We received sparkling wine for a 60th birthday celebration. Thank you very much. The convenient location for getting anywhere was also great. It's a hotel I definitely want to stay at again. A hotel with this number of rooms is very quiet and calm, and I recommend it to guests

This time, I stayed in a deluxe twin room, and it was spacious enough to be very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto. Also, the staff's response was courteous and very satisfying. I would like to express my gratitude once again.

The ReFa shower head is also a high point. Every amenity is thoughtful, it's quiet, and the front desk staff are pleasant... I'm definitely coming back. I also used the lounge and enjoyed the view from the rooftop in the evening. The cost performance is too good. I definitely wan

And the best part was the breakfast! The fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as the coffee, were very delicious. The fish was freshly grilled and moist. The basil dressing was excellent! Thank you for the hospitality. There is no bath, only a shower, so overall it's 4 points.

In addition to bath towels and face towels, there were also hand towels, and even bathrobes were provided, making it very accommodating. Soaking in the bath with pleasantly scented bath salts was relaxing. In the morning, I enjoyed a walk along the Kamo River, observing the ducks

The beds were comfortable and easy to sleep in, and the bathroom had a Japanese-style washing area, with a shower head that was very pleasant. The café and tea machine were delicious, and the amenities were plentiful, making it an excellent hotel with great value for money. Thank

I stayed for consecutive nights on my long-awaited trip to Kyoto. Despite being in the bustling Sanjo area, the hotel was very quiet and comfortable inside. The room was also clean, and although I didn't request a change of sheets for my extended stay, the bed was properly ma

The space in front of the mirror was also a barefoot-friendly area, so I didn't have to worry about my kimono or obi touching the floor, and it felt just like being at home, which was stress-free and great. It was convenient that the amenities could be hung on the doorknob for

Everything is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. It's also very helpful that they can store your luggage after checkout, given the proximity to the station. Above all, I was impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the front desk staff. I definitely want to use this

A round trip by taxi from Kyoto Station would be cheaper. Being in Nakagyo Ward, nearby coin parking is expensive, and it's common for there to be no maximum limit. Honestly, it's better to park in front of Kyoto Station and take the subway Tozai Line to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Sta

The built-in humidifier in the room also contributed to a comfortable stay. My partner, who has allergies, did not experience any symptoms and found it comfortable as well. The spacious bathtub with a jacuzzi was also very enjoyable. A distinctive feature of this hotel is the art

There are convenience stores, restaurants, bus stops, and Kyoto City Hall Station nearby. The service from the hotel staff is also wonderful. I was able to borrow a Sharp air purifier with a humidifier for my room upon request. Thank you to all the staff for the two days. I loo

A globally accommodating front desk, and even provided us with umbrellas when we were troubled by the rain, offering generous service. The room design maximized the strengths of Japanese style.

Heading north on Teramachi Kyogoku, you reach Kyoto City Hall Station on the subway, which is close to Heian Shrine and the Kyocera Museum of Art. Going south on Shinkyogoku, you find Hankyu Kawaramachi Station on Shijo Street, as well as bus stops for Gion and the Higashiyama ar
