted me about it, which was very helpful. Thank you very much!

The guest rooms have been fully renovated, with sparkling walls, floors, and bathrooms. Lighting and outlets are functionally arranged, allowing for a stress-free and comfortable stay. Including the exceptionally kind service at the front desk, this Hotel offers incredible va

What I liked: the reasonable price, walking distance from Utsunomiya Station, and how exceptionally clean both the building and the Room were. Also, a free light breakfast (bread and drinks) is included. There is a coffee machine for drinks, so you can make café au lait or cocoa

The Hotel building itself has an old-fashioned style, but it was neatly kept and clean. An ashtray is provided outside. The staff were all very helpful as well. It’s true that, as other Reviews say, if you choose a slightly more expensive place you can stay at a newer-looking H

Complimentary stick coffee is available, including café au lait, tea au lait, and green tea—much appreciated in these times of rising prices. I forgot my phone charger, but surprisingly the room's desk lamp had wireless charging functionality. This feature is rare in business h

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Breakfast was delightful, especially being able to make your own waffles. Freshly made waffles soaked in syrup were absolutely delicious. The staff provided courteous and attentive service. Amenities...

It had two spacious rooms, two toilets, two TVs, a large bath, and a lovely coffee maker. I stayed with my daughter, and we were able to spend a very relaxing time, making it a great memory. If I have the chance to visit Utsunomiya again, I would love to stay here again. My daugh
