Stayed in a newly renovated Room. Great value for the price, and I was very satisfied with the quality. What decided it for me was that I like ReFa products and Airweave beds—they really helped my tired body. Since it was a Ladies’ Plan, I also received amenities where I could choose two items from several options. Also, there was a remote control for the Room lighting by the bedside, allowing me to adjust the color temperature from daylight white to warm light and change the brightness in steps. It was great to be able to switch settings depending on whether I wanted to work or relax. It was quiet at night and I slept well, and the staff were polite, making my stay very comfortable. When I have business in Sendai again, I’d like to stay here.

Perhaps because it was a weekday stay, but although it is very close to Kokubuncho, it was very quiet, and I did not notice any of the noise mentioned in the Reviews, so I had a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, the price is reasonable, and the Room was clean—I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. I was also happy that comics were always available at the 1st-floor front desk.

This was my first time visiting Sendai. Since I was traveling alone, I chose an affordable place as close to the station as possible. It was about a 10–15 minute walk from Sendai Station, and next to the front desk there were free juices available after 3:00 PM. It was quite hot, so that was really helpful. The breakfast buffet offered both bread and rice, with a good variety of side dishes. Drinks were replenished quickly whenever they ran low, which was great. There is a large public bath, but the men’s and women’s baths alternate by time slot, so unfortunately I couldn’t use it at a time that suited me.

A Review mentioned it was a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, but it wasn’t that far, and I arrived without getting lost. The staff were very courteous, and although the place had an older charm, I had no problems during my stay. There were various convenience stores nearby. Welcome drinks and gowns were available at the front desk, which was very helpful. I would like to stay here again.

The air conditioning is extremely comfortable! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

We searched for an affordable triple Room and chose this place (a semi-double bed and a sofa bed). From Sendai Station, it was only 120 yen by bus. Check-in is self-service via a machine, but the staff guided us from behind the counter step by step (“Next, please do this…”), so it felt almost the same as in-person check-in, which made me laugh. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it felt a bit warm at times, and even when I wanted to let in some fresh air, the windows wouldn’t open… That was a little disappointing (though I understand it’s for safety). There were enough power outlets, so it wasn’t an issue even with three people. Some Reviews say the unit bath is small, but for a Business Hotel I think that’s about normal. Personally, I was satisfied because the shower water pressure was decent. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much.

Located in the heart of Kokubuncho’s downtown area and close to many well-known restaurants, it was an excellent location. It rained heavily that day, so it was very convenient. The Room shows some age, but the bathroom is reasonably spacious, and the water pressure, drainage, and Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. With a 7-Eleven downstairs, smoking Rooms available, and windows that can be opened and closed, this is the best value-for-money Hotel in Sendai—I will definitely stay again.

It is close to Sendai Station, so you can get there on foot. With automated check-in and check-out, there was no need for any complicated procedures. There are several staff members at the front desk, so you can quickly ask if you have any questions. You can hear some voices and TV noise from the next Room, but even considering that, it was a good Accommodation.

The breakfast curry is delicious. The room was comfortable, and I was able to relax.

I stayed here because it was an affordable hotel in Sendai City. There’s an Iekei ramen shop, Onidoya, on the first floor, and it was exactly the place I wanted to visit—so it was perfect. I came by car, and there’s a large parking lot nearby, which made parking very convenient. Near Sendai Station I’ve had trouble finding parking before, so I think the location is really good. Sendai Station is also close if you take the subway. The hotel itself felt calm and compact, nicely laid out. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here with the No Meals Included plan after attending Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi’s “Just One” concert. I considered taking the last Shinkansen home because I wanted to stay until the final encore, but luckily I was able to book a No Meals Included stay. It was very comfortable—thank you!

I had to find a Hotel at short notice due to an extended business trip, and while other places were fully booked, this one came up when I searched for a budget-friendly option within walking distance of Sendai Station. The room was clean, which was great.

From the Reservation stage, you provided attentive support, and I felt the same during my stay. The 24-hour coffee service was also very helpful. Thank you to all the staff!

Thank you very, very much for your kind support last year. We hope to stay with you again this year as well, and we appreciate your continued support. As this is a Hotel with a long history, it may not have the latest Facility features and some areas may require maintenance, but the staff’s attentiveness and overall comfort are exceptional. The homemade breakfast to start your day is delicious too!

A quick weekend trip to Sendai Located within walking distance of Sendai Station, this Hotel offers great value and delicious food. Even late at night, when I requested an extra blanket due to the cold, the male staff member was very kind and helpful. The 24-hour availability of coffee and tea was a big help. I also enjoyed breakfast before heading out for sightseeing. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai!

The property is within walking distance from the station. The reception staff are kind and attentive. While the building feels a bit old, it is sufficient for just staying overnight. Having a bidet would make it even better.

I was truly impressed by the building and the Room, crafted with the skills of local artisans and made using local materials. The food was also extremely satisfying. I could really feel the care and thought put into every detail. There are many places with delicious food, but it’s rare to find a meal that conveys such genuine consideration for the guest—I was deeply moved for the first time in a long while. Your warm hospitality made my heart feel at ease. I would love to visit again.

Smooth check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.

I used it after the live show. The staff at the Stays were really kind and nice. It was extremely close to the venue, and I definitely want to use it again next time. There doesn't seem to be an izakaya nearby, but there are quite a few chain stores open late, which were sufficient for meals and drinks after the live show. I look forward to staying again.

The space was refined and simple, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The kids were very happy too! We only came back to sleep, so we couldn’t use the sauna—unfortunately. We visited in summer for a Multiple Night Stay, but the weather was bad and the temperature was low, so the indoor temperature didn’t rise much. Since everything is connected through an open atrium and the beams are exposed, I wonder about how well it maintains indoor temperatures in both summer and winter. Also, the bathroom had only amenities, a shower, and a bathtub, so I would have liked at least one wash basin. It felt like an overseas Hotel. And because it was a Multiple Night Stay, I also wished there had been something like a small sponge to do a bit of cleaning in the bathroom. I wrote down these requests as well, but it was a quiet place and only about 30 minutes from central Sendai. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay again at a more relaxed pace. Thank you!!!
