For this price, I was 120% satisfied. It’s a typical Business Hotel. Check-in and check-out were a bit problematic—especially check-out. Even though there was no need to use the screen, everyone did, which caused a line to form. I wish it had been made clearer that it wasn’t necessary. Still, at that price, I can only be satisfied.

It was my first time using this, but it is close to Sapporo Station, reasonably priced, and I would like to use it again.

By staying on a weekday and avoiding holiday periods, I was able to book at a very good rate. I used a top-floor double room as a single, and with the toilet and bath separated, I was able to relax comfortably. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Everything was well equipped like home, the Room was spacious, and there was a play area for children, so our family was very satisfied with our stay. The location near Kotoni Station was also very convenient for getting anywhere. It said that luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was available, but we were worried about how it would work since the place is unmanned until we arrived. There was a baggage port in front of the reception counter (see photo). Hope this helps future guests. We would like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

Stayed 4 times. It was very clean and well maintained. I’m not used to making online reservations and felt a bit anxious, but they explained everything carefully over the phone, which put me at ease. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the kitchen was fully equipped with tableware, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well, so it’s highly recommended for families at a very reasonable price.

I stayed in the dormitory and found it comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, I felt it was difficult to adjust the Room temperature.

We stayed here for a two-night trip to Sapporo. Since it’s an entire house rental with plenty of Rooms, it should work well even for trips with multiple groups. The Facility is new, and both the building and appliances were extremely clean. With a layout like a luxury vacation home, it also seems ideal for longer stays. And the sauna is outstanding. It’s equipped to the same level as a private commercial sauna, and we were very satisfied. There’s also a balcony for outdoor cooling and an open-air bath, with perfect flow between them. (Of course, it isn’t visible from outside.) It’s about 15 minutes by taxi from central Sapporo, so you can enjoy quiet nights. With Vacation Rentals, communication with the manager often takes time, but they replied quickly even when we emailed questions, which was very reassuring. The manager was extremely kind. I was more satisfied than at a luxury Hotel. (Notes) Because the sink is right in front of the sauna, the wash area gets hot while using it. For makeup and similar tasks, I recommend using another sink or waiting until after you turn off the sauna.

Each Room was very clean! Highly recommended.

Our group of eight across three generations stayed here. It was a trip to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday, and we were able to enjoy cake at the large table and spend a wonderful time together.

I stayed here on a business trip. The complimentary breakfast was more substantial than I expected, which was great (the Grab & Go option you can take back to your room is also nice). Instead of bottled water, there is a water dispenser in the hallway where you can refill your bottle, in line with recent trends. There is no bathtub—only a shower booth—but it has three spray options (handheld, rain, and body). Once you read how to use it, it’s very convenient (it’s thoughtful that there’s a way to check the temperature so you don’t accidentally twist it and get blasted with cold water). The room is compact but has all the essentials, so if you’re familiar with the Sapporo/Susukino area, you can stay comfortably without any issues. The staff are cheerful and friendly as well. (It isn’t directly connected underground, so please be careful in winter if you’re not comfortable walking on snowy or icy roads.)

The shower room in the facility seemed to have clogged pipes, so I couldn't take a shower. However, there was an Onsen nearby, which was great. Additionally, the other services and amenities were excellent! I would definitely book again next time!

This was my first time staying at The Villa Hotels. The building was very clean, and all the appliances were new. I brought my own seasonings and pajamas in advance, so I had no inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, there was floor heating, making the room comfortable even on a cold day. Thank you for two enjoyable days!

Six of us stayed—five adults and a 4-month-old baby—and the place was spacious and relaxing. The amenities were thoughtfully provided; we were surprised to find two ReFa hair dryers. We stayed for two nights, and there were plenty of bath towels and face towels, so we could use them freely without worry. There’s a Seicomart next door and a 24-hour sandwich shop across the street—an excellent location. We’d love to stay again.

It felt like a regular apartment, and having a washing machine was great.

Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was also plenty of linen provided—especially bath towels, which were prepared for the number of guests × the number of nights. The property itself is older, so there were some creaking floorboards, but the beds, sofa, TV, and other Facility amenities were new and easy to use. It’s within walking distance of Susukino, yet far enough away to be quiet—just the right balance.

The room was very spacious, and the large table made it easy to enjoy meals comfortably. We had a very pleasant stay. Since there were six of us, it was convenient to have two toilets, as well as one shower and one bathtub. We would love to stay again.

We stayed for three nights. Most Hotels have small, cramped Rooms, but this one was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area has large windows where you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the fresh greenery—nothing to complain about. Breakfast is simple (toast, a fried egg, salad, etc.), but it was just right for me.

Originally, I was planning to reserve a certain hotel, but I couldn't suddenly reserve for 3 nights and 4 days, so I chose this accommodation plan. However, after staying here, it turned out to be better than the hotel! It was a typical loft-style apartment room suitable for single living, but it came fully equipped with bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap as well as dishwashing detergent and air conditioning. The room I stayed in also had a washing machine and laundry detergent available for use. There was even a convenience store nearby which made everything very convenient. No hassle of check-in or check-out procedures or moving through elevators and hallways. Honestly speaking, it felt much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. The only downside is that there is no parking lot; you will need to use the coin-operated parking behind the building. If I have business nearby again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation. Thank you very much for this time!

The exterior is beautiful, and the interior is also very clean. The room feels a bit small. I feel the price is on the higher side.
