I wanted to visit Nanki Shirahama and came across this Hotel during my search. The Hotel itself has a solid foundation and has been renovated, allowing me to spend a relaxing time. The staff are warm, polite, and provide a very comfortable Hotel life. I have become a fan of thi

Breakfast was buffet-style and everything tasted wonderful. The room was clean and well-maintained; even my mother—who is quite particular about cleanliness—was highly satisfied. It felt great to make her happy through this experience. We will definitely visit again! Thank you

The laser message was incredible, and we truly appreciate your cooperation in creating a surprise message for our family member undergoing treatment. The Rolls-Royce drive before check-out, with the refreshing sea breeze in the open-top car and luxurious comfort, was absolutely

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for my parents as well. The meals were visually stunning and delicious, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together as a family. It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories for all of us. We would love

I’ve stayed here many times. The illuminations on the Hotel grounds are wonderful, and the illuminated Hotel across the water is especially romantic. I sometimes stay on that side as well, but I can’t resist the great value at Shirahama Koganoi Resort & Spa, so I end up staying

Check-in and Dining As we were staying with a large group, they handled our additional requests smoothly. They thoughtfully arranged the seating for dinner, and it seemed the same consideration was carried over to breakfast. We were able to enjoy our meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was delicious, and we were fully satisfied both visually and in terms of portion size. The Onsen was also wonderful. We received smart, unobtrusive, and attentive service throughout. It was a truly great stay. Thank you very much.

Having seen it on TV beforehand, I was truly impressed by the building and furnishings that reflect the founder's aesthetic sense, as well as the stunning art pieces by Yokoyama Taikan, Hirayama Ikuo, Dali, Chagall, and more. The gold-leaf ceiling and Italian tile floors were abs

All the staff were very kind. My family of three stayed in the Room “Engetsu,” and it was spacious enough. The bath and dining area were on the same floor, so access was excellent. The bath was fully stocked—not only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but also facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion—and the water had a wonderfully silky feel. The meals were outstanding as well. We enjoyed a relaxing sea bream feast in our Room. They even included beer as a complimentary service, and we were truly impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. We had breakfast in the dining area; there was a great variety of side dishes, and everything was delicious too. When I visit Shirahama again, I would definitely like to stay at Akariya again.

The staff's response was prompt and courteous, making the experience pleasant. At the nearby Toretore Market, we enjoyed a BBQ where we could choose fresh fish we've never tried before and grill it ourselves. It was not only fresh and delicious but also a lot of fun! Additio

I have stayed here many times. The meals are delicious with a wide variety, and there are plenty of staff who provide attentive service. The baths, footbath, and lobby are spacious, so you can relax at your leisure. I would like to stay here again.

The room and the large public bath offered a panoramic view of the sea, making it a very pleasant hotel. The interior and the room were tatami-matted, allowing us to stay comfortably even with small children. Additionally, there were several small services such as welcome drink

Dinner was very delicious. I wish breakfast had included items like an Onsen egg. The staff were also very friendly, and I would like to stay here again.

The Facility is old, but it is kept very clean. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the veranda has a slatted floor, so you don’t have to worry about it being wet after bathing—it’s a very well-designed layout. I enjoyed using the open-air bath many times. Despite the good amenities and the convenient location right in front of Shirarahama Beach, it was reasonably priced. My wife liked it very much as well, so I think we will visit again.

The service is excellent, and the hot spring water quality is wonderful—maybe even better than Saki-no-Yu. The Room is spacious and comfortable, and the Accommodation fee is unbelievably cheap! There are quite a few things you need to do yourself, but if you have time and think, “It’s tiring to just come for a quick swim and go home—maybe we’ll stay the night instead,” this place will be perfect for you. In times like these with the economy so bad, this might be the only place where you can feel like you’re traveling at such a low price. I’ll definitely come again!

The amenities were also very well stocked and lovely! The pool and the view were amazing as well. It was wonderful to be able to refresh ourselves properly after such a long time. We would definitely love to stay again! Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights. Thank you ver

Overall, I was satisfied. However, the lights were either fully on or completely off, so I’d like the living room lighting to be improved.

I stayed for one night. As others have mentioned, there are some inconveniences: the entrance is hard to find, there is no elevator in the building so carrying a suitcase can be difficult, and depending on the Room the view may feel a bit plain. Also, since there is no front desk staff on site at all times, some guests may be slightly confused about how to check in. Even so, it was a great Hotel that I would happily stay at again. The building has been newly renovated and is clean with no unpleasant odors. I also appreciated that the refrigerator had a freezer compartment. Compared with other Hotels in the same price range, the Room felt spacious. The bathroom was also quite large. The Onsen is small, but the water quality is excellent and everything—including the changing room—is kept very clean. The amenities are high quality as well. Most importantly, we had a small issue in our Room during this stay, and their response was outstanding. They came right away, identified the cause, and took steps to prevent it from happening again. Their sincere and attentive support impressed me even more than the issue itself did (it made me want to write a Review for the first time). There are minor inconveniences (all of which were explained in advance), but their cleanliness, hospitality, and problem-solving more than made up for them. This has become a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again next time.

Since we have a dog, we chose a type with a large dog run and BBQ facilities, and it exceeded our expectations. The Room was spacious and spotless, with all amenities well prepared—it was so perfect it was hard to find anything to fault. We’d love to keep using it like a vacati
