Although my arrival time was past 10 PM, I received very courteous service. The Room was also impeccably clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Recently, I often use Route Inn and am always satisfied with their service.

We stayed this time with our dog. The building isn’t new, but it was thoroughly cleaned and felt very hygienic. They had everything we needed, including insect repellent, towels to wipe our dog’s paws, a lint roller, and other supplies and amenities—it’s a very thoughtful Accommodation. Above all, the staff were wonderful, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The Onsen just a 1-minute walk away was unlimited, and the water was amazing. The nature was also fantastic, and we had a truly relaxing stay. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

In contrast to the cramped feel of the city, the building is spacious throughout, and I was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably on futons in a Japanese-style room. The thick beams and pillars that evoke a sense of history gave me the solid presence of a traditional house, and it offered a rich experience quite different from staying at a Hotel. The staff who assisted us were friendly, and we enjoyed lively conversations about local topics that people from other prefectures would never know. Not just at mealtimes—I found myself wanting to talk more and learn even more about Iwate. We stayed with only family members, but it was also nice not having to worry about disturbing others. It seems perfect for an overnight get-together with close friends or even a BBQ with your company team. Recommended for anyone who wants to fully enjoy time in nature!

The entire property had a modern, stylish atmosphere and felt very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the dining. Not only were the ingredients excellent, but the presentation was beautiful and creative, with thoughtful attention even to the tableware. It was a delight to look at, and every dish was delicious. The hot spring bath was also spacious, allowing me to relax at ease. After dinner, there was a service where you can grind your own coffee beans and enjoy freshly brewed coffee—these thoughtful touches were wonderful. The bed in the room was large as well, so I could rest comfortably. I was highly satisfied with everything—the facilities, meals, hot springs, and guest room—and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing stay.

When I stepped into the Onsen, it felt silky—almost like a lotion on my skin! It left my skin wonderfully moisturized. I didn’t have meals included, but there were complimentary services such as coffee, and I was able to relax very comfortably.

A villa-style accommodation with abundant use of wood. It feels so spacious that staying alone almost seems wasteful—it's perfect for a group getaway. Without your own transportation, it can be difficult to get here, and there are no shops nearby, but if you bring your own ingredients, you’ll find basic cooking utensils and tableware provided. As the owner mentioned, the only downside is a sewage odor around the bathroom area. The bath itself—possibly hinoki—is all wood and has a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for having us.
