We had it all to ourselves, and my son was thrilled. They also lent us arm floaties, so we could play safely. All the drinks at the drink bar were delicious. The evening soup was especially outstanding. The staff were kind, and it was a very satisfying stay for both adults and ch

Stayed here to visit Puroland. The Hotel is quite simple, possibly designed for training purposes, but it was very comfortable. There is a convenience store in the same building, and the bathroom has a bathtub, allowing for a relaxing stay. Puroland is less than a 10-minute

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

When the soft-serve ice cream machine malfunctioned, our child informed the staff, who kindly fixed it despite being busy. They even came back to let us know once it was working again, which made our child very happy. We appreciated the meals that both adults and children could

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

The Room was clean, equipped with everything necessary, and there was water in the refrigerator. The pillow was very comfortable for me in terms of height and firmness, and the bedding was also very comfortable. I was looking for a place to print for business use, and although th

This is a very pleasant Hotel. Everything was spotless wherever we looked, and the front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

Although the price is reasonable, it’s a Hotel with clean Rooms and a well-cared-for feel. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service and small snacks. It’s conveniently located near the station, and it’s helpful that there are many shops nearby. I’d like to consider sta

I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed between the first and second mornings, which was delicious. On the second day, I also had dinner at the restaurant. It was authentic Chinese cuisine yet reasonably priced. I also appreciated that it was just a short walk from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I chose this Hotel after reading Reviews myself. When I called to let them know I would be checking in late, the staff response was excellent and very courteous. The Room felt clean and was good. The bath had a spacious tub, and the amenities were also good. The nightwear was comfortable as well, and I thought it was a recommended Hotel. One disappointing point: the call starts with an automated message, which felt a bit bothersome.

I had daytime computer-based office work, so I called in advance to ask about arriving before check-in. They kindly finished cleaning early so I could check in, and I was able to work in the Room. The air purifier and air conditioner were new and very comfortable. I also needed to come and go early in the morning and late at night, and they accommodated me without hesitation—truly kind. For breakfast I chose the Japanese set meal, which was delicious. Each parking space is narrow, so please be careful. If you’re concerned, there’s a Times parking lot next door, so it shouldn’t be an issue. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed one night at “Niko,” nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Since there are few Hotels in Koganei City, I always choose “Niko” whenever I visit. It’s not a bed, but you can sleep soundly on the fluffy futon. Highly recommended.

Although I booked a single room, it was fully equipped as a twin room—such great value for money! It might have been just lucky this time. Good Point 3: While the building may be slightly old, it was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay her
