Ocean view 4. Multiple Night Stay (lunch included) available within the Hotel Beyond meeting these four conditions, the hospitality was flawless. Every staff member welcomed us with warm smiles. It was a wonderful Hotel. During our 2-night, 3-day stay, everyone’s love

There were four private Onsen baths, and each one was very clean and a pleasure to use—it really helped me unwind. I usually manage about three visits, but I wanted to try all four, so I pushed myself. The meals were truly delicious. They were mainly Japanese-style, with some Western-style dishes in between, so I enjoyed a great variety. The fish had absolutely no odor and was so fresh that I felt I had never tasted anything like it before—what a surprise. Dinner and breakfast rice and miso soup were also excellent, which I really appreciated. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

601 (with a private open-air bath and sauna). Both the Hotel overall and the Room were very clean, and we had a truly comfortable stay. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were excellent and delicious. We were very satisfied with the wonderful cuisine that made great use of loc

The hospitality was excellent! The variety of snacks and drinks in the refrigerator, the sake and sweets prepared during dinner, beer and tokoroten after a bath, and coffee with pancakes in the lounge served in luxurious ceramic cups—all without any additional charges—were trul

First of all, the breathtakingly beautiful and grand view from the entrance to the lounge was stunning. My parents were overjoyed. The Room we were guided to was wonderful; the view from the window, amenities, drink bar, matcha tea with Japanese sweets—all these thoughtful touc

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

Although we couldn't enjoy outdoor sightseeing due to the typhoon, the hotel's activities were incredibly fulfilling. The heated pool had slides and plenty of play equipment suitable for toddlers, which made our son very excited. The room on the top floor offered a stunning

We stayed as a family with children. The accommodation offered a variety of activities, including a pool, karaoke, table tennis, and of course, an onsen, ensuring the kids were entertained throughout our stay. The welcome drink at check-in was refreshing and helped us relax aft

Although we arrived much later than our scheduled check-in time, the staff kindly assisted us without any sign of displeasure. We are truly grateful. The three of us stayed, and the price per person was very affordable. Despite the low cost, it was a comfortable and wonderful Accommodation. We would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much!

we were deeply moved by the surprise wine we received during our meal! The consideration of providing wine glasses in our room, the smiles and service of the staff, the view, the room, the hot springs, and of course, the food were all excellent. I would love to visit ag

The meals were delicious, and I ended up eating too much. I also appreciated the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. I fully enjoyed the three days and had a wonderful touring trip. Thank you to Itoen Hotel Atagawa. Thank you for such a great and enjoyable tour—I will definitely vi

All the staff were very kind, and I had a truly relaxing stay! I was a bit nervous because the sand bath required same-day Reservation, but I was able to use it without any issues. It felt wonderful. The meals were excellent, and I’m glad I chose this Accommodation. There should have been several other guests staying, but it felt like I only ran into people occasionally. I’d love to come again.

The water that makes your skin smooth was also amazing. The meals were full of seafood delights, including Ise lobster sashimi, abalone steak, and simmered golden-eye snapper, all of which were exquisite! The smiles and attentive care of the staff were truly comforting. Thi

As the name of the accommodation suggests, the environment was wonderful, and we had a fantastic night. The first ride was thrilling and even adults couldn't help but get excited. The front staff were all kind, the meals were beautifully presented with great attention to deta

After the rain stopped, I enjoyed a wonderful view from the open-air bath in my Room and was very satisfied. All the staff were kind and very pleasant. The food was the best I have had among all Itoen Hotels I have stayed at so far. Thank you very much. I would definitely lik

Lately I’ve been really into Livemax, and after staying in Shimoda, Amagi, Atami Forest, Atami Seafront, Izu Kogen Terrace & Spa, and Izu Kogen Annex, this time we stayed here with Mr. Okawa. This was the best of all the Livemax Accommodations we’ve stayed at so far—especially

Since we traveled by train, we really appreciated the Shuttle Service to Izu-Kogen Station. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, and we were happy to enjoy the free-flowing Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style. The taste was average, but there was a good variety, and we enjoyed local specialties such as sashimi, simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), and Shizuoka oden. The bread at breakfast was especially delicious. There were plenty of popular manga available at the front desk, which we could borrow and read in our Room. All staff were kind, and with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities, we felt their thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

\nI feel that this one person lowers the dignity of the entire Facility.\nMy son also really liked the new Treasure Park. Combined with bowling, I felt the service was truly good. The classic day-use Onsen is also a favorite of mine, with an amazing view.\nThis time we stayed at

The staff’s thoughtful hospitality, the dinner and breakfast, and the view from our Room were all wonderful, making this a truly memorable stay. The nostalgic Showa-era retro atmosphere throughout the building was also very impressive and gave us a comforting feeling, as if we were visiting my grandmother’s home. In particular, the simmered splendid alfonsino served at dinner was exquisite, and we were very satisfied with the wide variety of dishes. However, because everything was so delicious, there was more food than we could finish, which made us feel a bit sorry. If possible, having an option to reduce 2–3 items or cut back on heavier dishes such as hot pot dishes—while enhancing signature items like sashimi—would make the experience even more appealing. Housekeeping was thorough and we stayed comfortably, but we did notice some signs of age in parts of the Facility, so we hope repairs will continue little by little. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to use again.
