Despite being reasonably priced, the Facility, Onsen, and meals were all excellent. They also offer Shuttle Service to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and Onuma-Koen Station, so we were able to enjoy our stay even without a car. The Hotel is also barrier-free, and we saw several guests using wheelchairs, making it a place that guests of all ages can enjoy.

The property was comfortable even for a wheelchair user, so we were able to enjoy our family trip stress-free. Thank you for your kind support, including parking right in front of the entrance and providing amenities such as a shower chair. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted with “Good morning” and guided to our seats with a smile; everything was delicious and very satisfying—fresh vegetables, firm momen tofu with a rich soybean flavor, miso from a long-established local producer, thick-cut bacon, curry, and more. There are also Rooms with a train view, which railway fans will love. We’re glad we could stay again this summer as well, marking the 20th anniversary of Hokuto City and the 10th anniversary of the Hokkaido Shinkansen!

I chose the Onuma Prince Hotel for my friend visiting from afar. They were delighted, saying they could relax, fully enjoy the Onsen, and sleep well—it was wonderful. I’m grateful for the staff’s warm smiles and kind service.

We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the meals, and the Onsen! We truly appreciated all the accommodations made for my nephew’s allergies. The kids also found lots of stag beetles and made wonderful summer vacation memories. It looks like this will become an annual tradition.

A wonderful luxury villa quietly nestled in a picture-perfect setting with views of Mt. Komagatake. The king-size bed, plush high-quality towels, and thoughtfully selected amenities had the feel of a first-class Hotel. The refined full kitchen and large refrigerator were very convenient, and the carefully considered lighting, appliances, furniture, fireplace, and high ceilings added true villa character—an Accommodation that clearly reflects great attention to detail. The in-Room Onsen had a silky texture with a high pH; the water quality was so smooth it almost felt slippery. It was gentle on the skin and deeply relaxing. There was also a heater next to the towel rack—perhaps another thoughtful touch to help towels dry quickly? I wished there were also a separate spa Facility building. Dinner BBQ was extremely satisfying, with plenty of carefully chosen meats and seafood. The jingisukan lamb BBQ and finishing soup curry were delicious as well. In this season there weren’t many insects even outdoors, so we could enjoy it while feeling close to nature. We enjoyed the pumpkin dessert back in the Room with the provided drip coffee—absolutely delightful. Very satisfied overall. The large wall-mounted TV in the Room was easy to watch, and when there was an issue with the connection, staff came right away to fix it for us. Breakfast was a full Western-style meal, and everything tasted great. The welcome drink service at the bar in the front building upon arrival had just started recently, but we enjoyed lovely cocktails while looking out at Mt. Komagatake through the window—it was a stylish moment that made us excited for our stay. I think it’s an excellent idea. I’ve seen comments saying people travel specifically for Angel Grand Villa Hakodate—and I completely agree now. We found an Accommodation we can truly recommend; you can really feel how much the staff want to make things even better here. We’d love to visit again. We had a wonderful birthday eve!
