The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

We stayed for three nights on a Plan with breakfast included. The location near Kaminarimon was convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast bread was incredibly delicious! It was so good that we ate at the Hotel all three mornings. It was also great that the room did not have a unit bath, so we could relax and enjoy a proper bath.

It was actually a positive that there were hardly any Japanese guests, so I could stay without stress. The night before, I stayed at a hotel in Maihama, but it was too lively with lots of Japanese families with children, and I got tired. It’s close to the station, so even though it’s not near Disney Resort, getting around felt convenient. The room was spacious, the property felt luxurious and clean, and it even has a large public bath. As expected from Prince—more satisfying than I had hoped!

This was my first time staying here. When visiting Disney, I had only ever stayed at Disney hotels or official partner hotels, but I was very satisfied and would definitely like to stay here again. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, and the location was close by—overall, I couldn’t be happier. Being able to relax until 12:00 was wonderful. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day breakfast was on the 22nd floor with a great view. It was so refreshing to spend a relaxing morning at the counter seating. Thank you very much.

It was a very relaxing Hotel. The Halloween-themed Room and the late-night ochazuke were both excellent. The child who stayed with me said, “Thank you for making this Room Reservation.” I’m grateful to this Hotel, and I’d love to stay here again.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. Thank you very much.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

Room: Clean and stylish Bathroom: Spotless and hygienic Amenities: OSAJI products—really uplifting Breakfast: Great variety, and the Reuben sandwich and French toast were especially delicious! The staff member grilling them was also very pleasant. Also, the super-blue jelly (summer-only?) was so beautiful and tasty that it should be available year-round. Staff: At least everyone who assisted me was friendly and welcoming. Second Room: Stylish, relaxing, and a great place to wait without feeling stressed about the shuttle bus. However, since the ride is fairly long, if you want to sit on the bus it’s better not to stay too long here and head to the bus stop earlier. Note (the only one): The card key doesn’t have the room number printed on it, so I briefly forgot my room number and panicked. It might be a good idea to take a screenshot of your room number at check-in. I’d been looking for an alternative because Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay has gotten more expensive over the years, but I think I’ll stick with this place. It was easygoing, clean, and fun. I’ve already made another Reservation for December—thank you in advance. I’m also looking forward to the breakfast buffet in December.

Our first Disney trip in a while as a parent and child. Even though we ended up staying until the park closed and checked in close to 10:00 p.m., the staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles. The room was very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options—I ate far more than I intended. We would love to stay again next time. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed with our 18-month-old daughter and two adults. As an official hotel, they offered excellent service: we could leave our luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station and have it delivered directly to our room, and when checking our bags we were able to request that the beds be moved to the side and fitted with a bed guard for our child. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate washing area, which was also very helpful when traveling with a child. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and we were very satisfied. The value for money was outstanding, so we would love to stay again.

The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

I stayed here before and thought it was a great Accommodation, and it feels like the services have become even more comprehensive. With Senso-ji right in front and Hanayashiki next door, plus plenty of entertainment spots and restaurants you can drop by casually, staying here helped me rediscover how fun Asakusa is. I’d love to stay again in the near future.

We stayed with a total of seven people, including our 3-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren. The room had six beds, baby diapers were available to use freely, and we enjoyed using the lounge as well. We could buy anything we needed anytime at the Lawson convenience store on-site, and the meals were very delicious. There was also a free shuttle bus to the Disney Resort, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time at DisneySea. Thank you for your hospitality—we would like to stay again.

This was my third stay. They responded quickly even to sudden changes. The staff are always very kind, and both the Room and the entire building are thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time in a clean and comfortable environment. I also relaxed while enjoying the greenery in the park visible from the Room, as well as in the large public bath inside the Accommodation. Dinner was also very delicious. I was very satisfied again this time, and I was especially happy that my mother enjoyed it as well. I will stay again in winter. Thank you very much again.

This was a return visit. It is an exceptionally comfortable Hotel where I can truly relax, as if I’ve come home. The location is also wonderful. The view of the Sumida River waterfront and Tokyo Skytree was something I had been looking forward to again since my last stay, but this time the top of the Skytree was hidden in the clouds due to a typhoon. Even so, it felt magical, and I was able to enjoy a rare view that was different from usual. The Room amenities and equipment are well provided, and I especially love being able to unwind in the spacious bathtub, as well as having my favorite Epsom salts available. This time I also visited the bar, and thanks to the attentive service from all staff members, I had a very pleasant time. Since I had an early departure the next morning, they prepared a breakfast box instead of the regular breakfast; it was delicious and very satisfying. Above all, what impressed me most was the front desk staff’s support. After checkout, they kindly guided me in detail even though I wasn’t familiar with the area, which helped everything go smoothly afterward. From check-in through farewell at departure, I am deeply grateful for everyone’s outstanding hospitality. This is a Hotel that makes me sincerely want to introduce this wonderful space and delicious breakfast to someone important. I will definitely return again next time.

This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I had planned to stay with my elderly parents while visiting a family grave, but they ended up going home. It was late, but I called my eldest son and daughter who live in Tokyo, and we enjoyed a one-night family stay together. We were able to sleep with four beds lined up, and we also had access to the lounge. As others have mentioned, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and took great care of us—I truly appreciated it. The weather wasn’t great, so I hope to come back for another try. We didn’t have time for the pool either, which was a shame—next time for sure.

Although we had to stay unexpectedly due to the rain, we were able to spend our time comfortably. Having a microwave in the Room was very helpful. There was also a charger in the Room, and we were satisfied with the complimentary breakfast, as all of the staff were very pleasant. There was also a coffee machine—everything was well provided for.
