I stayed here to support a table tennis tournament held at Bons Arena. It’s a bit far from the station, but that makes it more affordable, and it was the perfect distance for me to walk to my destination! The facilities were impressively well stocked and fun—standard vending machines, a machine that serves draft beer in a mug, tasting options for wine and sake, an automatic ice machine, and snack vending machines. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again, and I’d also like to try other Pal locations in different areas. Thank you very much!

The hotel staff provided excellent service (especially the male staff member at the front desk). Breakfast was very delicious, but I didn’t notice the smoothies because they were located far from the bread, so it would be even better if there were clearer signage or some other way to make them easier to find. Also, the breakfast hours were listed as starting at 6:00 on paper, but 6:30 on the TV, so I wasn’t sure which was correct. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We arrived earlier than planned, and the staff kindly accommodated us. They allowed us to use the hotel parking lot even before check-in time, and when we realized we had left something in the car, they handled our request politely and promptly. We truly appreciate being able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

I stayed here the day before visiting a grave. This was my second stay, and I chose it again this year because it is conveniently located near the station and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely like to stay again next year.
