We stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The staff kindly celebrated with us, and she was truly delighted. In the lounge, they served a birthday plate, and there was an adorable teddy bear in our Room—it became a wonderful memory. We will stay again. Thank you very much.

Sorry for the late review. Whenever I come to Tokyo and want a bathroom with a separate washing area, this is the first place I search and book. Most of all, even with lots of luggage, it’s great not having to worry about the weather—the entrance is inside the station right after you exit the ticket gates. Although it’s close to the station, the Room is quiet and comfortable. Getting around from the Accommodation is easy as there’s a bus stop right in front, and there are not only convenience stores but also a supermarket just a short walk away, so shopping for food, daily necessities, or items from 100-yen shops is never a problem. With prices rising these days, it can sometimes be hard to afford depending on the season, but I’ll continue to stay here.

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

It’s very close to Osaki Station. On the first floor of the same building, there are a supermarket, a 100-yen shop, a bookstore, and some restaurants. Across the street at Gate City Osaki, there are also restaurants such as Hama-Sushi. The Room was like a typical Hotel Room and was clean. They also provide yukata for children. Amenities can be picked up from the front desk. I think breakfast offers a good variety, and I felt each item was high quality. It was nice to have cherry tomatoes and fruit. Personally, I found the bread especially delicious. It was very crowded, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, but the staff were working very hard. It was disappointing that the bathtub drain in the Room’s unit bath clogged easily. Since you can quickly go out and buy anything you forgot, I thought it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

The sink is narrow, and the faucet is fixed, making it difficult to wash your face. There was no clear way to dehumidify the room, resulting in condensation on the walls.

This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night starting on Saturday. There is a covered walkway along the building from the station to very near the Hotel, so it’s fairly easy to get around even on rainy days. The lemonade in the guest lounge was pleasantly tart, blue, and delicious, though it felt a bit limited that only donuts and rice crackers were available. It may be ideal as a casual regular stay.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

I stayed here for the first time for a live show near the Hotel. It was close to the station, very clean, and I appreciated the tasty drinks and the cute breakfast bread. With a 12:00 check-out, I was able to relax. However, it would be helpful to have notices in the Room about things like not being able to use the hair dryer in the washroom and the breakfast bread hours. The staff were warm and made me feel at ease. I’d like to stay here again when traveling for another live show.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!

Close to the station and very convenient. The Room was smart and spacious enough. I will use it again.
