During my stay, I mostly encountered international guests, but the Hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s a Hotel I would like to use again.

The room was very spacious, and the table was large, so we could enjoy our meals comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. Since six of us stayed, it was convenient to have two toilets, as well as one shower and one bathtub. We would love to stay again.

1. I would be happy if the breakfast price were a little lower. I’d like to take my time and enjoy everything, but mornings are busy, and sometimes I’m not feeling well, so I can’t eat enough to feel it’s worth the cost. 2. Also regarding breakfast: I wanted to drink Japanese tea but couldn’t find it, so I asked a staff member. The reply was rather curt: “The drinks (including tea bags) are only here and over there (such as juices).” Could you please provide Japanese tea bags? 3. About the changing area by the bath: some guests don’t dry themselves properly after bathing, and puddles form in front of the lockers. This isn’t very hygienic, so I hope you can add measures to encourage drying off or use flooring that prevents puddles from forming. Overall, it’s a good Hotel—please keep improving even further.

Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was also plenty of linen provided—especially bath towels, which were prepared for the number of guests × the number of nights. The property itself is older, so there were some creaking floorboards, but the beds, sofa, TV, and other Facility amenities were new and easy to use. It’s within walking distance of Susukino, yet far enough away to be quiet—just the right balance.

I stayed in the dormitory and found it comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, I felt it was difficult to adjust the Room temperature.

18:00 check-in and 9:00 check-out short Plan was used. (IKYU) There is a gym, and Nijo Market is within walking distance, making it very convenient. The Room is spacious and does not have the cramped feeling of a typical Business Hotel.

Its location is just a short walk from Susukino, so if you get tired you can quickly return to the Hotel to rest. The Room is spacious with a calm atmosphere, and it was great to have plenty of space even after spreading out our luggage. The changing area and bathtub in the bathroom are also large and clean, so you can relax and unwind. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, we needed to pick up amenities and pajamas from the lobby, but it was fine because we could grab them on our way out.

We stayed here for a two-night trip to Sapporo. Since it’s an entire house rental with plenty of Rooms, it should work well even for trips with multiple groups. The Facility is new, and both the building and appliances were extremely clean. With a layout like a luxury vacation home, it also seems ideal for longer stays. And the sauna is outstanding. It’s equipped to the same level as a private commercial sauna, and we were very satisfied. There’s also a balcony for outdoor cooling and an open-air bath, with perfect flow between them. (Of course, it isn’t visible from outside.) It’s about 15 minutes by taxi from central Sapporo, so you can enjoy quiet nights. With Vacation Rentals, communication with the manager often takes time, but they replied quickly even when we emailed questions, which was very reassuring. The manager was extremely kind. I was more satisfied than at a luxury Hotel. (Notes) Because the sink is right in front of the sauna, the wash area gets hot while using it. For makeup and similar tasks, I recommend using another sink or waiting until after you turn off the sauna.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. It seemed quiet that day, likely because it wasn’t crowded. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much.

Stayed for one night alone on a business trip. The location is a short walk from the bustling areas of Susukino and Odori. If proximity to the station is not your top priority, this accommodation is an excellent choice. There is also parking available, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The room is about 30 square meters, functional, and well-designed. It features a bathroom with a separate washing area and an easy-to-use sink. Regarding the hotel name "Holiday Inn & Suites," using "suites" in katakana might cause confusion among Japanese guests as it could be mistaken for "sweets." This could lead to misunderstandings about the brand's positioning or offerings.

This was a hotel I had always wanted to stay at. The staff's natural conversations, smiles, and hospitality were wonderful. I was able to spend a comfortable time with my wife. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Also, the breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients and was incredibly delicious. For example, the omelet prepared by the chef in the open kitchen using special eggs, as explained by the staff, was astonishingly tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel to my acquaintances as well. Thank you!

Although not located near major stations like Sapporo, Susukino, or Odori, these areas are easily accessible via a single subway line. The accommodation is very clean. Both a bath and shower are available. A refrigerator is provided. Bunk beds come with lights, fans, and power outlets. Individual lockers are available for use. Free miso soup and coffee are offered. Washing machines and dryers are available on-site. The restroom includes one urinal for men and one Western-style toilet. The entrance features a card-operated auto-lock system. When I asked about parking for my motorcycle during a summer touring trip, I was informed that underground parking is available (I did not inquire about car parking). There is a 24-hour lounge equipped with manga books and a TV for relaxation at any time of the day or night. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. After check-in, you can come and go freely 24 hours a day. By booking early, I was able to stay at an affordable price, which made me very satisfied with my experience here! Given the high prices in Sapporo's downtown area, this place was an excellent choice!

Sapporo has many hotels, but many feel outdated, and I felt there were few truly luxury options. Both the facilities and service were very satisfying. The bath was spacious, which was great. The food was also delicious. This time we were able to stay at a fairly reasonable rate, but the high weekend prices are a bit of a deterrent.

I stayed here for a concert at the dome. The nearest station was convenient with a direct express train from the airport, and it was also just one stop away from the limousine bus station for the concert. Within about a 10-minute walk, I could reach Nijo Market, Ramen Alley, and Susukino, making it feel like a hidden gem. The Room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. It also had a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—everything you could need! If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

The Room was not very spacious, but it was compact and comfortable. We traveled by car and were concerned about finding parking near the entertainment district. However, there were several parking lots with a maximum fee of around 1500 yen during both daytime and nighttime, making it easy to park. It’s not a high hurdle!

The soft-serve ice cream and cocoa in the lounge were absolutely delicious and delightful. The Room was more convenient than the one I stayed in before, and as always, the queen-size bed was spacious and comfortable. The smart TV worked perfectly without any issues. The only downside was the limited number of power outlets, but I would love to stay here again.

The hotel was stylish, clean, and very beautiful. The bed was spacious, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. It was No Meals Included, but the price was quite affordable for central Sapporo. The hotel's parking lot is limited to 8 spaces, which is quite few for its size! Additionally, it only accommodates vehicles under 155 cm in height, so car types are quite restricted. My compact car didn't fit either. However, I was directed to an affiliated parking lot, which was helpful.

The room has a modern air purifier, and even my non-smoking partner said the cigarette smell didn’t bother them. Securing a parking space was a bit difficult. There is an affordable fully automatic washing machine on the second floor of the building. There is only a unit bath, but the shower temperature control is excellent, and amenities such as a hair dryer are well provided. Best of all was the very comfortable bed! There were three pillows and cushions, so I could find the combination that suited me. I felt it’s well suited for stays of several days.

I often stay here when I’m in Sapporo. Amenities You can choose from a standard selection of amenities. Room It’s on the small side, but clean and very satisfying.

There is parking available, the location in Susukino is convenient, the room was standard, and the bathroom was spacious and nice.
