1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. There are two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the basement level; the basement is connected to JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station via an underground walkway, so you don’t have to worry even on rainy days. The Room was clean, with a great view of Sapporo Station right in front of the window. There is also a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Sapporo.

I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game at ES CON Field. The game ran long and I checked in late, but the staff handled it pleasantly. I was also very satisfied with the large public bath. The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. There were local Hokkaido dishes such as soup curry, herring, and seafood. I was very satisfied. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my second stay. At check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile and provided clear, courteous explanations, which left a great impression. The Room was a Club Twin—clean and well maintained—and the bathroom was spacious and very relaxing. I enjoyed breakfast at a quiet club lounge at my leisure; the fresh vegetables were delicious with the country-style dressing. It was a very fulfilling Hotel stay. Thank you very much.

The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple, and the Facility was easy to use and thoughtfully prepared, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The spacious, user-friendly bathroom was a plus, and I was happy with the excellent breakfast selection, including jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken).

I stayed here to meet friends. From arriving in the lobby through check-in and check-out, the staff’s courteous and pleasant service was outstanding, and thanks to them I felt comfortable throughout my stay. For dinner, I had the “Tanchō” course. Enjoying the meal with wine while watching Sapporo’s beautiful evening sky shift from sunset to night views was truly special. After dinner, I finished the night at the “SKY J” bar. When I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely like to stay here.

It was truly just a short walk from Sapporo Station North Exit. It rained a little on the way, and they even lent me an umbrella.\nI really appreciated the luggage storage service. Breakfast was also very delicious.\nThere were laundry facilities, and the Room was spacious and easy to use.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I chose Sapporo JAL City because I like the breakfast at JAL City, and I was satisfied. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the taste met my expectations. The relaxation area after the bath was very comfortable, and they also had ice cream, which I really appreciated.

This was our first time staying for two nights as a couple. We chose this Hotel because it’s close to the subway, there are plenty of dining options nearby, it has a large public bath, and it’s clean. Everything met our expectations. The breakfast we had twice was outstanding—beautifully presented, well-balanced, and packed with vegetables. We also appreciated how courteous the staff were. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We were happy that the air conditioning felt new as well. Our trip to Sapporo became a wonderful memory! We’d love to stay again and would also like to use your Hotels in other prefectures. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with three people. In addition to the three beds, there was a table and chairs, and we were able to open two suitcases on the floor. It was also nice that the toilet and washbasin area were separate. The hair dryer in the Room was a Dyson. Unfortunately, the springs in the extra sofa bed were so painful even just sitting on it that it was hard to sleep. Also, one of the chairs was wobbly and unusable. If the sofa bed and chair are replaced, it would be perfect. My family said that when the public bath is crowded, the changing area is small and difficult to use. I used it comfortably when it wasn’t busy. It would be nice if we could check how crowded it is from the Room.

We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!

The breakfast menu was extensive, with an especially wide variety of salads, and it exceeded my expectations. While I enjoy local food when traveling, I tend to fall short on vegetables, so I make a point of eating plenty of salad at the Hotel breakfast. I also watch my salt and oil intake with dressings, and they provided olive oil as an alternative. In addition to Hokkaido specialties, the pork miso soup was particularly good and also included root vegetables such as carrots, daikon radish, and burdock.

The great location, the view from the Room, the comfort of the premium lounge, the cleanliness of the Room, and the delicious breakfast were all as expected or better, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. I had breakfast on the second morning, and I was glad to be able to enjoy Hokkaido specialties such as hokke (Atka mackerel) and ramen. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and is reasonably priced, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

Of the three Hotels I stayed at this time, this Hotel was the best. The breakfast was high quality, and I was more satisfied than at Hotels that cost more. Most of the guests were international travelers, but the front desk staff were very considerate—for example, they told me which restaurant times would be less crowded.

If you’re looking for a quiet Hotel where you can sleep well, JR Inn is the one. The lockers for storing luggage before and after your stay are located right near the entrance, which is helpful because you don’t have to go through the lobby. It’s also great that the Room has a bathtub where you can soak and relax. It’s nice that the amenities include bath salts, and I especially appreciate that the skincare products are Sekkisei. Having a trouser press permanently in the Room is also a plus. There’s a wide selection of pillows to choose from, and with an upgraded Simmons bed, I slept very well. Breakfast may be light, but it’s impressive: different breads each day, three kinds of soup, hygienic single-serve cups of potato salad, individually wrapped Hokkaido Camembert cheese, and even yogurt and milk pudding for dessert. Perhaps because it’s a light meal service, the breakfast area is quiet too, which feels relaxing. However, I noticed a yellow stain on the pillow I chose. I’d also like the refrigerator to be pre-chilled.

At check-in, our Room wasn’t quite ready and it would have been another 15 minutes, but the staff immediately suggested the lounge and took care of us. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and were shown to our Room without a long wait. The staff’s service was very refined. The Room had four proper beds, so we could relax comfortably. The bathroom was simple and clean. We booked a Plan with breakfast included. The wide variety of potato fries was delicious, and we enjoyed them with soup curry. The honey was also excellent. They kindly accommodated our family’s request for sushi without wasabi. This is a Hotel we’d love to visit again.
