The bathroom was impeccably clean, making my stay comfortable. The outlets were cleverly added for convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout made it clear this Hotel is filled with care and hospitality. Though compact in size, it was more than sufficient for a pleasant sta

I have stayed here multiple times, and everything is perfect—the calm atmosphere, the pleasant scent from the lobby, the professionalism and word choice of the staff, their customer-first mindset, and the comfort of the Room. The location is also excellent, right in front of Mar

The room is clean and functional, and you can see the Tohoku Shinkansen tracks from the window. The front desk is on the 27th floor of Sapia Tower, and guest rooms are accessed via a dedicated elevator, providing excellent security. The staff are friendly and courteous, which lea

Above all, we were truly touched by the thoughtful care of all the staff. Thank you very much. We are sincerely grateful to have found such a wonderful place as Shangri-La Tokyo and met such wonderful staff. We hope to cherish this connection for years to come. Thank you again.

Thank you for your warm hospitality, including the surprise chocolates and the Room upgrade. From the entrance to the restaurant, I was impressed by the attentive service from all staff members. It is a lovely Hotel where history and modern comfort are beautifully balanced, and

I used it with my mother during the New Year. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the bathroom with a washing area (including a shower). My mother, who usually has something to say about the comfort of the bed, seemed very satisfied with the comfort of th

I had a pleasant stay. The staff's smiles are always the best, no matter which Hotel I visit. I was also delighted that the staff member who served us dinner this time remembered me from Kyoto—it was such a surprise to see them in Ginza! I hope to meet again someday.

We could relax on the tatami while enjoying Nespresso, which made the stay very comfortable. The high-quality amenities such as kendama, origami, Sekkisei toiletries, and a Kinujo hairdryer were delightful touches. Although the bathroom in our Room only had a shower, it feature

I stayed for two nights to visit TDL. There are many family restaurants, eateries, and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, and I felt the location was very convenient. The Room was clean and easy to use. I would definitely like to stay again when vi

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I fell asleep easily. Although I chose a room without a bathtub, the massage chair made up for it and helped relieve my tiredness from walking. The front desk staff kindly stored my luggage when needed.

The Hotel and Room were clean, and having separate toilet and bath was excellent. The individually adjustable air conditioning was also a nice touch. Choosing the breakfast-included Plan was the right decision; the white rice was delicious. I opted for the grilled fish set

The bath, washroom, and toilet are separate, so it was very comfortable to use. I used the ReFa shower and dryer for the first time and was particularly impressed with the dryer. It made my hair super smooth, and my daughter loved it so much that we plan to replace our home dryer

The pajamas and pillows also felt very clean (at other hotels, odors often bother me...). I stayed alone in a double Room, but it was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and it was comfortable. There weren’t any amenities that would especially please women (I completely

This time, my son and I stayed in a special-type twin Room for his entrance exam. The night before, I emailed to change our arrival time and requested as quiet a Room as possible due to the exam, and I received a very polite reply, which made me feel reassured even before our sta

It was a great decision. I was pleased with the self-service coffee. There was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was drizzling the next morning, I had no problem dashing from the Hotel to the station without an umbrella! It was a great help. I will definitely use i
