We searched for an affordable triple Room and chose this place (a semi-double bed and a sofa bed). From Sendai Station, it was only 120 yen by bus. Check-in is self-service via a machine, but the staff guided us from behind the counter step by step (“Next, please do this…”), so it felt almost the same as in-person check-in, which made me laugh. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it felt a bit warm at times, and even when I wanted to let in some fresh air, the windows wouldn’t open… That was a little disappointing (though I understand it’s for safety). There were enough power outlets, so it wasn’t an issue even with three people. Some Reviews say the unit bath is small, but for a Business Hotel I think that’s about normal. Personally, I was satisfied because the shower water pressure was decent. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much.

Stayed in a newly renovated Room. Great value for the price, and I was very satisfied with the quality. What decided it for me was that I like ReFa products and Airweave beds—they really helped my tired body. Since it was a Ladies’ Plan, I also received amenities where I could choose two items from several options. Also, there was a remote control for the Room lighting by the bedside, allowing me to adjust the color temperature from daylight white to warm light and change the brightness in steps. It was great to be able to switch settings depending on whether I wanted to work or relax. It was quiet at night and I slept well, and the staff were polite, making my stay very comfortable. When I have business in Sendai again, I’d like to stay here.

This was my first time visiting Sendai. Since I was traveling alone, I chose an affordable place as close to the station as possible. It was about a 10–15 minute walk from Sendai Station, and next to the front desk there were free juices available after 3:00 PM. It was quite hot, so that was really helpful. The breakfast buffet offered both bread and rice, with a good variety of side dishes. Drinks were replenished quickly whenever they ran low, which was great. There is a large public bath, but the men’s and women’s baths alternate by time slot, so unfortunately I couldn’t use it at a time that suited me.

We stayed for one night and two days as a family of four. The building does show its age, but it was kept clean. Dinner was incredibly lavish—more than we could finish. The dashi the Hotel highlighted was truly delicious, a comforting taste that helped us unwind while traveling. In the lounge, there were alcoholic drinks, juice, light snacks, and plenty of manga as well; my husband relaxed there after the kids fell asleep. We received heartfelt hospitality—the proprietress came to greet us in person, and an international staff member kindly served our fussy daughter with a smile.

Located in the heart of Kokubuncho’s downtown area and close to many well-known restaurants, it was an excellent location. It rained heavily that day, so it was very convenient. The Room shows some age, but the bathroom is reasonably spacious, and the water pressure, drainage, and Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. With a 7-Eleven downstairs, smoking Rooms available, and windows that can be opened and closed, this is the best value-for-money Hotel in Sendai—I will definitely stay again.

The weather was bad on the day of our stay, but the wide eaves in front of the hotel were very helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the precise temperature control. There was nothing particularly lacking. It would have been even better if the exterior looked a bit newer.

I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game. The Room isn’t large, but it’s more than sufficient. There is no bath in the Room, but the shared jet bath is spacious and relaxing, giving you an Onsen-like experience. And breakfast: instead of a typical buffet, the staff brings an individual set meal to you. Rice and miso soup are refillable. I was very satisfied with everything, including the taste. I would like to stay here again next time.

The rate was a bit higher than last time, but the staff’s attentive service made me glad I stayed. I would like to stay here again.

The staff’s service at check-in is very pleasant. Breakfast is tasty and served in just the right portions, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money.

I forgot my charger during my trip, but when I mentioned it to the Hotel staff, they kindly lent me one. It was a great help. Thank you so much. I was able to rest well.

I stayed here to watch a baseball game. The front desk staff were all very kind, which made me feel at ease. It was also very helpful that I could use the parking lot before check-in. The elevator only fits about three people. The Room has a small bathtub, and the step in is quite high, so older guests should be careful. I was concerned about dark stains in the toilet. Also, I was surprised to see water dripping from the air conditioner onto the bed. Other than that, if you are staying with No Meals Included, I think it is a good Hotel with no major issues.

There were no excessive services, but all the essential ones were well provided. In the spacious community zone, there were servers not only for tea and coffee but also for beer, and I was very satisfied that I could enjoy a casual drink. There was also ice cream available in the post-bath area. I also thought it was great that there is a Room where families with children can play. Meals are buffet-style, and everything was delicious. The rock bath is worth seeing at least once—it's wild!

The breakfast curry is delicious. The room was comfortable, and I was able to relax.

Thank you very, very much for your kind support last year. We hope to stay with you again this year as well, and we appreciate your continued support. As this is a Hotel with a long history, it may not have the latest Facility features and some areas may require maintenance, but the staff’s attentiveness and overall comfort are exceptional. The homemade breakfast to start your day is delicious too!

The building itself is not new, but the Room was clean, and even as a single I had enough space to spread out my luggage, so it was very comfortable. As for amenities, there are in-room items such as shampoo, and I also liked that I could choose my preferred shampoo and conditioner from about 10 types at the front desk to take with me. Loungewear and razors are available at the front desk if needed. Above all, the location was excellent. It is close to the station and shopping street, but because it is on a different street, it was very quiet at night. There are also two convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were quick and courteous. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The meals were high quality and exceeded my expectations. The bath wasn’t too hot, so it was easy for small children to use as well. Overall, I could really feel the effort the staff puts in. The Facility feels a bit old, but I hope you keep it up for a long time. We’ll be back again.

Despite the low price, it was very good. I could hardly find anything negative and had almost no complaints, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Sendai.

I stayed here with the No Meals Included plan after attending Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi’s “Just One” concert. I considered taking the last Shinkansen home because I wanted to stay until the final encore, but luckily I was able to book a No Meals Included stay. It was very comfortable—thank you!

From the Reservation stage, you provided attentive support, and I felt the same during my stay. The 24-hour coffee service was also very helpful. Thank you to all the staff!

A quick weekend trip to Sendai Located within walking distance of Sendai Station, this Hotel offers great value and delicious food. Even late at night, when I requested an extra blanket due to the cold, the male staff member was very kind and helpful. The 24-hour availability of coffee and tea was a big help. I also enjoyed breakfast before heading out for sightseeing. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai!
