The room, meals, large public bath, and service were all excellent. We were touched that the staff used a dictionary to speak to my wife in her language. The shop also had a wonderful selection of souvenirs, including Hagi ware. We would love to come again.

My first long-awaited trip to Hagi, and this Hotel stands in a quiet town. Nothing flashy—simply the best in the most classic way. Every dish was delicious, and all the staff were kind and charming; my spouse and I were truly impressed. The bath was excellent as well. Above all, everything was spotless and impeccably clean down to the smallest details. We also appreciated the warm send-off at departure.

My daughter and I took our first trip to Yamaguchi, and with a collaboration event as well, we stayed one night in Hagi. As soon as we arrived, the staff came out to greet us right away, and everyone was so kind and helpful—we are truly grateful. The room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner and felt very fresh and spotless. The meals were also absolutely delicious. When we asked for directions before heading out sightseeing, they even guided us outside. Thank you to the male staff member for your thoughtful service. We made wonderful memories here. We would love to stay again when we visit Yamaguchi next time.

It was a twin Room facing Hagi Bay. The sunset view was wonderful, and the moon was especially beautiful and memorable. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Since this is Yamaguchi Prefecture, we enjoyed fugu prepared in various ways, and everything was excellent. It is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

We received attentive service, including assistance with parking, check-in procedures, and guidance to our room. The meals and baths were excellent, and the property was calm and quiet throughout, allowing us to relax at ease. We truly felt glad we stayed. It was an inn where we could fully appreciate the hospitality of all the staff.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

We stayed for two nights during the Obon holiday season. It was a good Accommodation with easy access for swimming in the sea. However, at breakfast on the first morning, the rice was undercooked with many hard parts and clumps, which was disappointing. Also, there was a dragon decoration in front of the bath area that looked eerie at night and felt scary. The meals on the second night were tastier than on the first night; our whole family felt the same. All of the staff were kind and courteous, which we appreciated.

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

I stayed here for several nights while sightseeing in Hagi, and it was truly a wonderful hotel! First of all, the location is perfect—just a short walk from Higashi-Hagi Station. Since I had a rental car, it was easy to get around to the sights in Hagi, and the spacious parking lot was very convenient. What impressed me most was how large the room was! It felt far too roomy for a single room, and I also appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. There is also a large public bath, so having only a shower in the room wasn’t an issue at all. The morning onigiri were delicious—and being able to enjoy soft-serve ice cream as well was fantastic! Another pleasant surprise was that free drinks were available on every floor. I was genuinely touched by how thoughtful this hotel is. They even have free massage chairs and a relaxation room. I didn’t use the massage chair this time, but I was amazed by how well-equipped everything is. With all these amenities, the price still felt very reasonable, and my overall satisfaction was incredibly high. Most of all, what stayed with me was the warmth of the staff. When I mentioned that I came to Hagi for an anime collaboration event, the front desk staff chatted with me in such a friendly way—it made me really happy. When I asked about places to eat, they kindly took time to help me as well, which I truly appreciated. It felt different from hotels in big cities—there was something genuinely warm and gentle about their hospitality that left a lasting impression. One more personal highlight: all of the artwork displayed throughout the hotel! Near the glass elevator up to reception, above the free drink area, and even in places like the women’s public bath changing area, there were adorable glass animal ornaments on display throughout various parts of the building. The dolphin and penguin pieces in particular—brightly colored yet beautifully transparent—were so stunning that I couldn’t stop looking at them. There were also many paintings and other crafts displayed everywhere; just walking around inside was enjoyable. Perhaps they are part of the owner’s collection? Everything was lovely and very memorable. The location, rooms, facilities, food, staff service—even the atmosphere inside—everything exceeded my expectations! This hotel became one of my favorite memories from Hagi.

Before going, I saw reviews saying the building was old, but it was actually very clean and nice. If you don’t mind that kind of thing too much, I think you’ll be completely satisfied. It’s close to the Hagi Bus Center, they kept my luggage in the morning, and the staff were friendly. The bath was clean as well, and the shampoo and other amenities smelled great. I chose a plan without meals, but I heard there’s a restaurant; when I thought about going, it happened to be closed so I couldn’t eat there.\nI visited during a collaboration event, and it was fun chatting about that too. There’s no curfew, so you can sightsee freely—I’m glad I chose this place.
