The bathroom in the room is well-equipped, just like the one in a home apartment, allowing you to relax as if you were at home. The room itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, featuring local ingredients, and I always look forward to the Washin-

Breakfast was satisfying as well. All the staff greeted us with smiles, making it a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The Facility had everything necessary for a Business Hotel without any excess or shortage. If we have another chance to visit Sendai, we would definitely

The highlight is the well-stocked amenity bar, featuring bath salts, mouthwash, shaving cream, makeup remover oil, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. You can stay comfortably even without bringing anything. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and green tea at your leisure. Breakfa

The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

We had a wonderful photo session together. We stayed in an 8-tatami Superior Room in the annex, which was more spacious, clean, and comfortable than expected. The buffet dishes were all delicious, and we even enjoyed premium tuna (otoro and chutoro), which was exceptional! Th

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

The staff's hospitality exceeded all expectations, and my grandfather was deeply moved every time. The meals were incredibly delicious, especially the in-room dining which was served at our own pace, allowing us to enjoy it leisurely. The beer lounge was fantastic as well; th

My husband and I were talking about how amazing this quality is for a buffet. In addition, the scallops, beef tongue, zunda mochi, handmade cakes, and the strawberries were all extra-large and very satisfying. The lobby inside the building was surprisingly spacious, with koi

The lavender bath salts and Sekkisei skincare products were particularly wonderful. The accessory box (a small velvety item) provided was very helpful as I tend to forget things when in a rush—this made a big difference! Having extra hangers available in the Room also made me h

The networking event for the Japan Society for Occupational Health took place at this top-rated hotel in the area, and everyone seemed highly satisfied. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying here again. The interior of the hotel is adorned like an art museum, creating a

Delicious! The texture was entirely new to me! Adding just a touch of wasabi elevated it even further—absolutely exquisite!!! Needless to say, all the other sweets and sandwiches were flawless as well. While I can't mention everything here, I must highlight how incredibly refined

However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the room, and the facility were all excellent. Although it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful t

Because I checked in early, they upgraded me from a single to a twin. The Room was larger than my usual Business Hotel, and I had a comfortable stay. They also kindly lent me an umbrella, which was much appreciated. The Room had disposable slippers, drip coffee, tea bags, and a s

I have stayed at APA Hotels in Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, and Hiroshima before, but this was my first time staying in Sendai. As the title suggests, everything was flawless. The large public bath on the second floor is a great feature. I rated customer service 3 points only because I

We had a truly luxurious and wonderful stay. The Room was spacious, clean, and the view was amazing. The amenities were so well stocked that we couldn’t possibly use everything. The bathroom was also absolutely lovely. We stayed in three Rooms, and we really appreciated b

We truly appreciated the wonderful message of encouragement from the female front desk staff member. On the morning of our departure, a male front desk staff member also cheered us on, which made us very happy. We were able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and hea

I'm also happy with not just the welcome water, but also the sweets like jelly. This time, I used the massage on the 4th floor for the first time, and it was very skillful, truly a god hand. I would like to use it again when my body feels tired. However, there was something unfor

Conveniently located near the station. The Room was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed one night in a double-bed Room, and since we are both petite women, it felt spacious. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The POLA hand-and-face soap had a wonderful scent—I found myself washing my hands again and again.

This was a repeat stay. Thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, although I had a single Reservation, they upgraded me to a twin Room! This time I booked a Multiple Night Stay because I had an event at Sendai Mediatheque. It was about a 7–8 minute walk to Mediatheque. The Hotel itself fee

I stayed for two nights to watch the Japan national team match. The Room had three beds, plenty of storage, and it was very helpful that the bathroom and toilet were separate. Breakfast was carefully prepared and cooked—everything was delicious. I especially recommend the French toast. It was more than satisfying. The location is also great, and the Hotel feels modern and streamlined without unnecessary extras.
