Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a truly special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Simply spending time gazing out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest of all was that our room had been thoughtfully upgraded without any fuss. We were genuinely touched by this kind gesture and felt the warmth and hospitality that are so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, which was wonderful. Enjoying drinks in such a historic setting made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished for so long. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was everything beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm atmosphere felt exceptional—like a peaceful moment to look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel three decades later—to look at that place again and say to each other, “So much happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after all these years, it remains unchanged—still there for us—and once again watched over another milestone in our lives. We were deeply moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

At the end of my three-week Hotel stay, I stayed here. I was treated with outstanding hospitality, and it became a wonderful memory. Next time, I hope to stay a little longer rather than just one night. I’d also love to use the spa then!

There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.
