The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many h

We had a Plan with lounge access, and the views from the lounge were stunning both day and night. It was also a comfortable, relaxing space where we could unwind even with children. The cocktail-time food was enjoyable as well—although we stayed two nights, the menu changed, and

I’ve used all the airport hotels, and Excel is No. 1. Direct access to the ANA boarding gates, excellent cleanliness, and wonderful service from the staff. I posted before, but it’s been a while since my last review. Nothing has changed—full marks in every category. I already hav

I used the room almost just for sleeping due to my delayed return, but the additional linens and other items I always request were prepared, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. As I mentioned last time, since I stopped being a member of the Royal Park, I have been able to enjoy

We were also able to use the Sky Bath and enjoy complimentary items from the refrigerator. A gentle aroma drifted through the building and our Room, which felt wonderful and truly relaxing. The furnishings were chic and unified in calm tones, and even the glassware was lovely.

Excellent convenience with direct airport access The premium lobby has a calm atmosphere. A quiet, high-quality space awaits, and the refined staff welcomed us warmly. With their attentive service and luxurious surroundings, we enjoyed a comfortable stay. Before our stay, we we

I also used the round-trip limousine bus from Haneda Airport. The room came with two bottles of mineral water. The bath amenities were from an Italian brand with a scent similar to Bvlgari Pour Homme. This is a fantastic hotel that I would love to visit again in the future. Thank

Both the rooftop and the room offered great views of the airplanes, and the bathroom was clean with a bathtub and washing area, which was very satisfying. If I were to be picky, although there were many mirrors in the room, a hand mirror would make it easier to do makeup and get

We stayed as a family and had an extremely satisfying stay! - Perfect location: Close to the station, with excellent access wherever you go—an ideal spot. - Stylish space: The interior and rooms feature a modern, sophisticated design and are impeccably clean. - Comfortable lobby

The Hotel was clean with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s only 7 minutes to Airport Terminal 2—excellent access. I didn’t use it, but there is also a free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the airport. I’ll definitely

Also, there are only two dryers, which feels too few. I’d like to see as many dryers as there are washing machines. Overall Satisfaction Thank you for having us during our stay with friends. We had a very enjoyable time. I would like to stay again. Summary It’s right by Shinaga

Conveniently located with easy access to both Keikyu and JR (Tokyu) lines, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly, providing excellent service, and the guests also seemed to be of a good nature. Quiet and comfortable

Convenience stores and cafes are nearby, and even on rainy days, the location is close to the station with covered walkways, so no umbrella is needed. Fresh towels were hung on the doorknob daily, allowing me to enjoy a clean stay throughout. If I have the chance to visit ag

The triple Room we reserved was more spacious than expected, and the beds were generously sized—we were very satisfied. We had a small issue during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and kindly moved us to a wonderful Room with a night view. We truly appreciated their thou

I stayed for two nights with my daughter. The location along the Yamanote Line is very convenient. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Since this Hotel does not have an elevator, carrying luggage up and down was difficult.

I am always highly satisfied here and can focus on work with ease of mind. One downside is that due to its popularity as a Hotel, it’s difficult to secure a reservation unless booked well in advance. However, my overall rating remains perfect—I would definitely love to stay here

The service was good, and the room size and bathroom size were quite satisfactory for a hotel in Tokyo. However, the refrigerator was not working well, and the drinks that were supposed to be chilled were not very cold. Also, the checkout was at 12 o'clock, which allowed for a le

The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery"

I used this place for an overnight stay before going abroad. The room was very clean, and having the toilet and bath separate was very pleasant. The room's amenities were simple but easy to use and clean. Breakfast was free, and there was a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport,
