The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

This was my third stay. They responded quickly even to sudden changes. The staff are always very kind, and both the Room and the entire building are thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time in a clean and comfortable environment. I also relaxed while enjoying the greenery in the park visible from the Room, as well as in the large public bath inside the Accommodation. Dinner was also very delicious. I was very satisfied again this time, and I was especially happy that my mother enjoyed it as well. I will stay again in winter. Thank you very much again.

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

We planned a “family reunion” trip at the end of summer vacation and stayed at Maihama View Hotel by HULIC, Hearth Symphony Room—absolutely the right choice. Since it was our grandchild’s first time in Maihama just after turning one, we didn’t go to the Disney Resort; instead, we caught a glimpse of Disneyland’s “Reach for the Stars” from the Hotel, and the adults enjoyed the large bath and sauna. We also really enjoyed the lounge, which was available from 12:00 on our arrival day until 4:00 p.m. the next day. In central Tokyo Hotels it can be difficult to bring a baby into a lounge, so we chose Maihama this time, and everyone at this Hotel was truly kind to our baby—we were very grateful. Since there were four of us in one Room and a baby crib wouldn’t fit, we requested bed guards; when our grandchild got excited and kept moving around and we spoke with the front desk, they even surrounded two beds with bed guards for us. The amenities were excellent as well—bath salts, face masks, and more—making it a wonderful break for our daughter who is raising children. We’d love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights in late May for a relative’s wedding and for work. From check-in, all the staff were pleasant, and the experienced staff in the lounge were especially kind—I was reminded of how excellent Japanese hotel service training is. The Japanese-style omelet in the lounge is outstanding. It was a shame there wasn’t a conveniently timed limousine bus from Haneda, but during my stay it was very convenient to access the Hotel B1 directly from the subway station nearby. On my return trip, I was able to get to Haneda smoothly by limousine bus, which was great. I would definitely like to stay here again for work next time as well.

I had to stay in Asakusa unexpectedly and chose this place because it was close to the station and Senso-ji Temple. It seemed like most of the guests were from overseas, making me feel as if I were abroad, but I was able to enjoy a quiet stay. The staff were efficient, there were many shops nearby, and the rooftop view was lovely. It was very convenient, so I decided on a Multiple Night Stay. On the first night, I stayed in a Room with a view of Tokyo Skytree. On the second night, I stayed in a Room on the opposite side. As mentioned in Reviews, the first Room had an aroma reminiscent of India or Bali (perhaps?), while the second one had no scent at all—quite curious! The first Room felt warm and dry even with the air conditioning off, whereas the second one felt cool without it. Amenities included everything necessary for my stay. The price seemed reasonable for Asakusa. If I had to point out anything: when checking into my second Room, there were some leftover snacks (kaki-pi) on the floor; also, waiting for elevators took some time. I didn’t use their café bar but noticed that their menu pricing seemed bold yet appealing! Overall, it was a comfortable stay—thank you to all staff members!

This was my first stay. We could see Tokyo Skytree from our Room, and the night view was wonderful. I stayed with friends for a fan-activity getaway, and being able to borrow a DVD player made our time very comfortable and fun. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

Although it’s close to the station and right in the middle of the downtown area, it was quiet at night and I slept well. For men, there is a large public bath (limited to about 3–4 people), so you can stretch out and relax. The breakfast buffet had the same selection every day, but you can choose what you like, and it was delicious. I didn’t use the restaurant for dinner this time, but since the prices were reasonable, I’d like to try it next time. The Room was properly cleaned every day, and the pillow suited me well. It’s affordable and simple, but I’m very satisfied with the attentive service.

It was reasonably priced and conveniently located for sightseeing in Asakusa. The staff were also very helpful. The Room had an older feel, as expected for the building’s age, but it was clean. The amenities were well stocked, which was great. Having a large public bath and sauna is a big plus, but it was disappointing that they weren’t available on the day of check-out.

It’s closer than staying in the city center, and if you Reserve early, the price feels reasonable. This was my second stay, and I booked a Multiple Night Stay with breakfast included. There is a Jonathan’s on-site. The staff are very friendly, with great greetings and service. I recommend the breakfast plan. I will Reserve again next time.

The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

As a Diamond member benefit, we were able to stay until 3:00 PM on the day of check-out! We were very satisfied with both the pool and the large public bath! My daughter’s birthday was coming up, and when I told them in advance, they prepared birthday cake-shaped towel art and a birthday card in our Room, which made it a truly wonderful Disney birthday!

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!

It’s close to both Maihama and the nearest station, Ichikawa-Shiohama, so we stayed the night before visiting DisneySea and were able to get there smoothly on the first train in the morning. It was easier to stop by the convenience store in front of the station to buy food before heading over. It was my first time staying in a capsule Room, but it’s women-only, the size was just right, and although the shared space isn’t large, it wasn’t inconvenient. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t control the air conditioning, and (maybe it was just my Room) I couldn’t use the alarm function. It was great that I could charge my phone while lying down. I’d like to stay again.

As we didn’t have large suitcases, there was no inconvenience and it didn’t feel cramped thanks to the luggage rack and other amenities. The Room had only a shower booth, but it was more convenient than a shower curtain setup, and the toilet was separate, so there were no issues. Personally, I would have liked another type of towel in a different size. The mattress was great and I slept comfortably, and the large mirror was convenient for two people to use. Breakfast met my expectations; I was surprised they had sparkling wine available, but I enjoyed it. I’d like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

APA Hotels offer the same level of quality wherever you stay, which is a big help. If you’re unsure, you can’t go wrong with an APA Hotel. Breakfast was served on the 1st floor and offered as a set-choice style rather than a Japanese/Western buffet, and it was very delicious!
