Our small dog enjoyed floating on a float in the pool, but the space was large enough for bigger dogs to have fun as well, so we plan to visit again with our relatives' large dog. The indoor pool allowed us to play without worrying about sunburn, and my daughter seemed very sat

It was our first trip with our beloved dog to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The weather was perfect, making it an unforgettable journey. Soaking in the Onsen while gazing at Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji during the sunset was truly moving! Dinner amidst the picturesque evening

The room was very clean, and the pet amenities were well-prepared, so we only needed to bring food for our pet. Our amenities were also excellent, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling. The staff members were all kind and thoughtful, making it a welcoming O

Overall Satisfaction Our satisfaction level is very high—our parents also enjoyed their stay immensely! It was our first time staying somewhere where we could bring both dogs and such a large group together—it opened up new possibilities for us! Clear instructions on waste sepa

Both are rescue dogs: our French Bulldog was adopted from an individual and has a known birthday, while our Toy Poodle is a retired breeding dog, so we celebrate the day they joined our family instead. All three of us were born in March, so every year we struggle to find a Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the groomer kindly helped care for our dog, and everyone was very attentive. The Room (over 70 m²) was spacious and comfortably arranged, with a dedicated dog shower room, a crate area, and a sofa set that dogs can also use. Breakfast offered a wide

Everything was excellent! We’ll definitely be back.

There’s also a photo booth where you can create personalized postcards with paw print stamps—such a nice touch. The staff were kind and even interacted with our dog. The welcome drinks and cookies (self-serve) were delicious, as were the treats for dogs. Our dog enjoyed both di

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

We chose to stay here as it was difficult to use a Ryokan due to our large family. The Facility and equipment were very well-maintained and clean. The children had a great time playing table tennis and basketball, but please note that the Room for these activities does not have air conditioning, so be cautious of heatstroke. For dinner, we purchased ingredients around Odawara and enjoyed a BBQ. It was a very enjoyable experience. There were two baths available; however, one of them did not provide Onsen water, so we deducted one star from our rating. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. Despite being in the mountains, Yamato Transport provided same-day delivery service for luggage like clothes, making everything smooth and convenient. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

We stayed here for a short trip while visiting family. We chose the Plan that included Yunessun and a kaiseki dinner. Since we drove, following the navigation took us down a very narrow, steep road, which honestly made us wonder if it was really okay (lol). The Room was spacious, and our kids were extremely happy. The building felt fairly old, but it had charm and a tasteful, atmospheric feel. Because there are only a small number of Rooms overall, we were able to enjoy the bath almost like having it privately reserved. For the kaiseki meal, we moved to Mikawaya’s dining area in another building. There were so many dishes and such generous portions—and our kids were served the same amount as adults—that we unfortunately couldn’t finish everything. Still, it was incredibly delicious and very satisfying. The soba-tea pudding at the end was outstanding. In addition to tickets for Yunessun for the next day, they also provided festival-game tickets, and we were allowed to use the Ryokan parking lot free of charge while using Yunessun. We truly appreciated their hospitality.
