While the interior color scheme may be a matter of personal preference, it was a good Hotel.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to Odori Park and very convenient for sightseeing. The Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. It was disappointing that the room wear was yukata-style; I think samue-style would be more comfortable since there is no need to tie a sash.

I stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and within walking distance to the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and Susukino. There’s a Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel and a Seicomart around the corner, which was very convenient. The Room was small but clean and functional. It would have been even better if mineral water was provided. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not particularly outstanding either—it was average overall. I appreciated that they had soup curry available. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. However, during check-in payment, I noticed that the amount presented was before applying the IKYU discount; if I hadn’t caught it, I might have paid the full price without realizing it. When I pointed this out, they checked and adjusted it to reflect the discounted amount. From outside, it looks simple like a typical Business Hotel; however, while not spacious, the front lobby is stylish and clean. The neighboring Aspen Hotel from the same group is larger and more impressive in appearance; still, this smaller-scale atmosphere here left a positive impression on me as well.

Free breakfast is included, and the location is convenient near Susukino. Amenities are free, and you can choose your preferred shampoo and conditioner. The Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

As this is a No Meals Included plan, no meals are provided. The Onsen and bath are in a unit bathroom. The guest rooms are designed with no wasted space, minimizing dead space. Since it was summer in Sapporo, opening the window let in a pleasant breeze and was comfortable. The location is convenient and close to the downtown area, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat or drink.

Because it is very close to Subway “Kita-Nijuyo-Jo Station,” it was a real help for travelers with lots of luggage. There is also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to enjoy a pleasant stay at the Hotel.

A very new hotel, about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station’s North Exit. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the lobby. The rooms are stylishly designed with a comfortable layout, and the number and placement of power outlets are very convenient. We went to watch a game at Es Con Field Hokkaido in Kitahiroshima on the day of check-in and returned late, so it felt a bit rushed, but the hotel’s comfort still gave us a great night’s sleep.

The Room felt open and comfortable, and I was able to relax. The coffee service was also great. There is an underground parking garage, but a Reservation is required via the website. I forgot to Reserve, which made getting around a bit difficult.

The all-you-can-eat tuna at breakfast was the best. The Genghis Khan was also delicious, and the pickled herring-like dish was great too. Best of all, I could drink as much Katsugen as I wanted! It was excellent—thank you very much. I’d appreciate it if takeout coffee were available!

Due to unexpected rain, our plans were moved up, and we requested an early check-in, which was kindly accommodated. Thank you very much. The location is about a 5-minute walk from Susukino, making it ideal for exploring Sapporo on foot. The Room is equipped with a separate bath and toilet, ensuring a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying again next time!

I have stayed here several times before. The Room is compact, and the wood-grain color scheme feels very calming. The shampoo and body soap are wall-mounted dispensers, so I’m not sure of the exact types, but they were labeled Kao. The hair dryer is by mod’s hair. With the Ladies’ Plan, you can choose two extra amenities per night that aren’t included in the standard set, which is a nice touch. (Options include LUX shampoo, cooling sheets for tired feet, face masks, hot eye masks, bath salts, etc.) It would be ideal if a body wash towel were also provided among the amenities.

Very clean and stylish. Check-in is also seamless. There is a kitchen, so you can cook, but we only used the refrigerator. Having two sinks and two refrigerators/air conditioners was very convenient. It would be perfect if there were a washing machine. The location is a 5-minute walk on flat roads from Maruyama Koen Station. Enter the PIN code to take the elevator up to the 3rd-floor reception, then enter your guest information and the password you received by email on the computer to complete check-in. Another plus: although it’s a bit of a walk, there’s a bus stop to Otaru within walking distance, so we were able to travel cheaply without going into Sapporo first. It would be nice if that kind of information were included as well.

Thank you for hosting us for a Multiple Night Stay (No Meals Included). However, on the final day we had the breakfast buffet. (We were told we could sign up at the front desk by the day before.) The food and atmosphere were great, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

- Located within the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, most shops are nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Odori or Susukino, making it very convenient. Even on rainy days, you can move around without getting wet thanks to the arcade and underground walkway. - As a "Books Café," guests can borrow books to take to their rooms. Walking around for sightseeing during the day and relaxing with a book in your room at night is wonderful. - The room might feel small, but it's spacious enough for one person. It has a calm and stylish atmosphere. The luggage storage is convenient, and having a bath with a washing area is rare compared to other accommodations. However, the shower water pressure is too strong; if left in its holder, shorter individuals like me may find that the water goes over their head... Also, since there’s a café on the first floor, only powdered green tea is provided in the room—no mineral water service either. Using the café every time can be costly, so I brought my own tea bags and water instead; this was slightly disappointing. As someone who always buys lots of books while traveling, I think this accommodation where you can borrow books is fantastic. I’d love to stay here again if I have another chance!

I have stayed here several times. As a Dormy Inn fan, I checked out hoping to return again for the consistently warm hospitality. I will stay here again.

Many foreign guests were staying, but it was quiet, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful time.

Stayed here for the first time! I went upstairs expecting both a sauna and a bath, but it was just a sauna! (Haha) Usually, you hear about places having only baths without saunas, but just a sauna? That’s rare! There wasn’t even a cold bath—just showers and fresh air to cool down before heading back into the sauna. It would be great if they could add a cold bath, maybe in the outdoor space! The late-night ramen was great! A welcome drink would be nice to have. The lighting in the Room was quite dim. I’ll visit again!

The service was excellent. Welcome drinks were available until 10:00 PM, and it was great to come back from the cold and enjoy a warm drink! The Room was also spacious enough.

I was looking for a hotel near Okadama Airport and stayed here with my preschool-aged child. The Japanese-style room allowed us to sleep without worrying about our child falling out of bed. At the breakfast venue, the staff kindly asked whether we needed a children’s chair and tableware, and I really appreciated their thoughtful attention. Breakfast in the scenic dining area was a wonderful experience. When I called with a question at the time of booking, they were also very kind and helpful.

It was great that the property is close to Susukino and has parking available.
