The front desk service was courteous, and I appreciated that they promptly called a taxi for the next day. The Room was clean and comfortable. In addition, there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel, which is handy even when it’s windy and rainy. I would like to stay here again.

A Hotel that is never flashy, yet conveys exceptional quality and refined elegance. The rooms are spacious, and the chairs and beds are extremely comfortable. Instead of a card key, the traditional heavy brass key is actually a nice touch. Amenities are also high-end, including Nespresso and L’OCCITANE. It has a dignified presence unlike design-focused city hotels. I was impressed—it truly lives up to its reputation as a Hotel patronized by the Imperial Household.

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, a place I had always wanted to try. What I liked - The Room felt more spacious than I expected and not cramped, so it was very comfortable. - The ice cream in the post-bath area was a nice touch. - I appreciated that ice packs were available as well. - The “neba-neba” breakfast bowl was delicious. If I could have eaten more, I would have gone back for seconds. What concerned me - I couldn’t watch YouTube or similar apps on the Room TV. - The toothpaste that came with the disposable toothbrush was made in Vietnam (it was my first time seeing that). - There is a Lawson across the street, but it’s a bit of an awkward distance to both the station and places like the department store and Seicomart. - Dust in the Room stood out to me. I didn’t use it myself, but my husband went to the large public bath three times. He said the sauna was great and that it felt like a small Onsen trip. Our Room was on the same floor as the large public bath, which made it easy to go back and forth—this worked out well for us. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It’s a bit of a walk after leaving the station, and the approach to the Hotel isn’t very attractive. However, the Hotel itself was excellent. The building is old, but the Room felt thoroughly clean in every corner, and the air conditioning was comfortable without being overly cold. The unit bath was fairly spacious, and with the bath salts provided I could stretch out and relax, which helped relieve my fatigue. I was also personally happy that the skincare amenities were from Kalahari. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. It was my first time in Mito, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. When I visit Mito again, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was my first trip to Mito in 20 years, but unfortunately it rained. Still, thanks to staying at this Hotel, I didn’t feel any inconvenience when it came to shopping or dining. At the front desk, there were 2–3 staff members who were quite unfriendly, and three who were very pleasant (a foreign staff member, a male staff member, and a young female staff member). So even if you happen to be helped by someone unfriendly, if another person assists you instead you can still feel well taken care of—so it’s fine. I stayed for two nights. On the first night I had a Room near the elevators on a day with many group guests. Since I’m a light sleeper, even small noises woke me up. When I spoke with the young female receptionist about it, she kindly reassigned me to another Room without any hassle. I really appreciated that. The Room was very spacious and had new facilities. Because it was raining, I spent a lot of time in the Room and found it very comfortable. Complimentary bottled water and tea bags were provided, but there was no coffee—since I like having coffee in my pajamas right after waking up, next time I’ll bring instant coffee myself. Also, there was only one sturdy pair of slippers suitable for going to the large public bath area inside the Hotel; next time I plan to bring disposable slippers as well. There was also an Accommodation guest–exclusive aperitivo at the restaurant. The selection, price, and service were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will stay here again next time!

Just down the escalator from the South Exit of Mito Station and before crossing the Sakura River—an excellent location with easy access. It was convenient to leave my luggage and pick it up later, and there’s also a lounge where you can relax freely until 24:00, which was great for taking it easy until my train Reservation time. The staff were kind as well. The free breakfast included a local dish called Nuppe-jiru, which was rich and delicious. The Room was spacious for one person and very comfortable. It was bright and clean. If I had to mention anything, a slightly longer shoehorn would have been easier to use, and the disposable slippers were thin, so I wish I had brought my own. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I stayed for one night over the weekend to watch a sports game. The building is a bit old, but the Room was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but the freshly made omelet was delicious. The younger staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would be happy to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

The bathtub was spacious and felt very open, which was great. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the soups in particular were outstanding.

You can reach Mito Station via the pedestrian deck, and you can park conveniently in the adjacent commercial Facility’s multi-story parking garage with 24-hour in-and-out access. The room was also well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked. There is no large public bath, but we were able to relax with the carbonated bath salts provided as an amenity.

Conveniently located close to the station. 　As we checked in late, the on-site parking was full, but there was an affordable paid parking lot across from the underground garage, so it was easy to use without any trouble. 　The young male staff member at the front desk was also very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. 　Thank you very much.

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

The price is very reasonable, yet all the staff appeared to be Japanese, and the front desk service in the lobby was professional. (At another chain Hotel I used recently, the staff were foreign and there were issues such as unclear explanations on how to use the Hotel facilities and mistakes in billing.) Even at checkout, the housekeeping staff greeted me and seemed to be working hard, so I felt this is a Hotel you can stay at with peace of mind.

The next day was the Mito Melon Marathon, and every Hotel in Mito was fully booked, with Accommodation Fees soaring to more than double the usual rate. I couldn’t give up on staying overnight, so I checked Yahoo! Travel and found that a Room had opened up at President Hotel—probably due to a cancellation. I quickly looked at the Reviews, and they seemed great. The price was around 11,000 yen, much cheaper than other options. I made a Reservation right away and was able to stay without any issues. In the end, it really was a wonderful Hotel just as the Reviews said, and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the building and my Room were clean. The single Room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was large enough to relax in. There are many affiliated parking lots available, which was very helpful: even before check-in, I could park for 600 yen (an additional 100 yen) until check-out. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Mito Station, but there’s a convenience store right in front so it’s very convenient. Check-out is also available until 11:00. It seems you can usually stay here in the 6,000-yen range on regular days, so I’d definitely like to stay again.

The welcome drink was much appreciated. Thank you. I wished there had been beer. I enjoyed the Onsen. I would like the women-only hours to be adjusted, even if it’s either at night or in the morning. There are only two sinks in the changing room, so they were taken and I couldn’t use them. I had to hurry back to my Room. Other than that, I was satisfied.

This was my first stay. It is within walking distance of Mito Station, and parking is available (both paid and free). The Room is a Business Hotel type, so it is not very spacious, but it is sufficient and easy to use. Personally, I found the breakfast very tasty and satisfying. I would like to stay again.

I always stay here whenever I come to Mito. While the building is clearly showing its age in places, the service more than makes up for it, and I can stay comfortably. Until 8:00 PM, the restaurant on the second floor was open as a free space with complimentary drinks. I arrived late this time so I didn’t use it, but a large supermarket has opened nearby, so I think it would be a good option to buy a bento and have dinner there. Draft beer at the front desk is also very reasonably priced! Breakfast was delicious as always, with all-you-can-top seafood.

I often come to Mito for both business and leisure, but this was my first time staying at this Hotel. Although I could feel that the Facility is a bit dated, I was able to spend my time comfortably in the room. The bathroom had a large bathtub, which suited my bigger build well, but at times the water overflowed onto the floor while I was using it. Also, the faucet’s water flow was weak, which was a bit troublesome. Still, the bed was comfortable and I felt it offered good value for money. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. The female staff member in the dining area provided great service, making for a pleasant morning. I would like to stay here again.

Close to the station and affordable. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Despite mistakenly booking a smoking room instead of non-smoking, they kindly accommodated the change. Thank you very much!
