Great location and affordable! The Room was very clean, and I loved that it had wooden flooring instead of carpet—it felt really nice. I was also happy that the amenities were DHC. There’s a beef tongue restaurant less than a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If I get to visit Sendai again, I definitely want to stay here.

Stayed in a newly renovated Room. Great value for the price, and I was very satisfied with the quality. What decided it for me was that I like ReFa products and Airweave beds—they really helped my tired body. Since it was a Ladies’ Plan, I also received amenities where I could choose two items from several options. Also, there was a remote control for the Room lighting by the bedside, allowing me to adjust the color temperature from daylight white to warm light and change the brightness in steps. It was great to be able to switch settings depending on whether I wanted to work or relax. It was quiet at night and I slept well, and the staff were polite, making my stay very comfortable. When I have business in Sendai again, I’d like to stay here.

The property uses smart check-in and mobile ordering throughout. Staff are of course available, so if you’re unsure about anything, they will assist you and there’s no problem. It felt like unnecessary extras have been eliminated to enhance the quality of meals and other services. The Room with a semi-open-air bath was more than spacious enough. The interior seems to have been renovated, so it didn’t feel particularly old, but the Room is not barrier-free and there were quite a few steps/level changes. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a very satisfying Accommodation. One thing: free coffee was provided in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn’t drinkable. I used it while waiting to check in, and since that’s an important moment that shapes first impressions of an Accommodation, I wanted to mention it.

The Room was clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and there is a refrigerator as well as shared washing machines and an ice maker, which made it ideal for a workcation. Both the station and convenience stores are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. A map with recommendations is also available near the front desk. I could choose to skip housekeeping, but fresh amenities were placed by my door every day. I think it would have been even better if there had been an option to decline amenity replacement as well.

Perhaps because it was a weekday stay, but although it is very close to Kokubuncho, it was very quiet, and I did not notice any of the noise mentioned in the Reviews, so I had a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, the price is reasonable, and the Room was clean—I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. I was also happy that comics were always available at the 1st-floor front desk.

The staff’s service at check-in is very pleasant. Breakfast is tasty and served in just the right portions, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money.

It is close to Sendai Station, so you can get there on foot. With automated check-in and check-out, there was no need for any complicated procedures. There are several staff members at the front desk, so you can quickly ask if you have any questions. You can hear some voices and TV noise from the next Room, but even considering that, it was a good Accommodation.

The rate was a bit higher than last time, but the staff’s attentive service made me glad I stayed. I would like to stay here again.

The breakfast curry is delicious. The room was comfortable, and I was able to relax.

The air conditioning is extremely comfortable! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of Kokubuncho’s downtown area and close to many well-known restaurants, it was an excellent location. It rained heavily that day, so it was very convenient. The Room shows some age, but the bathroom is reasonably spacious, and the water pressure, drainage, and Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. With a 7-Eleven downstairs, smoking Rooms available, and windows that can be opened and closed, this is the best value-for-money Hotel in Sendai—I will definitely stay again.

We searched for an affordable triple Room and chose this place (a semi-double bed and a sofa bed). From Sendai Station, it was only 120 yen by bus. Check-in is self-service via a machine, but the staff guided us from behind the counter step by step (“Next, please do this…”), so it felt almost the same as in-person check-in, which made me laugh. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it felt a bit warm at times, and even when I wanted to let in some fresh air, the windows wouldn’t open… That was a little disappointing (though I understand it’s for safety). There were enough power outlets, so it wasn’t an issue even with three people. Some Reviews say the unit bath is small, but for a Business Hotel I think that’s about normal. Personally, I was satisfied because the shower water pressure was decent. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much.

The building itself is not new, but the Room was clean, and even as a single I had enough space to spread out my luggage, so it was very comfortable. As for amenities, there are in-room items such as shampoo, and I also liked that I could choose my preferred shampoo and conditioner from about 10 types at the front desk to take with me. Loungewear and razors are available at the front desk if needed. Above all, the location was excellent. It is close to the station and shopping street, but because it is on a different street, it was very quiet at night. There are also two convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were quick and courteous. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I forgot my charger during my trip, but when I mentioned it to the Hotel staff, they kindly lent me one. It was a great help. Thank you so much. I was able to rest well.

Thank you very, very much for your kind support last year. We hope to stay with you again this year as well, and we appreciate your continued support. As this is a Hotel with a long history, it may not have the latest Facility features and some areas may require maintenance, but the staff’s attentiveness and overall comfort are exceptional. The homemade breakfast to start your day is delicious too!

I stayed here with the No Meals Included plan after attending Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi’s “Just One” concert. I considered taking the last Shinkansen home because I wanted to stay until the final encore, but luckily I was able to book a No Meals Included stay. It was very comfortable—thank you!

Despite the low price, it was very good. I could hardly find anything negative and had almost no complaints, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Sendai.

I stayed here to watch a baseball game. The front desk staff were all very kind, which made me feel at ease. It was also very helpful that I could use the parking lot before check-in. The elevator only fits about three people. The Room has a small bathtub, and the step in is quite high, so older guests should be careful. I was concerned about dark stains in the toilet. Also, I was surprised to see water dripping from the air conditioner onto the bed. Other than that, if you are staying with No Meals Included, I think it is a good Hotel with no major issues.

I had to find a Hotel at short notice due to an extended business trip, and while other places were fully booked, this one came up when I searched for a budget-friendly option within walking distance of Sendai Station. The room was clean, which was great.

A very simple and comfortable Hotel. Free services such as laundry and breakfast. We stayed as a group of three, and there were properly three beds available. Stayed for two nights without any issues. Thank you for your hospitality.
