We truly appreciated the wonderful message of encouragement from the female front desk staff member. On the morning of our departure, a male front desk staff member also cheered us on, which made us very happy. We were able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and hea

The lavender bath salts and Sekkisei skincare products were particularly wonderful. The accessory box (a small velvety item) provided was very helpful as I tend to forget things when in a rush—this made a big difference! Having extra hangers available in the Room also made me h

The bathroom in the room is well-equipped, just like the one in a home apartment, allowing you to relax as if you were at home. The room itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, featuring local ingredients, and I always look forward to the Washin-

I would like to stay again next year. ■ Room - The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax. - Even with two children in Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we slept well. - The night view was unexpectedly beautiful and impressive. - Since the sliding window

We had a wonderful photo session together. We stayed in an 8-tatami Superior Room in the annex, which was more spacious, clean, and comfortable than expected. The buffet dishes were all delicious, and we even enjoyed premium tuna (otoro and chutoro), which was exceptional! Th

However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the room, and the facility were all excellent. Although it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful t

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

Conveniently located near the station. The Room was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed one night in a double-bed Room, and since we are both petite women, it felt spacious. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The POLA hand-and-face soap had a wonderful scent—I found myself washing my hands again and again.

Our family of four enjoyed trying a variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with everything we chose. The grilled chicken skewers, simmered daikon radish with sauce, seafood rice bowl at dinner's end, cold soba noodles, clam soup with large clams—all were so tasty that we went

It was truly helpful for getting anywhere. I left my luggage before check-in and went sightseeing, and when my legs were exhausted, I was very satisfied to relax at the free café inside the hotel. Thanks to Comfort Hotel West Exit, my 2-night, 3-day trip was a wonderful one. Ther

Delicious! The texture was entirely new to me! Adding just a touch of wasabi elevated it even further—absolutely exquisite!!! Needless to say, all the other sweets and sandwiches were flawless as well. While I can't mention everything here, I must highlight how incredibly refined

The staff's hospitality exceeded all expectations, and my grandfather was deeply moved every time. The meals were incredibly delicious, especially the in-room dining which was served at our own pace, allowing us to enjoy it leisurely. The beer lounge was fantastic as well; th

The guest-only lounge had comics and a kids’ area, which thrilled the children. Sweets were all-you-can-eat, so my wife was very happy. Alcohol was also all-you-can-drink, and I was delighted too. The food was excellent as well, with great care taken over the broth in every dish

I have stayed at APA Hotels in Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, and Hiroshima before, but this was my first time staying in Sendai. As the title suggests, everything was flawless. The large public bath on the second floor is a great feature. I rated customer service 3 points only because I

The highlight is the well-stocked amenity bar, featuring bath salts, mouthwash, shaving cream, makeup remover oil, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. You can stay comfortably even without bringing anything. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and green tea at your leisure. Breakfa
