The entire Accommodation is covered with tatami mats, making it exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. Some staff members speak English and Chinese, and they always greeted us with a smile while kindly explaining the Facility. The staff in charge of our meals were also very attentive and even helped us crack the crab. What impressed us most was that they remembered our faces and Room number right after check-in. At check-out, they promptly prepared our shoes and luggage. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed high-quality seafood (crab) as well as beef. This time we chose two options—sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a bit more expensive, but it is well worth the price. The Onsen facilities were excellent: in addition to the indoor bath, the open-air area had a hot bath, a cold bath, and even a sauna—perfect. We were also happy that the hair dryer was ReFa! The post-bath lounge (relaxation area) offered various drinks, light snacks, and massage chairs. Personally, I think this is an outstanding Accommodation that rivals Hoshino Resorts KAI. While the building itself feels slightly dated, I found the quality of the cuisine to be far superior to Hoshino Resorts. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

It’s a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Everything I wanted to experience was here. The indoor bath was spotless and reflected its history as a therapeutic accommodation, while both private baths featured stunning interiors and were impeccably clean and comfortable. The

I visited Izushi to pay my respects at a family grave, and stayed at Nishimuraya Shogetsutei in Kinosaki Onsen for the first time in a while. The room was spacious. At Kinosaki Onsen Station, there is a place at the tourist information center where they can store your luggage and deliver it directly to the hotel, so I was able to travel light—going to Toyooka and then on to Izushi. The hotel’s baths were also large, and I could relax. I also enjoyed visiting the public bathhouses; although it’s a bit far from the station, I appreciated that there is a shuttle bus. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a buffet, but this time I kept it light. There was a good variety of options. Next time, I’d like to come for crab. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We had coupons for visiting public baths, and we enjoyed visiting about four places, but the public bath and sauna at our facility were the best. We were lucky to have the sauna privately, and it was very clean. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious and very sati

I am very satisfied. I am deeply grateful to Koragi for making it possible for my elderly mother, who usually doesn't show much enthusiasm for food, to enjoy the crab with a smile, saying "delicious" repeatedly. My mother, who usually doesn't like to go out, said she wants to com

This is a great hotel, just as the reviews say. Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by a spacious area in front of the reception desk, and through the large lounge windows, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Sea of Japan. Sipping on a welcome drink while admiring this brea

The modern Japanese-Western style room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail for small children, such as pushing the beds together and limiting the height of the cushions. The meals were excellent, and the dessert pudding was especially delicious—I wanted to buy some to take home as a souvenir. Kinosaki in the rain also had a charming atmosphere, and we were very satisfied.

I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had long wanted to visit. The public bath-hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from your staff made this a truly relaxing and heartwarming trip. Thank you very

I stayed here solo for two nights. My Room featured a modern interior renovated from a former fire station, with simple services focused on just the essentials. It’s rare in Kinosaki Onsen to find a Room with a balcony, and after bathing I could sit in a chair, feel the breeze outside, and truly unwind. It’s designed as one connected space together with the main building across the road, and the staff’s subtle attentiveness and friendly check-ins were very comforting. Meals aren’t included, but I enjoyed dining out in Kinosaki for the first time and discovered that many places stay open later than expected. The indoor bath was at just the right temperature and very convenient to use. After checkout, I stopped by the café on the first floor; breakfast enjoyed while looking at the large wall-sized artwork was delicious and made for a perfect end to my trip. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again.

For dinner, we chose barbecue. There was plenty of meat and seafood, which made us very satisfied. The curry was also delicious. My husband and son enjoyed swimming in the pool, fully experiencing the resort atmosphere. This is an accommodation we would love to stay at again!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights with breakfast included. Sometimes you get the same meals when staying multiple nights, but I was happy that the menu changed. There were many dishes and the portions were satisfying. The tableware was also lovely. The Ryokan has been renovated and both the exterior and interior are very clean. However, because the structure is an older wooden building, outside noise carries easily. More than voices, you can hear footsteps quite clearly. I stayed in a Room on the 2nd floor, and on the first night I could hear footsteps from upstairs until around 1:00 a.m., which was stressful. If you are sensitive to noise, it may be better to request a Room on the 3rd floor. When it rained, umbrellas and rain shoes were prepared at the entrance, so my feet didn’t get wet. Many people were walking outside in geta in the rain, but I was impressed by the rain-shoe service. The coffee, black tea, tea, and electrolyzed water service was also great. It felt like there were many younger staff members, but everyone was pleasant and helpful—and their English was fluent as well. It was a wonderful Ryokan where you can really feel attention to detail in everything from tableware and interior design to furniture and services. I would definitely like to stay again.

The staff’s thoughtful attention to detail is wonderful! The Facility seems to be a renovated historic building, and we had a very comfortable stay. The private family bath had amenities such as lotion, which was a big help since we had used ours up while visiting different Onsen. We were able to relax and enjoy it at the end of our Onsen-hopping. The rice cooked in an individual pot at breakfast is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a family of four, and having dinner served in our room allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening. When we asked to go on an outdoor hot spring tour, they even provided transportation, making this a very satisfying stay. The room had two beds plus a tatami area, so it turned into a friendly family “battle” over whether to sleep in the beds or on futons (laughs). We were so focused on visiting the outdoor baths that we kept putting off using the inn’s own bath, but we were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful touches such as being able to choose from different types of shampoo and conditioner, and having extra towels prepared in the changing area separate from those in the room. This was especially appreciated since many public baths only provide body soap and all-in-one shampoo. The staff member who assisted us also offered attentive hospitality—explaining the dishes, carrying our luggage, and guiding us to our room—service that feels rare these days. If we have another chance to visit Kinosaki, we would love to stay here again.

I chose to stay here after seeing photos of the cute Room and the luxurious crab dishes. I was worried because heavy snow was forecast, but since my Reservation wasn’t made through the Ryokan’s website, I was told I couldn’t make any changes and a Cancellation Fee would apply, so I went ahead anyway. The trip there was fine, but the trip back was really tough. I managed to enjoy visiting the public baths, and I was very satisfied with the lavish crab cuisine. Even though I thought having sukiyaki in the morning might be a bit heavy, I finished it all! The large public bath is small, but it had a ReFa shower head and hair dryer, plus a hot stone sauna area, so I enjoyed it. There were also various yukata to choose from, which was nice. I’d like to visit again on a day with good weather.

I didn’t know about Satsu Onsen, my apologies... It’s a small and cozy accommodation, but it was well-maintained and I had a relaxing stay. Although there was only an indoor bath, the onsen was very pleasant, and I went in three times. The meals were abundant with crab sas

Conveniently located near the station and supermarkets, making it ideal for visiting public baths and shopping. The bath is a private family bath, so we were able to relax and enjoy it at our own pace. What we especially liked was the welcome drinks—unlimited refills, including alcoholic beverages—and snacks were also provided. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The shop had a wide selection of used books, from 100 yen to brand-new titles. I bought a 200-yen “secret book”—a wrapped book with only a brief description attached, so you can’t see what’s inside. Choosing that way was fun because I discovered a book I wouldn’t normally pick up. The Accommodation’s location was also great.

I arrived an hour before check-in and called on the off chance I could at least use the parking lot, but they kindly allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help. Also, for a birthday surprise, my planning wasn’t great and I ended up calling several times, but every time they responded pleasantly and explained everything carefully from start to finish. Thanks to them, it turned into the best surprise, and I’m truly grateful. Even though the price was reasonable, the meals were generous and very delicious. I don’t usually write Reviews, but the staff were so wonderful that I’m genuinely glad we chose this Ryokan. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

The reservation also included the fee for visiting the public baths, and although I couldn’t make it to all of them, I was able to enjoy four baths, the Ryokan’s Onsen, and both the in-room bath and Onsen. The food was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. T
