Comfort Hotel is right next to the ground exit of the Oedo Line, and the convenience store on the first floor was handy. The front desk staff's service was excellent, and while the Room was compact, it was clean, and I enjoyed a pleasant stay with a view of the Skytree. The libra

The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, giving it a feeling of having two separate spaces—perfect if one person wants to stay up late or sleep in. The Room also included an oven mic

The staff were very kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Although the breakfast variety felt slightly limited, the taste and restaurant atmosphere were impeccable. Despite all this, the price was reasonable, leaving me highly satisfied. I would love to make

The cleaning was thorough and everything was very clean. The child who stayed with me was also very satisfied. The night view was also beautiful and enjoyable. This time, there was no breakfast included, but next time I would like to stay with a luxurious breakfast included. I lo

I chose it this time because the bath was renovated in August. The reliable ice cream service and late-night ramen are always great. The bath features black Onsen water, and even the cold bath uses cooled Onsen water—amazing! The 20-minute interval Löyly sessions were fantastic

The amenities were excellent, and a staff member at the front desk even handed me bath salts with a kind gesture saying, "Please enjoy these as well." After traveling from out of town with tired feet, I was delighted to find foot massage essence provided—it was perfect! I had a r

Check-in was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. There was a large public bath, which allowed us to thoroughly relax our tired bodies. The room was clean, and in addition to Wi-Fi, the TV screen was large, allowing us to use TVer and YouTube. I would like to use it ag

I stayed with meals included for just under 7,000 yen including tax on a weekday. It was helpful to stay at such a stable and affordable price! The only concerns were that it was a bit far from the station and there was no stand to place a carry case in the room, so I had to pu

The room with a double bed was comfortable, with a large TV and a clean feel. However, since it was a Beauty Plan, I had assumed the bathtub would be spacious and even brought bath salts—but it was much smaller than expected. Larger guests might not fit; it really feels like a sp

This is my several stay at this accommodation, and I always appreciate the excellent service at the front desk, making my stay pleasant. It is conveniently located near the station and has a convenience store nearby. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Just a short walk from Shintomicho Station, and also within walking distance of central Ginza and Takaracho Station, making it very convenient. There is also a convenience store just a few minutes away (a 7-Eleven), so I chose a Plan without breakfast. Everything was satisfactory

The lack of a closet and having hangers hanging on the wall felt a bit unsettling, but other than that, there were no particular issues. I had breakfast at the Indian restaurant on the 1st floor, but it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the image of curry and naan in the guide

Since it was a warm day, I wanted to have a cold drink in the Room, but there were no glasses—only mugs. I would appreciate it if you could also provide drinking glasses. Also, loungewear is picked up from the elevator hall; I would like it if each size could be packaged separate

The Room was clean, and the semi-double bed was spacious. Being on the ladies' floor, the amenities like shampoo were of high quality—such a great Hotel. The pillow was amazing—absolutely perfect. I want one! Honestly, I even want the bed frame and mattress because they were so
