Very flexible service. The foreign female front desk staff always had a smile and provided smooth and excellent service. She was also in the lounge, always smiling, which impressed my friends and me. Although the room is small, it’s very comfortable. The bathroom with a washi

This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

When I booked the breakfast-included plan, a superb steak was served in the morning—very satisfying.

We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday. We booked four Club Floor Rooms and stayed with seven family members. As a celebration gift from the Hotel, we received surprise presents—sparkling wine, honey hand cream, and an adorable bear-shaped towel—which we truly appreciated

My spouse and I had planned to go to Jingu Stadium to watch a baseball game, but it was canceled due to rain. We changed our plans and fully enjoyed our time at the Hotel—visiting the club lounge and the pool. It had been a while since our last stay, and thanks to you, it was a very satisfying visit.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

There is a FamilyMart right outside, and Tokyu Square is just 2-3 minutes away, where you can find almost everything you need. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a coin laundry is about a 7-8 minute walk away, so long-term stays were no problem. Although the train

It was quiet and relaxing.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. Thank you very much for having me stay this time.

I arrived late for check-in, but the staff were very courteous. When I entered the Room, the heating had already been turned on, so it was warm and comforting. The guest Room was the most stylish and spacious I’ve ever stayed in, and my daughter was so excited she kept taking pho

Good hotel Friendly staff Clean and easy to use However, please note that with the IKYU UI, even if you make a reservation for the main building, you may be assigned to the annex. The annex is about a 5-minute walk away but is a completely separate building.

Additionally, the staff were Japanese, ensuring smooth communication, and their service and attentiveness were excellent. The location is also great as it’s close to JR Ebisu Station—just under a 5-minute walk straight up from Ebisu Ginza. I would love to stay at this Hotel a

This was my first time staying at the accommodation. With Christmas approaching, a luxurious tree was displayed at the entrance, which lifted my spirits. I brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the front desk kindly kept it for me during check-in. Later in the evening, they delivered it to our room at our preferred timing. Plates, cutlery, a lighter for candles, and even a full bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel were perfectly chilled in an ice bucket—everything was impeccably prepared! I was deeply moved by this level of perfection. When I asked if I could keep using the plates and cutlery for breakfast the next morning, they provided new ones instead—such thoughtful service left me even more impressed. Even late at night, staff members delivered everything with warm smiles; I am truly grateful to them. Although an upgrade wasn’t possible due to weekend crowds, they kindly changed our room to one with a view of Tokyo Tower. The courteous service from all front desk staff gave me peace of mind—truly what you’d expect from The Westin Hotel! It’s definitely an accommodation that makes you want to return again. My friend celebrating their birthday was also delighted—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!

As a smoker, I greatly appreciate having a hotel where smoking is allowed. The guest rooms are relatively new and clean, but it would have been nice if there were coin laundry facilities available. The male staff provided excellent service; however, there was one female staff
