The scent of paulownia wood and fresh tatami mats is delightful. The warm wooden interior design and private open-air hinoki Onsen bath in the room add a touch of luxury. The cuisine was truly remarkable and unforgettable. Understanding why many famous figures have stayed he

The in-room massage chair was also very comfortable. We also appreciated the drinks provided in the refrigerator—beer, juice, tea, mineral water—as well as coffee. The light-course dinner was just the right amount, and everything was delicious. It’s an orthodox menu without tryi

Celebrating my husband's birthday in such a wonderful atmosphere was truly touching. The Room amenities and refrigerator drinks were all of high quality, ensuring a stress-free stay. Breakfast starting with a prelude was also exceptional, allowing us to indulge from the morning (

Thanks to that, I was able to feel summer again for the first time in a while. The Room was also spacious, and I could relax comfortably throughout my stay. Most memorable of all was the service from the staff. There were many international staff members as well, and everyone

We stayed in two rooms. As I also wrote in the Review for one of the rooms, it was a wonderful luxury Ryokan. The staff in every section were highly professional, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. From the entrance, the atmosphere was dignified and impressive,

We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The room we chose was slightly spacious, and its ambiance, including the color scheme, materials used for fixtures and flooring, provided us with a very comfortable experience. The overall design, atmosphere, textures

We didn't encounter any other guests at all, allowing us to enjoy our vacation in a private space. The view from the open-air bath with flowing hot spring water was also superb, and we could relax at our own pace without worrying about the eyes of other guests. We definitely want

In particular, the sakura shrimp and bamboo shoot takikomi rice at dinner was exquisite—I went back for seconds in no time. Breakfast was also very healthy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the gentle flavors of Japanese cuisine. I was also impressed by the staff’s warm hospitality.

The reservation exceeded all expectations. The room and the entire hotel were exceptional. It was my first hotel stay, and the first time I decided to definitely return to a hotel. With an ocean view and a sky full of stars, it was unforgettable. It was my first time soa

The staff's hospitality, the relaxing room and the view from the private open-air bath, as well as the cuisine paired wonderfully with wine (with thoughtful considerations for allergies and pregnancy), truly allowed us to experience the essence of staying at an auberge! The sun

The room, meals, and service were very satisfying at the hotel. We stayed at a hotel with an open-air bath in a separate building, and the staff was courteous, with plenty of towels prepared for us. The Italian course was also wonderful, with excellent hospitality, and all th

Blessed with beautiful weather, we had a wonderful stay in an elegant sukiya-style setting. The welcome drink—Alain Milliat juice—was so delicious that we couldn’t resist having a second glass. The hotel’s signature lemon cake was also excellent, and we bought one as a souvenir. From both the room and the dining area, we enjoyed expansive ocean views stretching out to Hatsushima and Izu Oshima, creating a wonderfully open atmosphere. Dining while taking in such magnificent scenery was truly exceptional. My husband enjoyed the wine pairing, and thanks to the staff kindly adjusting my course portions to be smaller, I was able to savor every dish through to the end. They also packed the final dessert for takeaway in an adorable box, which was a thoughtful touch. The bath in our room felt like an open-air bath when we opened the window; with perfect weather, it was incredibly relaxing. With stunning views, delicious cuisine, and attentive hospitality throughout, it was a memorable stay that left us feeling refreshed. We would love to visit again.

Check-in was smooth. The room was surprisingly spacious. We chose a room with a semi-open-air bath, and everything felt clean. The hotel's bath was small but truly clean and pleasant. The service of cold water and coffee milk (in a bottle) after bathing was excellent. The welcome

The open-air bath and sauna were amazing, giving us a full resort experience! Our child loved the shooting game corner, making it a stay filled with smiles for the whole family. The staff were kind, and the meals were incredibly delicious. We would love to visit again!

All the meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. The staff provided excellent service, and we were very satisfied with the bath in the Room, which we could use at our convenience.

The kinmedai we had been looking forward to was absolutely delicious. They even prepared a surprise cake for my husband's birthday celebration, which made him very happy. The staff were incredibly kind, making our stay comfortable. During meals, they thoughtfully guided me th

I was able to relax and unwind for the first time in a while. The hot water was gentle on my body, and even after soaking for a long time I didn’t feel fatigued. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! Each dish showed great care, and every single one was truly excellent. I sometimes dine at traditional Japanese restaurants to enjoy the atmosphere, but this Accommodation is special—you can stay overnight, soak in the Onsen, and enjoy outstanding meals. I think it’s a rare find.

The room was clean, with a great view and very comfortable. The private family bath (Onsen) called Excellency Spa was wonderful, with a spacious area including a washbasin and chairs for relaxation, and the view from the bath was outstanding. The check-in and service at the loung

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed as a family of four. The room layout, facilities, view from the room, inclusive drinks, and two meals (kinmedai hand-rolled sushi and obanzai for dinner & kinmedai sandwich for breakfast) were all highly satisfying. Before our stay, we were concerned about the lack of
