Breakfast was satisfying as well. All the staff greeted us with smiles, making it a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The Facility had everything necessary for a Business Hotel without any excess or shortage. If we have another chance to visit Sendai, we would definitely

During Silver Week, we dined at the Chinese restaurant Keikaen and the restaurant Chef’s Terrace. Both the food and hospitality were excellent, and I highly recommend them. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again.

One of the highlights of checking in is relaxing with a cup of great coffee right away—it made me very happy this time as well. Although it’s unfortunate that AEON Sendai Store has closed down, I bought some delicious deli items from Fujisaki Department Store’s basement food sec

Although it was a single room, the room size and double bed were spacious enough for two people. The rain shower was comfortable, and the amenities, including Sekkisei skincare products and bath salts, were delightful for women. When I inquired at the front desk after seeing a

The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

I really liked the Premier Lounge. The free drinks and all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream were delicious. I was also pleased with the happy hour alcohol, and the late-night duck soba and rice balls were tasty and perfect for a light night snack. The lounge was spacious and clea

The guest-only lounge had comics and a kids’ area, which thrilled the children. Sweets were all-you-can-eat, so my wife was very happy. Alcohol was also all-you-can-drink, and I was delighted too. The food was excellent as well, with great care taken over the broth in every dish

The lavender bath salts and Sekkisei skincare products were particularly wonderful. The accessory box (a small velvety item) provided was very helpful as I tend to forget things when in a rush—this made a big difference! Having extra hangers available in the Room also made me h

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

Thank you for the wonderful stay recently. The satisfaction level was incredibly high for the price. Upon entering the Ryokan, there was a spacious lounge area, and when I arrived at my room, it felt like a brand-new space with an exceptionally clean toilet, bed, and sofa. Everyt

I’ve been staying at this Hotel a couple of times a year for several years. Overall, I’m satisfied as the title says. The Room, furnishings, and bed-making are clean, which makes it feel comfortable and reassuring. Amenities aren’t kept in the Room; you take what you need from th

Conveniently located near the station. The Room was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed one night in a double-bed Room, and since we are both petite women, it felt spacious. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The POLA hand-and-face soap had a wonderful scent—I found myself washing my hands again and again.

I stayed here with two friends from out of town. I’ve stayed at various Hotels in Akiu Onsen, but Hana no Yu’s buffet was outstanding! You can make your own drinks, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes from appetizers to desserts. The Room was very clean and I was very satisfied. There are three Onsen baths, so we were able to fully enjoy them. I’d love to visit again.

However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the room, and the facility were all excellent. Although it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful t

The Room was spacious, and the mattress seemed firmer than last year, which allowed me to sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is undoubtedly the highlight of this Hotel. It was truly delicious. Staying in a twin Room for two people with these meals and parking included offers exc

We had a truly luxurious and wonderful stay. The Room was spacious, clean, and the view was amazing. The amenities were so well stocked that we couldn’t possibly use everything. The bathroom was also absolutely lovely. We stayed in three Rooms, and we really appreciated b

I have stayed at APA Hotels in Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, and Hiroshima before, but this was my first time staying in Sendai. As the title suggests, everything was flawless. The large public bath on the second floor is a great feature. I rated customer service 3 points only because I

The accommodation room is clean. The provided chair is suitable for remote work, and I found myself opening my laptop to work from the morning. The large public bath has a sauna that was more spacious than expected, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and it felt

Delicious! The texture was entirely new to me! Adding just a touch of wasabi elevated it even further—absolutely exquisite!!! Needless to say, all the other sweets and sandwiches were flawless as well. While I can't mention everything here, I must highlight how incredibly refined
