I traveled with my partner. The Hotel felt a bit old, but all the staff we passed greeted us warmly and cheerfully, which was very pleasant. They promptly assisted with the reservation call for river rafting and handled it efficiently. The meals in the morning and evening had a wide variety of dishes, were visually colorful, and used local ingredients, which I appreciated. The chicken in the hot pot was delicious, as was the rice. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Next time, I’d like to try river rafting too!

Traveling with two young children, we were a bit anxious at first, but there were plenty of facilities for kids to enjoy, and they were delighted. With the all-inclusive plan, we never had to worry about meals, and we had a wonderful time making the most of the spacious pool, arcade, and hot spring facilities. All of the staff were very kind, and best of all, the loungewear was stylish and comfortable—making our stay extremely relaxing. It was such a great trip that we would definitely like to return. Thank you very much.

The Onsen area was very spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The Room was also large, clean, and comfortable. The buffet selection was plentiful and excellent. I would love to stay again!

The hot springs and meals were both excellent—this is an inn I’d definitely like to stay at again. When I went in during the evening, the water felt a little lukewarm, but by around 10 p.m. it was piping hot like Sabakoyu, and I was able to warm up thoroughly! The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and attentive, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s also close to the station, there are plenty of vending machines, and there’s a souvenir shop on-site. They also offer welcome drinks, and everything you need is available within the property, which made it very relaxing. The building is a bit old, so if you’re sensitive to smells you might notice it. Other than that, nothing bothered me—in fact, I liked it even more for its charming atmosphere. Overall it was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay here again!

The kids were thrilled with the pool, karaoke, table tennis, and the huge selection of manga! Adults were just as happy with the sauna, drinks, and the Onsen! All Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Mr. T. kindly accommodated our requests during karaoke on the second day and carefully explained the details of our Room, which made us truly happy. I’m sorry I couldn’t thank you properly when we left. This is an Itoen we definitely want to visit again!

Stayed here again. The front desk and staff were from overseas, but they were always smiling and provided pleasant, welcoming service. Some parts of the property feel a bit dated, but there was a happy hour, a variety of dishes beyond hot pot, and drinks as well, so we had an enjoyable time. The open-air bath in the large public bath is on the small side, but it’s comfortable and you can relax at your own pace. It isn’t barrier-free, so it may be challenging for some guests, but I personally really like this hotel and would love to stay again if I have the chance to visit Nikko.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We were able to relax and recover in the Onsen (I went in five times), and the buffet was delicious—I ended up eating too much and was very satisfied. My mother especially loved the live-kitchen steak at dinner and the udon at breakfast, and she ate a lot. The Room was even cleaner than we expected, and my mother was happy that she could rest well. We are grateful to all the staff for their kindness. And thank you as well to the robot vacuum that was working early in the morning. I thought this might be our last long trip together, but I would love to stay here again.

We stayed in a suite Room, and it was exceptionally spacious and spotless!! The buffet meals were outstanding, and my wife and I were both very satisfied!! We’d love to come again!!

What we liked - Many of the dining areas are semi-private, which gave our family a nice sense of privacy. - The meal selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than satisfying, and everything we tried was delicious. We appreciated the focus on quality over flashy presentation. - Although all the staff were foreign nationals, everyone was smiling, sincere, and hardworking. It made us want to cheer them on. - Each floor had a completely different hallway interior design and furnishings, which was fun to see. - There was some flexibility at check-in and during meals, so we didn’t have to rush or wait in long lines. We really appreciated being able to move around calmly. A few minor disappointments - The air conditioning in the lobby, hallways, and elevator wasn’t very effective, so it felt hot. The lobby is large with an open atrium so that’s understandable, but the elevator was especially warm. - There were cobwebs on the ceiling near the window in our Room. We stayed as three generations of our family (parents and child), and everyone was very satisfied—we had a wonderful time together. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. To be honest, we chose this Accommodation because of the low price, but the Room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. There were guests in the next Room, and there were times when construction was going on outside, but it didn’t bother us at all—perhaps because the soundproofing is solid. The toilet in the Room does not have a bidet seat, but it seems the shared toilets on the floor are equipped with one. The bath in a separate building had pleasantly silky water, and the washing area was spacious and comfortable. The open-air bath is very close to trees and has quite an atmospheric feel, so we recommend using it in the morning. Also, please be careful as the walkway can be slippery on rainy days. Next time, we would like to use the private bath as well.

This was my second stay to coincide with the fireworks. I also stayed a year ago, and the Room was still kept clean and in good condition. I wasn’t sure whether it was okay to use the towels to dry dishes, so I used paper towels instead… Sorry for using too many (there was also a sponge and dish soap). Next time, I plan to bring kitchen scissors and a dishcloth. If you could provide more detailed instructions on how to sort the trash, I’d be able to cooperate better… so I ended up putting it all together. I’d love to stay again!

The staff member who took care of both dinner and breakfast was very pleasant. Also, at check-out, since both taxis and buses were crowded, they kindly drove us instead. We truly appreciate their flexible support. The bath was also excellent! Thank you for your hospitality. We would like to visit again.

Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. The bath could also be used privately if the timing worked out, allowing us to relax in comfort. In addition, the owner and hostess were wonderful people, and their warm hospitality truly put us at ease.

The owners were kind, the meals were delicious, and I was very satisfied! The Room was clean, and I think the cost performance is excellent. Both the station and convenience store are nearby, making it very convenient. I would love to visit again!

This was a girls’ trip with a group who loves drinks, and we were so happy with how great the all-inclusive plan was! We ate our fill at dinner, and the late-night ochazuke was delicious and really hit the spot… All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time from start to finish. We’d love to stay again when we visit Kinugawa. Thank you so much!

During our two-night, three-day stay, we were able to relax and unwind in this quiet Accommodation. The meals were also very delicious. The Tochigi Wagyu beef in particular was tender and outstanding. All the staff provided pleasant, welcoming service, which made our stay very comfortable. The large public bath was spacious, and perhaps because there aren’t many guest rooms, it never felt crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—so we could soak at ease. I was happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa. The welcome apple juice and manju were delicious. I noticed the apple juice was sold at the shop—I regret not buying some to take home. I’d love to stay again when visiting Kinugawa or Nikko.

We stayed in a cottage this time. Although it is a bit old, it is kept very clean. It rained on the day we checked out, but there is a roofed walkway so you can reach the front desk without getting wet. Both Onsen were wonderful, and we would love to visit again.

I was looking for a place to stay that day, made a reservation, and checked in 30 minutes later. Since it was room-only, I was able to stay at a reasonable price. The hot spring has limited hours, but the water was great. I’m satisfied with the value for money. It’s a place I’d like to stay at again if I have the chance.

There were chain restaurants nearby, and a theme park was also close by, which made it convenient! The bathroom was clean and spacious, which was great. The Room was also spacious, which was great!

Everything was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed! We stayed here because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could bring our dog, and the dog amenities were very well stocked, so we’re really glad we chose to stay. The illuminated cottage was beautiful, and the dog run was spacious and clean—an outstanding Accommodation in every way. We’re already talking about staying at your other locations in different prefectures as well!
