Thank you as always for your hospitality. The service was excellent, and I felt comfortable staying here with peace of mind. I look forward to staying with you again. Thank you in advance.

I stayed at this Hotel for a live event trip. At first, I was a bit worried about the self check-in and check-out process, but everything was explained kindly, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. The kitchen and appliances were fully equipped and very convenient.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. It seemed quiet that day, likely because it wasn’t crowded. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much.

The view was great and the room was spacious, and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi—everything was excellent.

The building and unit bathroom are a bit dated, but the interior has been renovated and there were no issues. The Mirable shower may be a matter of personal preference, but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—I drifted off to sleep right away. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The room has a modern air purifier, and even my non-smoking partner said the cigarette smell didn’t bother them. Securing a parking space was a bit difficult. There is an affordable fully automatic washing machine on the second floor of the building. There is only a unit bath, but the shower temperature control is excellent, and amenities such as a hair dryer are well provided. Best of all was the very comfortable bed! There were three pillows and cushions, so I could find the combination that suited me. I felt it’s well suited for stays of several days.

I was very satisfied after switching from the hotel I initially booked to this one, which is closer to Sapporo Station. It’s located roughly between Sapporo Station and Odori, making it convenient to get around in either direction, and the location was great. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Sapporo Station. The hotel was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The only small concern was that the water drainage seemed a bit slow, but otherwise the price was reasonable and I was happy with everything! I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

The facilities are excellent, and the room and amenities are exceptionally clean and pleasant. The cost performance is outstanding, making me want to stay again.

We stayed for two nights as a base for sightseeing in Sapporo and Otaru during our Hokkaido trip. The location is excellent—almost directly connected to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and close to Odori Park and Susukino. Breakfast was outstanding, with Hokkaido specialties like seafood bowls and salmon roe, plus delicious bread. The unit bath is standard and the Room key isn’t a card key, so some parts of the Facility feel a bit dated, but everything is well maintained and very clean.

The room was of good quality for the price.

Livemax provides reliable services, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay. This time, my main purpose was to visit the Autumn Fest held at Odori Park, and the location was perfect for that. It’s a bit of a walk from Susukino or Tanukikoji, but during this season, it’s not much of an issue. In winter, however, it might require some preparation. A convenience store is also nearby. The room was clean with a spacious and comfortable bed. The room size is slightly compact, so you may need to open your suitcase on the bed. Although I didn’t use it, having a microwave in the room seemed convenient (it seems Livemax hotels generally have this feature as I noticed the same in Yokohama). The deciding factor for me was the large public bath; apparently sourced from Onsen water and very relaxing. The changing area felt slightly cramped though. As for meals—this was unexpected—but they provide an onigiri bento box in the morning. While breakfast buffets at other hotels are nice too, I found this option ideal as it’s just enough in portion size, can be enjoyed in your room at your own pace—a great idea!

It was my first time in Sapporo & Susukino, and I’m glad I chose a good Hotel! I’d definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Everything feels systematic and modern. The location is great, and the interior is clean. However, the management of slippers, which are to be used after taking off shoes in front of the elevator, might not be clearly communicated to guests. In fact, there was a Japanese guest who came out into the hallway wearing shoes and hurriedly changed into slippers upon seeing us. If you consider it just a place to sleep, it might be perfect. I would consider staying again.

I used the Hotel for a day-use stay. It was very quiet. I did notice a slight noise when people were in the hallway, but overall it was a highly rated Hotel. If staying overnight, there may be more guests and it could feel a bit busier, but it didn’t bother me. I would definitely like to use it again.

It was pouring rain when I checked in, but I was able to get here from the underground without getting wet at all—no umbrella needed. Located between Odori and Susukino, with dining and shopping all within walking distance—everything you need is close by! I usually stay near Sapporo Station, but I was impressed by how convenient this location is. One small downside: the room TV only has local terrestrial channels; BS/CS aren’t available, and it isn’t internet-enabled. All of the staff were very kind.

The shower room in the facility seemed to have clogged pipes, so I couldn't take a shower. However, there was an Onsen nearby, which was great. Additionally, the other services and amenities were excellent! I would definitely book again next time!

This Hotel is close to Hokkaido University Hospital and the ginkgo-lined avenue, and I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it also had a microwave. The Hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I could relax as if I were in my own Room. The view from the Room was beautiful, and I took a walk around the Hokkaido University campus before heading out. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

The room was spacious and came with a semi-double bed, an air purifier, and even a massage chair—nothing to complain about! One request: since I stayed for four days, it would be helpful if the Hotel had coin-operated laundry facilities.
