I stay here once a year for a relaxing trip with friends. We chat, drink, and eat, enjoy the luxury of doing nothing, and take our time soaking in the Onsen to feel refreshed. I’d love to stay again next year. The meals and service are excellent, and my friend said she’d like to come back on a parent-and-child trip.

The Facility was very luxurious yet refined and relaxing. The hospitality was excellent, and the meals were truly delicious. The Onsen water was clear and colorless, but it lived up to its reputation as one of Japan’s Three Famous Hot Springs, said to have been favored by Masamune Date. It doesn’t make you overheat easily and keeps you warm for a long time—an exceptional spring quality that warmed both body and mind and soothed me deeply. Next time, I would love to stay in a Room with a private open-air bath. I will definitely return.

The free-flowing Onsen, enjoyed while gazing at the river, was a truly luxurious experience. The Room also had the soothing scent of blue tatami, which was very relaxing. The cuisine is wonderfully presented, allowing you to savor freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen

I stayed here with two friends from out of town. I’ve stayed at various Hotels in Akiu Onsen, but Hana no Yu’s buffet was outstanding! You can make your own drinks, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes from appetizers to desserts. The Room was very clean and I was very satisfied. There are three Onsen baths, so we were able to fully enjoy them. I’d love to visit again.

The Italian cuisine is outstanding. The view is flawless. The staff’s hospitality is excellent. The only area for improvement is the lighting from the restaurant to the Room at night.

We stayed here with three generations of our family! There was plenty of food, and the kids’ set meal was very satisfying in both taste and portion size. Also, having in-room dining when traveling with children was truly appreciated—we could eat at a relaxed pace. The Onsen is hot as noted in the posted warnings, so children need to be careful. You can adjust it since cold water is available. Our only complaint was the elevator. Even when it wasn’t crowded, once the second person started to get on, the doors would slam shut—several times we got caught by them (lol). Please watch your children. Overall we were satisfied and would like to stay again.

Fresh air, delicious meals, and a quiet Onsen made for a wonderful experience. If I had to say, I wish the Onsen water was a bit hotter. Would definitely visit again!

We stayed here for a family trip during the Obon holidays.\nIt felt like a private villa, and it was wonderful.\nHowever, it rained, so the barbecue didn’t really pick up.\nI think we would have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been better.
