I stayed here when visiting Fukushima and going to Hawaiians. It was really close to Hawaiians, and since there were no meals included, I bought food at a nearby convenience store. The room was clean and well equipped, which made me feel at ease. The Onsen was also very pleasant, clean, and great.

Because I rarely have the chance to travel with family or close friends, I usually travel alone. Soaking in the Onsen helps me clear my mind. Enjoying delicious food is a true happiness. What’s more, Shin Tsuta brings me peace, so I return again and again. This is very important to me. The sense of calm and fulfillment I feel is thanks to the warmth and character of each and every member of your staff. That calm and fulfillment also makes me feel as if it restores my purity. When I get home, I already want to go back to Shin Tsuta—like when I was young, after seeing my sweetheart and returning to the dormitory, I immediately wanted to see them again.

We stayed with our children, and the Room was very clean and well maintained. It was also great that the bathtub and washing area were separate. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches for kids, such as children’s slippers and a small chair in the bathroom. Breakfast was generous in portion and very delicious! The staff were all very kind, and although we only stayed one night, we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again when we visit Iwaki!

This time we stayed at Willport, close to the pool. Dinner included a main dish of grilled tuna poke, fried chicken & fries, and desserts such as acai bowls and fruit. Soft drinks and the salad bar are included; alcohol is available for an additional order. Breakfast was also more than we could finish—plenty even for an adult man. You can also watch hula during dinner. The room was spacious enough for a family of four. This time it was just the two of us; my husband would have preferred a bed, but we slept well on futons. We also enjoyed the hot springs and the lazy river pool. The poolside burger was delicious—tasted like 100% beef! We wondered how it would be with a wheelchair, but there were elevators and we were able to get around by taking a longer route. On the second day it was rainy and windy due to a typhoon, but since everything is indoors it didn’t affect us at all. From late October to around November should be peak autumn foliage season—sounds wonderful. We also bought macadamia nut chocolates and had a great time overall. It’s nearby for us, so we’d love to come again. The staff were kind as well. P.S. They also provided kids’ body soap, shampoo & conditioner in the room.

Kannai was new and very clean, and I was satisfied. Excellent value for money. It was also very convenient to be able to check in right after exiting the ticket gates.

With excellent facilities and cheerful, attentive service, I had a very comfortable stay and was extremely satisfied. It is conveniently located near Iwaki Station, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it highly accessible. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

The room was well cleaned and very tidy. The large public bath had a sauna, and it was very relaxing. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but the selection was just right, and the vegetable-rich curry was delicious. The on-site coin laundry was cheaper than at other Hotels. If I have another chance to visit Iwaki, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.

I made a Reservation for the Obon holiday because I wanted to relax. It was also great that there were complimentary drinks and light snacks in the lounge after check-in. Unfortunately, since it was right after a typhoon passed through, the view from the window was of rough seas, but I think it would have felt wonderful on a clear day. The Room was spacious enough, and I was able to unwind comfortably. The drinks in the in-room refrigerator were free, and we were told we could take them with us if we didn’t drink them—such a nice touch. We reserved a private family bath, which was very spacious and easy to use, so we could soak and relax. I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but everything except the crab was delicious—I ended up eating too much. Breakfast even included a DIY rice bowl station (nokkedon), which was also delicious—I ate too much again! At check-out, we received drinks and a parasol as souvenirs, which made me very happy. I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed here to enjoy the Onsen, and all three baths in the building were excellent. The open-air bath in the sky was especially refreshing—I could have stayed in it forever. Each of the three baths had both hot and lukewarm tubs, so I could choose what I liked. Since it was a weekday after the Obon holidays, it wasn’t crowded and I was able to truly relax. As a solo traveler, my Room was a single Room like you’d find at a Business Hotel, but that’s what I expected, so it wasn’t an issue. The Onsen Shrine just a 1-minute walk from the Hotel was also quiet and became one of my favorite spots (you can pray for safe bathing). There are footbaths inside the station, in front of the station, and around town as well—Furutakiya is an outstanding Accommodation as a base for Yumoto, an Onsen town. Although I booked a Plan without meals, I had dinner at the dining venue “Tsudaya” on the second floor. The seafood rice bowl was delicious, and their à la carte dishes also looked great.

I’ve stayed here many times. This Hotel lets you feel the history of Yumoto, the town of hula. That’s also part of its charm, and it makes for a calm, relaxing stay. This time I stayed with my wife, but when I’m traveling for work I can also choose a budget-friendly Room with some limitations. Dinner is not provided, but you can get recommended local information along with a map. Above all, the proprietress’s breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. Of course, the Onsen is wonderful as well. I’ll be back!

As we were at a point where we might have to leave Tokyo due to my daughter’s job assignment, the three of us stayed at Shohakukan in Onahama. It’s a historic building, but it was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, so we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. We chose a room with a private hot spring bath and a massage chair! The in-room hot spring had an authentic sulfur scent that really made it feel like a true onsen experience, and we took turns using the massage chair as a family to soothe our travel fatigue. Upgrading the meals was absolutely the right decision! Crab, grilled dancing abalone, Joshu beef steak, simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai), deep-fried mehikari… everything was incredibly luxurious, and we enjoyed so many local specialties. Every dish was truly delicious—I almost felt bad that we couldn’t finish everything. Sorry about that! Another unforgettable part of our stay was chatting with the wonderful attendant wearing glasses. She shared so many enjoyable stories about the inn’s history, sightseeing spots, and recommended sake, making our trip even warmer and more memorable. Thank you very much. In the midst of our busy daily lives, it meant so much to relax as a family of three again—enjoying great food and unwinding in the hot springs—and it made us fall in love with Fukushima for the first time. We would love to return again someday. Thank you sincerely for everything!

Although the property is a bit old, it is kept very clean and is conveniently located near Onsen Shrine and a convenience store. The staff are kind, and I find it comfortable and really like it. Last time I stayed in a Western-style room, but this time I chose a Japanese-style room. The tatami mats and futon felt more relaxing. I’ll be back again for a leisurely stay.

Hotel Frontier Iwaki offers an outstanding large public bath. The sauna and cold plunge pool are also available, and I am very satisfied. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Conveniently located near the station, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Some Facility equipment is old, so the air conditioner was noisy and the Room bathroom felt too small, but the breakfast was delicious and it was a comfortable stay.

Just a few minutes from the station, with York Benimaru and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. The Room was spacious—almost more than necessary. However, the bathtub was extremely small, and while showering my body touched the curtain, which was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast is free; there isn’t a huge variety, but everything was properly prepared and tasted great. I have no complaints at all. I think this Hotel keeps costs down by eliminating unnecessary space in the lobby and common areas, offering reasonable rates. It’s very practical for business trips or an overnight stay before golf.

I made a Reservation for sightseeing at Aquamarine Fukushima. This time, the new building was fully booked, so I stayed in the old building, but it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—really great. The toilet and washbasin were separate, but both were very clean and well maintained, so it didn’t bother me at all. This Accommodation is in an excellent location. You can walk to AEON, and it’s also conveniently close to the aquarium. I would like to stay here again when I visit the aquarium. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Ever since my first visit before summer, I’ve been completely hooked and have returned several times. This time, I invited my family. We took a bus from a different stop than usual, so we arrived a little later than planned, but we were still able to follow almost the same schedule as always and were very satisfied. The room is compact, but since my mother and I mostly went to the hot springs and hardly came back except to sleep, it was the perfect size. Because there was a smoker in our group, we booked two rooms. It was great not having to go to the designated smoking area, and those of us who don’t smoke could relax without worrying about any smell—my family appreciated that as well. As others have mentioned, the property is large and has an older layout, so you do end up walking quite a bit. But as long as you’re able to walk comfortably, it’s not an issue—and all that movement just makes it easier to enjoy more food. I personally love this kind of layout because it feels like an adventure. As always, everything we ate was delicious. My family especially loved the purple sweet potato tart. The evening hula dance show was spectacular too—I’m always charmed by the dancers’ wonderful smiles. I seem to make at least one mistake every time I visit and end up causing trouble for the staff, but everyone is consistently kind and helpful, which makes me feel at ease staying here. This time as well, I accidentally selected the wrong gender option when booking and needed my loungewear exchanged; they handled it cheerfully. Thank you very much. My family enjoyed it too, and once again it turned into a wonderful trip. With travel subsidies starting again bookings filled up quickly and I couldn’t secure an autumn reservation…which is really disappointing—but I’ll be back in winter and am already looking forward to it.

This was my first time staying here. With the weekday-only evening curry, a welcome drink, and breakfast included, it was a great value, and I would definitely like to stay here again when traveling to Fukushima. The Room was also very clean!
