The view you can gaze at forever, the calming BGM, and the relaxing sofas. Every staff member provides attentive service, and their hospitality always heals and makes me feel happy. And the breakfast is superb. It's a pity I only have one stomach. I will definitely go back

The room had lavender bath salts and spray, as well as chamomile tea amenities, allowing me to relax comfortably. Although the hotel doesn't have a large public bath, the lavender bath was excellent. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with plenty of sashimi, seafood bowls,

The view of the bay from the hotel was also fantastic, with nothing obstructing the view! Of course, the room's furnishings and interior were of high quality. The bath salts were also a much-appreciated service. Since I stayed in a club room, I was able to use the club lounge an

The staff who came to pour the wine did so at the perfect timing, allowing us to truly enjoy a luxurious time. The teppanyaki while viewing Tokyo Tower was just as satisfying as last time. Next time, I would definitely like to let our children experience it too. Thank you very

I stayed here to visit The Lion King and teamLab. It's about a 5-minute drive from the hotel to The Lion King and about a 5-minute walk to teamLab, with Toyosu Market also within walking distance. The parking lot is next to the hotel, so the access is excellent. The staff were ki

A hotel with beds where you can relax your body, excellent access, and wonderful hospitality from the staff. The balance of the cuisine, with a rich variety of fresh and delicious dishes from Japanese, Western, and Chinese to international flavors, is impressive. The desserts at

The location is a bit inconvenient (a bit of a walk from the nearest station, no convenience store nearby, and quite a distance to both Odaiba and Ariake Shopping Mall), but with the low accommodation fee, the somewhat luxurious interior, and the nearby seaside park for a stroll,

The large public bath offered a fantastic view, with sights of the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and even the Skytree, both day and night. Enjoying an ice pop while looking at the night view after a bath was wonderful. I was also pleased to find plenty of hairdryers in the public

Having a 24-hour Family Mart inside the hotel was also very convenient. I was very grateful for that!! Outside the hotel, there was a Saizeriya and the Yurikamome station nearby, which was nice. Also, there were plenty of amenities, including lotion, emulsion, face masks, and hai

When I called in advance with some questions, as well as during check-in and check-out on the day, the staff were all very kind and provided pleasant service. The facility shows its age, but it was well-cleaned, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. I will visit again. Thank

The hotel was within walking distance to Ariake Arena (round trip), which was very helpful. The view of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower from the room was fantastic. The bath additive (bubble bath) amenities were very relaxing and nice. There was also a coin laundry, whic

From the magic hour at dusk to the night view and the morning sun shining on the city, I was constantly amazed by the stunning scenery. In the morning, I was able to take a leisurely stroll along the Sumida River in a quiet environment, allowing for a very relaxing time. Indeed

It was relatively close to Tsukiji Station on foot, and with a taxi, you could quickly get to Ginza, making it a convenient location. The building seemed to be new, and the room was clean, with outside noise not being much of a concern. The price was also reasonable, so I would

I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the lounge, the food and drink offerings, the customer service, and the room! Since I had plenty of snacks and drinks in the lounge right before dinner, the buffet felt a bit wasted, but I was able to enjoy hotel-quality ingredients l

We relaxed on the spacious terrace while listening to the steam whistle of the ships departing from Takeshiba Pier. At Bar Whisk, live piano music was playing, and we had a very pleasant time. There was a digital piano in the room, and as I was casually pressing the keys, tim
