I had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very convenient. I was impressed that the skincare products at the amenities bar were Sekkisei. This time I booked No Meals Included, but I would have liked to try the breakfast if I had the chance.

Thank you as always for your kind support. This time, we had a very comfortable stay for three nights. When visiting Utsunomiya, if Sealuck Pal has availability, we will adjust our schedule accordingly.

Used this hotel for a business trip. My schedule might have changed, so I made two separate one-night reservations, but the staff kindly treated it as a Multiple Night Stay—making a great first impression from check-in. I had meals at the annex across the street; the buffet offered a wide variety and was excellent. The limited-quantity French toast was delicious. I also enjoyed the complimentary Thai-style ochazuke at night and was very satisfied. The TV lets you log in to apps like Netflix and YouTube with your own account, which was also great. I’m more of a coffee person, so I’d be disappointed with only tea, but they provide drip coffee along with the amenities. If I have another business trip to Utsunomiya, I’d like to stay here again.

This was my first time visiting Utsunomiya, and I stayed here. I often use Hotel Mets in other locations, so I booked with confidence. Since I used self check-in, I did not have much interaction with staff and cannot really comment on service, but the Hotel has a stylish atmosphere overall. The Room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I had a comfortable stay. I think Hotel Mets is great wherever you go!

The Facility is relatively new, and the Room was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and helpful both at the front desk and during breakfast. Also, the parking lot is flat (ground-level), and the location—between Kanuma Interchange and Utsunomiya Station—is very convenient. I think it offers excellent value for money.

The location is excellent and very convenient with parking available. The area is perfect for exploring and dining, so you'll never have trouble finding something to eat. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing—too basic, to be honest. Considering Utsunomiya's specialty is mainly gyoza, it might be understandable, but overall it was still a good Hotel.

Conveniently located near the station, with a 7-Eleven downstairs, making it easy to find. The front desk is right by the lobby entrance. The elevators are close, and the breakfast restaurant is also nearby. The Room is compact, but the unit bath is spacious and the bathtub is generously sized. Above all, it’s clean and new. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including items unique to Utsunomiya, which was very satisfying. I would like to stay again.

I stayed one night in a Single Room. It was close to the station, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious.

The Room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious. I love croissants.

I stayed here on a solo trip and was extremely satisfied with my stay. Above all, the Onsen was outstanding. The water quality was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt surprisingly smooth. The open-air bath is in a quiet setting surrounded by forest, making it easy to forget everyday life and truly unwind. The sauna was also excellent. With self-service löyly, you can work up a good sweat in a short time, and the deep cold bath with continuously flowing groundwater had no chlorine smell—I could really feel how clean the water was. The temperature is properly maintained with a chiller, so it’s nicely cold and comfortable. Relaxing on the reclining chairs in the outdoor area while looking out at the forest was the most memorable part of this stay. Dinner is served as a course meal but offers far more volume than expected—you’ll be completely full. The locally sourced ayu (sweetfish) from Kitsuregawa was delicious, and I enjoyed regional ingredients. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with rice, miso soup, natto, and a drink bar available freely, so you can eat well from the morning. It was also very helpful to have Shuttle Service both ways to Ujiie Station. It’s about 20 minutes away, but for guests arriving by public transportation this is an especially appreciated service. Some parts of the building and Facility show their age, but everything inside was kept clean and I never felt uncomfortable. It seemed to be run by a small team, yet everyone provided warm and very attentive service that made my stay pleasant throughout. Even though it isn’t far from Tokyo, I think this Accommodation is special for offering an escape into nature in such a peaceful setting. Amenities are minimal essentials only, so if you have specific preferences you may want to bring what you need—earplugs included—for an even more comfortable stay. This time I traveled alone, but next time I would love to visit with my family.

The Room was spacious, and the shower water pressure in the bathroom was strong and very pleasant. Breakfast was not buffet-style; it offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. One drawback: we were tired and ordered room service, but the food arrived cold and was delivered on a tray rather than a cart, so my spouse and I ended up eating in separate places. I hope you will consider making improvements.

I stayed here for a live event trip, and the Hotel was conveniently located between Tobu-Utsunomiya Station and the venue. It was close to both the station and the venue, which made getting around very easy. The Hotel itself may be a bit old, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. I was also happy that the shower head was a ReFa, though the water pressure was slightly weak, which was my only disappointment. I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Utsunomiya!

We stayed here to celebrate my spouse and me turning 70. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen water quality in the large public bath was excellent. We could choose different temperatures depending on the area, and we were very satisfied. The meals were also very delicious. It became a memorable celebration. We would like to visit again.

The location, service, and facilities offered more value than the price. I had a pleasant stay and would like to use it again.

The location was excellent, and the staff were kind. The free coffee was a nice bonus, and I was lucky to be able to watch the streetcars from the breakfast area window. There’s also a dumpling restaurant, an izakaya, and a convenience store in the same building, so everything you need is right there.

Dinner in the evening was also delicious, thanks to the staff’s attentive service.

I stay here once a year when MEET THE BEAT! is held. Free parking and within walking distance of the station, yet reasonably priced. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. I will stay here again next year. Thank you.

This capsule Hotel offers outstanding value for money. The bath area is small, but the Facility is sufficient for bathing. It also comes with a sauna, which is a great bonus at this price.

Conveniently located near the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, at the edge of the nightlife district. The Facility is also new, so it felt clean and well maintained.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.
