There are various cottage-style Accommodations with different atmospheres, and every Room is clean. Best of all, it’s truly dog-first: we can spend time together with our dog both in the restaurant and even on the bed in the Room, which makes us very happy. Many staff members hav

A must-stay dog-friendly Accommodation for anyone traveling with a dog. From the entrance to the Room and dining area, carrying your dog or using a leash is fine—and carts are welcome too. I was impressed by both the menu and portion sizes, and all staff were kind. The free massa

The dog meals were amazing—so appetizing that even humans might want to try them! Our dog devoured it instantly. If you’re staying here, ordering the dog meal is highly recommended! The accommodation is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy leisurely walks. Penny Lane is

We stayed here as a family, including our dog, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the advance phone consultation to the kind support from all staff on the day, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our Multiple Night Stay in comfort. We also added the teppanya

The bath was a flowing onsen, and even though it was just a one-night stay, we used it three times. The morning bath while watching the sunrise was a blissful experience. Both our dog and we were extremely satisfied. We talked about coming back again with my daughter on our way

We were able to bring our dog with us even when we went out for meals, and it was a truly relaxing time. Both dinner and breakfast were extremely delicious. However, the dinner portions were quite large—by the time the steak was served, we were already full. Since we wanted to en

Since we didn’t want to be separated from our dog during meals or bath time, we searched for a room with in-room dining and an open-air bath, and found this place. The bath was amazing! We used it multiple times until check-out. We were recommended a Japanese-style room in advanc

From the warm welcome by the staff to their guidance at mealtimes, everyone was very kind. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious—we were completely satisfied. Also, the Onsen water in our Room was wonderfully soft and felt great for the body, so we ended up soaking many times. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The view from the room was amazing. (The windows were so large that a lot of sunlight came in, so even in October it was hot and we turned on the air conditioning.) The open-air bath was spacious, and we could really relax. We also appreciated the complimentary ice pops and fruit vinegar after bathing! The food was delicious, and we especially liked the broth in the matsutake mushroom and pike conger eel dobin-mushi. The beef cooked on a ceramic plate was a bit tough for my 84-year-old mother (we should have taken it off a little earlier). The staff’s polite service was also very pleasant. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that there wasn’t a beer vending machine.

When my children were young, we often visited Seiunso with grandparents, nieces, and nephews, enjoying lively times together. This time marks my first stay in over 20 years. I came across an ad for Sun Valley on SNS by chance, mentioning it was a dog-friendly accommodation in N

F-sawa, thank you very much!!) Since it was peak season, check-in took quite a while, but thanks to the Diamond member benefit of late check-out, check-out went smoothly. Next time we’d like to adjust our timing. Even though it was our first trip with our dog, we felt at ease a

We also had the chance to interact with Zeke, the Giant Schnauzer who is the accommodation's mascot dog. It was my first time seeing such a large dog, but he was very well-behaved and even played with our beloved pet. Nasu is one of our favorite destinations that we visit sever

We stayed with our dog. The Facility is showing its age, but the free-flowing Onsen from the source is outstanding. It warms you up so well that you may keep sweating for an hour after getting out. We also appreciated being able to dine with our dog. We played golf too—although i

The space, design, and furniture were lovely and comfortable. There were even cages and dishes for dogs, making the stay enjoyable. Although I forgot to check beforehand, while towels were provided as amenities, there were no pajamas available, so you may need to pack extra ite

There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby, making it a very convenient location. For breakfast, we made French toast and had it with smoothies. Additionally, we enjoyed the sauna, bath, and terrace facilities. It was a quiet environment where even our dog could relax co

It was a great help. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and even received a welcome drink. The resident dog, Sachi-chan, was absolutely adorable—both my daughter and son enjoyed interacting with her. We appreciated the private family bath arrangement and had a relaxing s

You can directly access the covered dog run from the room, which is very convenient on rainy days. Since it was sunny during our stay, we used the two uncovered areas. The spaciousness and lack of time restrictions were very helpful. The main building (reception and dining) is separate from the room and bath, so it might be slightly inconvenient in heavy rain as there is no roofed pathway. The room was clean, and dog amenities were well-prepared. We were surprised by the wide variety of menu options for dog meals! The owner is very friendly and kind, making this accommodation a safe choice even for first-time travelers!

I stayed with dinner and breakfast included. Both meals were delicious and very filling. The staff's hospitality was excellent. The room was stylish, and I was surprised to see amenities like razors, toothbrushes, and combs all made of bamboo. It was a hotel I would love to use again.

I stayed with two parakeets. Since the Accommodation is located a little away from the tourist spots, it was quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, and we didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Dinner was shabu-shabu, with plenty of vegetables and even udon to finish, which was more than satisfying. With an open-air bath included, we could bathe whenever we liked, and unlike staying at a Hotel, we didn’t feel rushed by schedules and were able to spend a leisurely time together with the birds. Next time, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.
