We were truly satisfied with both the meals and the Room! We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. It was wonderful to be able to soak anytime without worrying about the time! The staff member who served our meals was very kind, and even in the morning, he shared helpful information before we headed out. He also saw us off until the very end, and we are sincerely grateful. It made for a truly wonderful trip. This is our No. 1 Accommodation we want to stay at again.

As we did last year, we visited again during the summer holidays this year. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and we were able to spend a truly pleasant time. The kids’ events unique to the summer holidays were also fantastic. The meals and baths were flawless. Thank you for a stay that made us want to come back again!

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated our grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in the Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arrival, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and Facilities such as the pool and Onsen. Our grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They also delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while taking in breathtaking views of the moonlit sea was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—my 70th birthday celebration (koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When our grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata; we were impressed once again not only by their service but also by their warm consideration. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso kindly gave each of us a gift—we were surprised and deeply touched. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us from around the 6th floor level view point area (as seen from within), followed by a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., night-time service included upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality beyond expectation. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to enjoy ourselves to the fullest: our Room’s open-air bath (rotenburo), pools including an oceanfront tidal pool area (iso pool), as well as large communal baths/Onsen facilities—then checked out at 1:00 p.m.. The moment we checked out we were already thinking about when we could come back again soon. Our grandchild was so sad about checking out that they even cried... We will definitely return. To all staff members—thank you very much for everything.

We were extremely satisfied! We were impressed by the prompt, thoughtful service. The food was delicious and generously portioned.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

I have stayed at many Ryokans and Hotels, but this was such a wonderful Ryokan that I wanted to write a Review for the first time. The Shuttle Service staff, front desk staff, dining service staff, and kitchen staff were all courteous, kind, and attentive. The property was also impeccably clean, so I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here, and I stayed in a villa. The staff’s service and the reception were great, and everything was very clean, which left a really good impression! The Room was very spacious, and the bath and toilet were also clean! I don’t really have any complaints, but if I had to mention one thing: this time we brought our own food and had a BBQ, and I thought it would be nice if the electric grill grate had slightly finer gaps. It was my first stay, but I had a wonderful time. Overall, it was such a great Accommodation that I’d recommend it to others!

At first, the exterior made me wonder, “Is this really the place?” but once inside, it was incredibly spacious and wonderful! For two adults, there were more than enough Rooms and futons. I’m not good with insects, so the moths on the balcony were a bit scary, but in the Room we only saw ants and a few tiny bugs. The Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the open-air bath had an amazing view. On the first day it was cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t see much, but the next day it cleared up and we could see islands—it was beautiful. They also provided dog pee pads and diapers, so we were very satisfied with this Accommodation! On our way home we visited Izu Animal Kingdom as well and had a great time. Our dog seemed happy too—thank you very much!

Shuttle service to Animal Kingdom and the station was very convenient. The meals were delicious, and I was able to relax. I really appreciated being able to borrow a USB cable. The customer service was excellent.

This was our second stay, and even though we arrived nearly two hours later than planned, thank you very much for welcoming us so kindly. Both the Room and the bath were very clean. We were a bit concerned about mosquitoes given the season, but effective measures with a wonderful fragrance were in place, so we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The sound system in the loft theater room was excellent—it truly felt like being in a movie theater. We were also shown to a private dining room, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the delicious food at our own pace, almost like in-Room dining. All of the staff were courteous from start to finish, and we had a truly wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so this year I stayed for two nights. This is a very comfortable Hotel, with spotless Rooms, high-quality meals, and excellent Facilities. As it’s truly all-inclusive, I was able to spend three days without opening my wallet at all. Whenever the food or snacks started to run low, they were replenished immediately—the staff’s attentiveness is outstanding. I also saw the manager throughout all three days; it made me wonder when they ever rest, as they were working alongside the staff like everyone else. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the hospitality of the staff at Imaisou. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again next year!

The food was truly delicious!

The free-flowing natural Onsen was amazing. In particular, the “Isaribi” Room with a scenic open-air bath was exceptional—soaking while gazing out at the ocean was truly special. I was also impressed to be served a whole grilled splendid alfonsino. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and my one-night, two-day stay left me feeling refreshed in both body and mind. A wonderful Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

All the staff provided excellent service. The meals were delicious, featuring mainly local fish, including sashimi. The coffee mill was a nice touch as well. We will visit again.

We stayed for one night and two days with a couple of friends from Tokyo. We were a bit worried with three 2-year-olds, but it was fine. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we arrived before noon and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There was also an indoor play area, and we enjoyed mango parfaits at the elephant tortoise café in front of the Onsen! Kaiseki dinner at night and a buffet breakfast in the morning—such a wonderful two days! It’s definitely on our list of Accommodations we want to visit again!
