What concerned me was the bathroom. It seemed to be left in a cleaned state, as the water was set to hot, which surprised me when washing my hands. The explanation for the temperature control handle next to the bathtub was opposite to the actual handle, making it difficult to adj

It's a quiet environment. It's a reasonable distance from the nearest station, and it's a straight line, so it's easy to find. I enjoyed the Hawaiian cuisine takeout, acai dessert, and deli from the tenant restaurant. With the national travel support (20% off accommodation) +

The hotel smoothly took care of our luggage, lunch → Kabukiza, and we had a truly enjoyable time with a smooth check-in. It was close to Tsukiji and Ginza, and even for us who are not familiar with the area, the location was excellent. It was a hotel we would like to use

The table was spacious, and the refrigerator and tableware were conveniently positioned around it, making everything extremely easy to use! There was also plenty of space to place luggage. Since my schedule involved going out at night after finishing work, the in-room laundry w

It was their first university entrance exam, and they were nervous, but we were deeply touched by the thoughtfulness, and thanks to that, they were able to relax and take the exam. The rooms were also clean and comfortable to stay in. We were very grateful to have a washing machi

It was very convenient and helpful. There is a convenience store right across the street from the entrance, so we could have coffee anytime, and there are many restaurants nearby where we found some hidden gems, which was very satisfying. The hotel has a modern feel, but we had n

It was my first time using this place, and despite the late hour, the explanation from the front desk staff was very thorough (there were two people from overseas, thank you very much). Also, it's convenient as there are places nearby for a quick break or a convenience store ru

The meals were Japanese set meals, so I didn't have to worry like at a buffet, and I was satisfied. The coin laundry was also very convenient and helpful. The next morning, I was able to board the Hato Bus right in front of the hotel, making it a very convenient hotel. I wo

The location is excellent. The rooms and building were also clean. The bathroom only had a shower, so a unit bath would be nice for relaxing. The room I booked was small, but the bed was on a raised platform and was clean. The bed and TV felt a bit too close to each other

It was convenient as Takeshiba Pier was right in front of the hotel. Also, the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well before the long journey. The hotel staff were all kind and courteous. I would like to use this hotel again when going to the Izu Islands or Ogasawara. Tha

There is also a 24-hour supermarket right in front, which is convenient for shopping. We took our dog for a walk at the nearby Sumida River Terrace. The evening walk was especially great with the beautiful night view! It's a great place to stay with a dog. I would like to sta
